  • Installing SQL Server Compact 3.5 SP2 *after* installing SQL 2012 RC0 - machine.config path include double slashes?

    I'm trying to install SQL Compact 3.5 SP2 after I've installed SQL 2012 RC0, on a x64 Windows 7. The x86 installer goes through fine. The x64 installer fails, with the error: "Error 25543.Failed to save changes to XML file c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\CONFIG\machine.config, system error: -2147024864" Note the \CONFIG (double backslash) where there should be a single backslash... any ideas why this is happening and how to solve it?

    I'm trying to execute double search within files and return file names. I'm using find ./ -iname '*txt' | xargs grep "searchtext" -sl to find file names with 'searchtext' in them. Command is returning a list of files. How can I find "othersearchtext" in those already found files and show them in the same fashion? #### EDITED Answer: grep -l "othersearchtext" $(find ./ -iname '*txt' | xargs grep "searchtext" -sl)

  • Can I combine two LANs into one to get double speed?

    Hey guys, I have 2 LANs in my own PC & 2 Routers (TP-Link WR941N each) with 2 internet accounts (512Kbps each) connected to the same ISP signal & company using NanoStation 5 from ubnt. As you know the connections work separately by default! (I use Windows 7 64bit) Can I merge them to get double speed (download/upload simultaneously) using regedit or special software or any other method? However in the following example, parsing gives me a list of JSONObjects instead of Foos.     this seems really simple but I haven't gotten this to work. I am building my app with grails on google app engine. This pretty much requires you to use JDO. I am making an HTTP call from flex to my app. The action that I am calling on the grails end looks like so def returnShowsByDate = { def query = persistenceManager.newQuery( Show ) def showInstanceList = query.execute() return (List<Show>) showInstanceList } I have tried just returning "hello from grails" and that works just fine. I have alos tried the following return showInstanceList the JDO docs say the query.execute() returns a collection. Why I cant just return that to Flex I have no clue. Any thoughts?

However It only shows a top-level node (with the text "0") and childnodes "1", "2", "3" and "4" directly under the top-node. Am I missing something?     Hello I am trying to write a Java program that reads an input file consisting of URLs, extracts tokens from these, and keeps track of how many times each token appears in the file. What should I do to set it right?

  • Easier debugging stl array

    In MSVC++ I have a vector. Whenever you go out of bounds of the vector (in debug mode, launched as "Start Debugging"), when you step out of bounds of the vector the program halts with a dialog box: Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library ==== Debug Assertion Failed! Expression: Vector subscript out of range Abort | Retry | Ignore So what I want though is the MSVC++ debugger within visual studio to STOP AT THE LINE WHERE THE OUT OF BOUNDS OCCURRED, not give me this dialog box. How can I cause the program to "break" properly and be able to step through code /inspect variables when an out of bounds occurs on an STL vector?

  • C# Resource Array

    Hi, I have a bunch of pictures I'm using in a C# project, and I'm trying to initialize them all for later use. There are over 50 of them and they all have the same name format Properties.Resources._#, where # is the picture number. What I'm trying to do is something like: for(int i = 0; i < 100; i++) { pics[i] = Properties.Resources._i; } How would I go about embedding the index into the name? Thanks, and happy holidays. EDIT: Just realized that if I had a way to embed the index in the name, I could just have a function that returns the specific picture based on the number given, so that would work too.

I have code like <%=mytesttbl.name % when I ran the above code, I have error on _mytesttbl.html.erb, underfined method 'name ' for # Please help. Thanks,
