    My login page contains two forms: one for logging in and one for signing up. Shorten like this: <form name="LoginForm" id="LoginForm" method="post" action="j_security_check" > <input type="text" name="j_username" /> <input type="text" name="j_password" /> <input type="submit" value="Sing In" /> <form> <form name="SignUpForm" id="SignUpForm" method="post" action="/homepage" > <input type="text" name="loginName" /> <input type="password" name="password1" /> <input type="password" name="password2" /> <input type="submit" value="Sing Up" /> <form> I If 'Sing Up', than values of input are lost during processing and not passed into my Servlet. It works fine with GET, but than there is password in URL, so it's not the right solution :) Similar problem has been posted to community.jboss.org, but with no response: http://community.jboss.org/message/7150#7150. I'm using JBoss 4.3eap. Any help?

The tricky part is that some of the custom links need security trimming which you don't get when you add your own links to the navigation.   • Converting Python Script to Vb.NET - Involves Post and Input XML String

    I'm trying to convert a Python Script to Vb.Net. The Python Script appears to accept some XML input data and then takes it to a web URL and does a "POST". I tried some VB.NET code to do it, but I think my approach is off because I got an error back "BadXmlDataErr" plus I can't really format my input XML very well - I'm only doing string and value. The input XML is richer than that. Here is an example of what the XML input data looks like in the Python script: <obj is="MyOrg:realCommand_v1/" > <int name="priority" val="1" /> <real name="value" val="9.5" /> <str name="user" val="MyUserName" /> <reltime name="overrideTime" val="PT60S"/> </obj> Here's the Vb.net code I attempted to convert that: Dim reqparm As New Specialized.NameValueCollection reqparm.Add("priority", "1") reqparm.Add("value", "9.5") reqparm.Add("user", "MyUserName") reqparm.Add("overrideTime", "PT60S") Using client As New Net.WebClient Dim sTheUrl As String = "[My URL]" Dim responsebytes = client.UploadValues(sTheUrl, "POST", MyReqparm) Dim responsebody = (New System.Text.UTF8Encoding).GetString(responsebytes) End Using I feel like I should be doing something else.     Hi, Does anyone know a regex function in PHP to strip an anchor of it's contents, only if the anchor's href attribute contains specific text? For example, I have an HTML page and there are links throughout. But I want to strip only the anchors that contain "yahoo" in the URL. So <a href="http://pages.yahoo.com/page1">Example page</a> would become: Example, while other anchors in the HTML not containing "yahoo" would be left alone. Thank you in advance. -T

    I am using the following code in Wordpress to query events (custom post type) and order them by date chronologically.. query_posts( array( 'post_type' => 'events', 'showposts' => 10, 'orderby' => 'meta_value_num','meta_key' => '_ecmb_datetime' ) ); Where the meta key _ecmb_datetime is, this is the timestamp of the event. I don't want to show events that have already happened, so my question is how do I only show events happening after my current time, and how do I sort reverse chronologically?   • Custom action getting published multiple times on user's timeline for same object

    I just noticed that when I publish an action on the user's timeline for the same object multiple times, using facebook's 'built-in' action type (eg: 'read' an article), i get an error response, something like "action is already associated to the user on this object". But when i try to do the same for a custom action that i created(eg: 'agreed' with an article), I don't get any error message, instead the actions gets published multiple times. I want my custom action to behave just like facebook's default action-type.

  • Preserving Tabs in POST Data

    I need to preserve tab characters from a textarea through POST Data. It seems that there's no way to differentiate tabs from spaces in the $_POST array, and this is really frustrating me. I'm using a jQuery plugin from here to allow for tab and shift+tab usage within a textarea. http://teddevito.com/demos/textarea.html The JavaScript is using this as its TAB character: $.fn.tabby.defaults = {tabString : String.fromCharCode(9)}; For some reason, it shows an individual space instead of each tab character, so all my code formatting is lost: <textarea name="field0" rows="26" cols="123"><?php echo $_POST['field0']; ?></textarea> Neither does this. Apparently the tabs disappear before the data even reaches the str_replace function (the four spaces in the first double quotes is when I press TAB in my text editor). <textarea name="field0" rows="26" cols="123"><?php echo str_replace(" ", "\t", $_POST['field0']); ?></textarea> The reason I need tabs and not multiple spaces is because my application features and on-line code editor. Anyone have any ideas? I'm guessing the solution would involve modifying the data with javascript before it's sent through POST, but I haven't the slightest idea how to start.

  • CMS for managing plain-text content, with tagging

    Hi, We have some quite-specific requirements for our app that a CMS may help us with, and were hoping that someone may know of a CMS that matches these requirements (it's quite a laborous task to download each CMS and verify this manually). We want a CMS to allow users to create and manage articles, but storing the articles in plain-text only. All of the CMSs that we have looked at so far are geared towards creating HTML pages. We want the CMS to manage workflow (approval process), and tracking of history. The requirements for plain text only is that the intent is to allow business people to generate content which we are going to display in our Silverlight application - we don't want to go down the route of hosting and displaying arbitrary HTML in the app as we want the styling to be seamless with our app, amongst other reasons. We would also want to allow the user to be able to link between articles, but not to external sites (i.e. HTML with no formatting, or some other way of specifying article links), and the third requirement is the ability to tag articles and search on articles. Does anyone know of any non-HTML targetted CMS systems that may match these requirements? Thanks, Gary

  • SVN - When you tag a working copy is it still a cheap copy?

    Using Subversion, in my working copy I make a minor modification (update a version number). I would then like to tag my working copy. Would this tag still be a cheap copy with the modification, or would SVN duplicate the files? I would hate to see my repository grow enormously in size because I'm trying to save a version number change. The reason I ask about creating a tag that contains a modification rather than committing then tagging involves my build server. The build server creates a CCNetLabel which I use to update the version numbers of my projects (AssemblyInfo.cs). When the build is successful it creates a tag. When I use ForceBuild the tag is based on the working copy which would contain the modified version number. I want the tag to contain the appropriate version number. note: It's debatable if I'm creating a branch or a tag, however SVN does not make a distinction between the two.

  • extra new lines with several outputStream.write

    Hi All, I am writing jsp to export data in excel format to user. An excel could be recieved on the cient side. However, since there's large amount of data, and I don't want to keep it in the server memory and write them at the end. I try to divide them and write serveral times. However, each extra write(..) will cause an extra new lines at the top of the excel worksheet and then the extra data is placed after these new lines. Does anyone know the reasons?
