  • String Array and ConvertTo-HTML

    I cant for the life of me get the contents of a string array (well its not strictly typed but all the items in the array are strings) to become a table, i am trying to use ConvertTo-HTML. For example: $arr = @("One", "Two") $arr | ConvertTo-HTML I have tried -As List, using fragments, even using InputObject, is it even possible ? Edit: i simply want to know if there is anyway to use an array as the input for the ConvertTo-HTML cmdlet, all it does is make a table with the length property of the strings.

  • Adding a link using JQuery html() is not click-able on IE6

I can work round this by adding a click event etc but I want to fix the issue without extra tape!   • jQuery .html() vs .text() produce different result in .hover() function

    I have a issue where in I am using the .hover() function. If I use .text() fuction to add the html (anchor tag) which I am dynamically creating, it works fine, both the functions are called as desired.   • 100% height div inside 100% td

    Ok, so here is my problem.. and its buggin me for a while...  i need to set the following DIV 100% height inside this TD without any side-effects (by that i mean scrolling), because for some unknown reason, when i set it to 100% height, looks like IE 8 does some wrong calculations.. Hover over the first row, second column to see the effect. There are a couple of things I'm trying to accomplish: Make the activation area for the hover wider, so hovering over some space to the right of "Status 6" calls up the tooltip (say, 100-150px total width of target). At first, when I was adding "display:block" to a.tooltip, IE was terminating on hover. I resolved that by removing width:14em from a.tooltip:hover. Styling the width of the hover event + display.block on the a element does BAD things. Change the width of the tooltip without changing the width of the column/parent element (so the tooltip can be wider than itso it takes up less vertical space). Options for making the tooltips change width with its contents up to a max width, at which point the lines wrap would be awesome, but probably impossible in IE. As soon as I put a width in place on a.tooltip, the portion of the tooltip that is above other rows than the hover source let text show through from those cells. Remove the width and you'll see that the text doesn't show through any more. The hover effect applies to the entire tooltip, so if the tooltip covers 3 rows, while moving the mouse downward, the next 2 rows won't activate because the cursor hasn't left the tooltip. Can the hover effect apply only to the initial element hovered over and not the tooltip itself so moving the mouse downward will show each tooltip in each row? It would be nice if the links could never be activated (they can't take the focus). I don't know if that's possible. Too bad IE doesn't support hover on any elements but links. Note: soon IE6 will be abandoned in favor of IE8. If it makes a big difference, then IE8 can be the target browser instead. Thanks for your help.

  • SVG as CSS background for website navigation-bar

    I drew a small (horizontal / in width) svg to be the background of my website's navigation. My website's navigation takes place a 100% of the browser's viewport and I want the svg image to fill that 100% space. So, using css I set the background of the navigation (.nav) to nav.svg but then I saw (whenI opened the html file in a browser) that the svg was not the full-width of the nav, but at the small width I drew it at. How can I get the SVG to stretch and fill the entire width of the navigation (100% of the page) ?   • Html2Canvas ...Google Map is not rendering

    I am running a Apache Server . I have a simple screen capture set up using Html2canvas .The capture function is rendering a blank Image . I have tried numerous ways to configure the javascript using related articles from this site to no Avail . The code is all working and tested because I can capture the image prior to "google maps api being loaded .   • Batch convert HTML file(s) saved using IE to MHT

    I have numerous web sites that I've saved over the years. I used Internet Explorer's "Save As..." option to do this. It saves the original page as an .html document, and page requirements in a linked folder with the same name as a document. I want to convert a bunch of these (over 1000) to the single-file .mht format. This can be done through Internet Explorer or Firefox (using UnMHT extension) by loading the original .html document, then re-saving as an .mht document. It is tedious to do that for the number of files I'm talking about, obviously. I'm wondering if anyone knows of a utility, command line or otherwise, that can accomplish this.

    I'm trying to setup a bash process for deploying my django project onto a linux server. Through cygwin, I'm running a script that is calling scp to copy my files over. Is there a similar command to delete *.pyc files. As of now, I've only been able to accomplish this locally after using ssh with: find . -name "*.pyc" -exec rm -rf {} \; I'm looking for some kind of command to call remotely that would be equivalent.

  • Bypass proxy authentication [closed]

    My scenario: My network has a proxy that requires interative authentication. When I access any URL, an username and password is requested to enable navigation. I do have a valid username/password (this means I have permissions to access external content). I do not have access to the proxy server (any change to the proxy server is not an option). What I need: I need to bypass the interative authentication process and make it an automated authentication process. What I do NOT need/want: I do not need/want to hack the network. I do not need/want to access unauthorized content. In other words, I just need to find a way to "save" my password in the computer (security is not a problem) to allow application that does not support this kind of interative authentication to access the internet (like non-browser software that also uses HTTP port). My guess: My guess is to develop a new proxy server that will run in the local machine (eg, a proxy for the network proxy). This proxy server will access my network proxy, authenticate and forward the content. Of course this is a last resort. I prefer to not need to develop a proxy server. Does someone know other solution? (any operating system)

  • Microsoft Outlook 2007 Plain Text/HTML message behaviour?

    I use MS Outlook as email client. When I receive email from certain email addresses(sender within my company/domain itself), and I use the reply button option to reply it, all the menus like - Font type, Font size, Text color, Bold, Italics, Text indentation, Bullets, numbering, are disabled. It doesn't allow me to use any of the above features. This happens only for some email id's where I receive mail from. Not all. Then when I checked in the message properties, it was Plain Text , rather than HTML. But shouldn't outlook allow me the formatting of the messages I reply/compose based on My settings which are HTML? How can I enable to have Rich text formatting enabled while I reply to a text mail?

  • VBS script works on XP 32-bit but not on 7 64-bit

  • Excel Help: Macro is not Cooperating with Quotations!!

    Hi all, I Have a macro containing a line that will change the formula of a cell using R1C1 formula type. The formula is: ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = _ "=IF(R[0]C[-2]=0,"",(R[0]C[-20]-R[0]C[-16]))" When ever I attempt to run the macro it always comes up with a dialog box saying Run-time error '1004': Application-defined or object-defined error. And when you click debug it highlights those 2 lines in the macro. And I can't figure out how to fix it. Can anyone help?

  • Outlook 2007 Script that sends new form email when a message is dragged and dropped into a folder

    Is it possible to write a script that will allow Outlook to automatically send out a new email to a distribution list when you drag and drop and previously opened email into a specified folder? The rules only let you apply them to received and sent messages. They do not allow you to apply it to anything that is dragged and dropped after being opened. It baffles me that Novell Groupwise had this functionality but Outlook 2007 does not. If someone can assist me in writing a script/macro to provided this functionality, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
