  • Tableview not updating correctly after adding person

    I have to be missing something simple here but it escapes me. After the user enters a new person to a mutable array I want to update the table. The mutable array is the datasource. This is what prints: PERSON AT ROW 0 = Melissa peopleArray's Size = 2 PERSON AT ROW 1 = Dave peopleArray's Size = 2 After I add someone to that array I get this: PERSON AT ROW 1 = Dave peopleArray's Size = 3 PERSON AT ROW 2 = Tom peopleArray's Size = 3 When I add a second person I get: PERSON AT ROW 2 = Tom peopleArray's Size = 4 PERSON AT ROW 3 = Ralph peopleArray's Size = 4 Why is not printing everyone in the array? This pattern continues and it only ever prints two people, and it's always the last two people. What the heck am I missing?

  • tree view; show lines property is not working properly

    Hii, I am a bigginer in using tree view control. I am using tree view control to make a simple tree like structure. But when i use show lines property it is not connecting to the root node. However, when I resize the MainWindow, the vertical scrollbar doesn't auto-appear when the Similarly, when I undock the dockWidget & resize, the vertical scrollbar doesn't auto-appear. Pls help!   • Loading external SWF with masked content - need width/height

    I am loading an external swf using the SWFLoader component. The swf that is being loaded is masked so that only a portion is being shown. However, when it's loaded the actual size of the swf (loader.content.width/loader.content.height) is the complete swf including the masked area. Therefore, the loaded swf does not display properly in the itemrenderer Is there a way to to grab the size of the just the masked area as opposed to getting the size of the entire swf's contents? One item to note that is complicating the issue, is that these are swf files that have already been created and there are many of them. In some instances, the size of the stage matches up with the size of the masked area. In other instances, the stage is larger (or possibly smaller) than the masked area movieclip as well as possibly the actual size of the movieclip (w/o the mask). I am currently loading the external swf in using a Loader. Once loaded, I make a copy (screen shot) of the swf by creating a bmp of the loader.content.This is done as I don't want to have any animations being shown on screen at this moment. I am setting the size of the bmp using using loader.content.width & loader.content.height. I then set the SWFLoader.source to the bitmap.

  • How to draw Wingdings 2 characters outside of the 0..255 range in .NET?

    The standard windows Charmap utility shows quite a few characters in the "Wingdings 2" font whose character codes are greater than 255 - for example, 0xE4E shows a hand. However, if I try to draw these characters as follows: g.DrawString(new string((char) 0xE4E, 1), new Font("Wingdings 2", 20), brush, x, y); then all I get is a standard "box" replacement character. This is weird, because the above code works for Wingdings 2 symbols between 0x21 and 0xFF, and also works for ALL symbols in, say, Arial Unicode MS. How can I draw those characters from this particular font? Is there a separate API? (Win7; .NET 3.5 SP1) P.S. Here's the weird Character Map font with the duplicated character ranges:

    hello again everybody— I'm looking to make a functional (not necessarily optimally efficient, as I'm very new to programming) FIFO queue, and am having trouble with my dequeueing. I guess my function doesn't properly assign the new front of the queue? I'm not sure how to fix it though. I don't really want to start from scratch, so if there's a tweak to my code that would work, I'd prefer that—I'm not trying to minimize runtime so much as just get a feel for classes and things of that nature.   • Highlighting correctly in an emacs major mode

    Hi, I am developing an emacs major mode for a language (aka mydsl). However, using the techniques on xahlee's site doesn't seem to be working for some reason (possibly older emacs dialect..) The key issues I am fighting with are (1) highlighting comments is not working and (2), the use of regexp-opt lines is not working.   • jQuery/Asp.Net mvc username lookup

    OK, for the life of me I can't uderstand why the follwing code is always returning false??
