If I enter correct date than the article is properly inserted. There's one other thing that's confusing me...   • ZPL II Extended Characters

    I'm trying to print extended code page 850 characters using ZPL II to a Zebra S4M. Whenever one of the extended characters I.E. ASCII value 127 is used I get a box of varying shades of grey instead of the actual value. I'm trying to print ± and ° (ALT+0177 and ALT+0176). I suspect its the RawPrinterHelper I am trying to use (as downloaded from MS, and another from CodeProject) however I cant see where the character codes are going wrong. Weirdly, printing direct from Notepad renders the correct characters, which leads me to believe it is a problem with the raw printer helper class. I am not tied to using the Raw Printer Helper class so if there is a better way of doing it, I am more than happy to see them.     Fmylife.com has a nifty feature that when you copy the text from a post, it actually copies a LINK (html) so that when you paste it into your email/facebook/instant messenger/twitter/whatever it automatically will link to the post, giving them more traffic and more page views and more ad revenue, etc. I looked into their javascript files but can't seem to find how they do it. When he presented the tiny urls for Nerddinner he said it was a 2 part process. a) modify global.asax.cs with a new route b)some sort of isapi rewrite. When I implemented this in my asp.net mvc 2 site I only did part a. and it works. why then did he do part b?? what is the advantages of doing that???

I can't find any details or examples anywhere on the web which tell me whether I should be able to use ADWS in a .Net application to read/write AD information. Is there something like this in Silverlight? Is my only option to utilize the myTxt.Text.length and then change the myGrid.height and myGrid.width to leave wasted space to accommodate all cases?

    Hi there, I'm building a system that tracks and verifies ad impressions and clicks. This means that there are a lot of insert commands (about 90/second average, peaking at 250) and some read operations, but the focus is on performance and making it blazing-fast. The system is currently on MongoDB, but I've been introduced to Cassandra and Redis since then. Would it be a good idea to go to one of these two solutions, rather than stay on MongoDB? Why or why not? Thank you
