• axis2 web service behave differently when tested with web service client or with local test class

  Hello I need to update a facade to some web service proxy classes to a third party web service, and expose them as a service. This for two reason : to maintain the same interface for all application that need to use the system : actually its migrating and there are a few differences in the third party ws (method names); and to expose a simplified interface. The third party has provided me with a manual and some pregenerated proxy classes to their service (the java file says generated with axis2 1,4) . I've used netbeans 6.8 and the axis2 plugin to create an axis2 service . This service contains the proxy classes and the facade class which instantiate the web service proxy and calls its method; the facade class is exposed as service. I've used axis2 1.4 (at beginnig and later 1.5 ) and tomcat 6.0. The first test i did was to call the facede methods from inside the project itself and it worked. Then i've created a new project with a jax-ws web service client to call my class deployed on axis2. At this point has happened two strange thing : In the axis2 services page has appeared the third party proxy class as if it were a new service (if i try to get the wsdl axis raises an error ). eg. the proxy interface is named WebServiceAPI (_stub is the concrete class) and , after the first call to my service , i find a new "WebServicesAPI1272968932531_1" service inside axis . The call obvoiusly fail i've began to sniff soap messages with wireshark and i've found they differs when using proxy classes direclty from my facade test class by the messages created after being deployed on axis. i've noticed they differs for the presence of the soap header in the failing message. any help would be greatly appreciated : maybe i messed up something, there might be some incompatibilities or version mistakes? below i've added the signature of the third party proxy, its impementation and the different soap messages: /* * WebServicesAPI.java * This file was auto-generated from WSDL * by the Apache Axis2 version: 1.4 Built on : Apr 26, 2008 (06:24:30 EDT) */ package com.ibm.eci.wsapi;   For a homework assignment, I'm working with the following. It's an assigned class structure, I know it's not the best design by a long shot. With the code above, it compiles fine when I ONLY include the Person variables. As soon as I try to use ssn, department, or salary I get the following compile errors. Person has five arguments, CollegeEmployee has 3, so my guess is that something's funky with how the parameters are being passed...but I'm not quite sure where to begin fixing it. What am I missing?

  My problem is, i have a table User and Table Group (this table use to authorization for user - it mean when user belong to a group like admin, they can login into admincp and other user belong to group member, they just only read and write and can not login into admincp) each user maybe belong to many groups and each group has been contain many users and they have relationship are many to many I use hibernate for persistence storage. and struts 2 to handle business logic. When i want to implement login action from Struts2 how can i get value of group member belong to ? to compare with value i want to know? • Determining whether values can potentially match a regular expression, given more input

  I am currently writing an application in JavaScript where I'm matching input to regular expressions, but I also need to find a way how to match strings to parts of the regular expressions. For example: var invalid = "x", potentially = "g", valid = "ggg", gReg = /^ggg$/; gReg.test(invalid); //returns false (correct) gReg.test(valid); //returns true (correct) Now I need to find a way to somehow determine that the value of the potentially variable doesn't exactly match the /^ggg$/ expression, BUT with more input, it potentially can! So for example in this case, the potentially variable is g, but if two more g's are appended to it, it will match the regular expression /^ggg$/ But in the case of invalid, it can never match the /^ggg$/ expression, no matter how many characters you append to it. So how can I determine if a string has or doesn't have potential to match a particular regular expression?

• Concurrent Generation of Sequential Keys

  I'm working on a project which generates a very large number of sequential text strings, in a very tight loop. My application makes heavy use of SIMD instruction set extensions like SSE and MMX, in other parts of the program, but the key generator is plain C++. The way my key generator works is I have a keyGenerator class, which holds a single char array that stores the current key. To get the next key, there is a function called "incrementKey," which treats the string as a number, adding one to the string, carrying where necessary. Now, the problem is, the keygen is somewhat of a bottleneck. It's fast, but it would be nice if it were faster. One of the biggest problems is that when I'm generating a set of sequential keys to be processed using my SSE2 code, I have to have the entire set stored in an array, which means I have to sequentially generate and copy 12 strings into an array, one by one, like so: char* keys[12]; for(int i = 0; i < 12; i++) { keys[i] = new char[16]; strcmp(keys[i], keygen++); } So how would you efficiently generate these plaintext strings in order? I need some ideas to help move this along. Concurrency would be nice; as my code is right now, each successive key depends on the previous one, which means that the processor can't start work on the next key until the current one has been completely generated.   UPDATE 23 Dec I had the problem where Zend Framework complains about "No default module defined for this application". I didn't use Modules and the main app works fine. I finally solved the problem with the help from weierophinney.net Your bootstrap needs to minimally set the controller directory -- do a call to $this->frontController->addControllerDirectory(...) in your appBootstrap() method. I didn't in my example, as my Initialization plugin does that sort of thing for me. The problem is solved by adding the below to setUp() $this->getFrontController()->setControllerDirectory(APPLICATION_PATH . '/controllers'); But now, I have afew other questions: 1. Why does that value not get initialized by application.ini? In application.ini, I have [production] resources.frontController.controllerDirectory = APPLICATION_PATH "/controllers" [testing : production] // didn't change anything regarding modules nor controllers 2. I tried setting the controllerDirectory in bootstrap.php of my unit test, but it does not work $front = Zend_Controller_Front::getInstance(); $front->setControllerDirectory(APPLICATION_PATH . '/controllers'); The only way that works is using setUp(). Why is that? END UPDATE 23 Dec I am getting the above error when unit testing my controller plugins.   Hi There, I'm trying to enable dynamic fields in the configuration file for my mapping app, but I can't figure out how to parse the "equation" passed in by the user, at least not without writing a whole parser from scratch! I'm sure there is some easier way to do this, and so I'm asking for ideas! Alternatively, use a series of regex to search and replace each piece of the expression with its value, recursively running until only a number is left. But I don't think regex does math (i.e. replace "\d + \d" with the sum of the two numbers) Ideally, I'd just do a find/replace all variable names with their values, then run an eval(), but there's no eval in AS... eesh I downloaded some course materials for a course on compiler design, so maybe I'll just write a full-fledged calculator language and parser and port it over from the OTHER flex (the parser generator) :-D
