• WPF - RibbonControlLibrary not supported with Visual Studio 2010 ?

  Hi guys, Today i licensed and downloaded the WPF RibbonControlsLibrary from Microsoft which is an extension to the WPF Toolkit. I've read some tutorials to implement an examlpe here When I tried the example is sadly noticed that in XAML i could not access the referenced library. xmlns:ribbon="clr-namespace:Microsoft.Windows.Controls.Ribbon;assembly=RibbonControlsLibrary" <ribbon:Ribbon .... > I found out that the Problem lies within Visual Studio 2010 , because in Visual Studio 2008 everything works fine. Does anyone have a solution for this issue or a workaround to use the library in Visual Studio 2010 ?

  Hi everyone I wanted to know if some of you guys can post some articles, blog posts etc. that explain the MVVM Pattern in detail. There are not much explainations out there I think ( except Tutorials). I'm going to write my exam about WPF and also want to build in the MVVM Pattern. So I need some good references that are also digging a little deeper. I think I already have read a lot of texts about MVVM, but maybe you guys got some I didn't read yet. Would really appreciate if you would share your links to good and worth reading articles and explanations

• Sending someone a Link in Outlook that refers to a local application with a param

  Hi I want to send someone a HTML Mail via my application (c#). This Mail contains should contain a clickable html link that refers to a local application. f.e. : <a href="c:\myapplication.exe -1234">click</a> It already works to send the mail but the link does not appear as a link. I also tried the "file:/// ... " thing but it does not work in combination with a param. Does someone know another solution ?
