    I'm looking for a UUID library for programming in C, that has a reasonable probability of being installed (or at least installable by package manager) on most modern Linux desktops, and works with pkg-config. The following two possibilities seem most obvious: OSSP UUID Libuuid from e2fsprogs Does anybody have experience with these two and can recommend one over the other, or a third possiblity?

    Hi, I am currently looking around for a good allround beat detection library / source code in C++ since I found it really hard to achieve satisfying results with the beat detection code I wrote myself using this tutorial: http://www.gamedev.net/reference/programming/features/beatdetection/ It's especially really hard if you want to make it work with any kind of music so I was wondering if there is something usable out there allready?     I'm using http://json.codeplex.com library.Im trying to convert XML to JSON and vice-versa. However they have an example,using "JsonConvert" class XmlDocument doc = new XmlDocument(); doc.LoadXml(xml); string jsonText = JsonConvert.SerializeXmlNode(doc); I cant find "JsonConvert" in namespace "Newtonsoft.Json".Only class i've found is "JavaScriptConvert". Any ideas?

    Does anyone know of a good .NET library that allows me to parse source code files, but not only .NET source code files (like java, perl, ruby, etc)? I need programmatic access to the contents of various source code files (e.g. class/method /parameter names, types, etc.). Has anyone come across something like this? I know within .NET it is reasonably possible and there are some libraries out there, but I need that to be abstracted to more types of programming languages.

    I need to establish a P2P UDP and TCP Connection between two Users. Both of them are behind a NAT. A little research leads me to STUN, TURN and ICE. Is there any Java solution (library) except jSTUN which seems to work only on UDP. And TURN, ICE is much better for the symmetric NAT Problem.
