  Hi, I want to submit my parent page when I click on submit button of the child page.   I am able to use jquery toenable/disable radiobuttonlist based on the checkbox value. But the problem is that I want to disable radiobuttonlist at the first time. Then toggle its enable/disable by checkbox later. So I have But after I add: Enabled = "false" to my radiobuttonlist, the toggle of checkbox does not work. • Prevent content with child nodes from being deleted in umbraco

  I would like to prevent content nodes from being trashed if they have any children. I setup an event handler like so: public class KeepSafeEvents : ApplicationBase { public KeepSafeEvents() { Document.BeforeMoveToTrash += new Document.MoveToTrashEventHandler(Document_BeforeMoveToTrash); } void Document_BeforeMoveToTrash(Document sender, umbraco.cms.businesslogic.MoveToTrashEventArgs e) { if (sender.HasChildren) { e.Cancel = true; } } } However, this doesn't seem to work. I assume it is because the delete process moves the child nodes to trash first before dealing with the parent node (which then has no children). Is there another possible solution? Or am I making a simple mistake above?

  I am trying to bhuild a drill down menu for my website, where user will click on a category and it will show the subcategories of that clicked category, there could be n-levels. I am able to write sql query which returns the output exactaly as I want, but the problem is...I dont want to show the whole menu to end user, I would like to open/expand only clicked category. my Query output is: 1 IPTV 2 Jadoo Tv 3 Shava Tv 4 Jalva Tv 5 Programming 6 Microsoft 7 Asp.Net 8 PHP so by default IPTV & Programming Should be displayed, since they are parent, and when I click on IPTV it should open the children of IPTV, like I said there could be n-levels. I was thinking, I can load the output of query to webpage and then control the menu navigation with css/javascript. do you guys have any ideas?

Then we create c of type C. Then the call to c.test() actually calls B.test() (via inheritance), which calls to test2(). test2() can get the parent frame frame; code reference to method via frame.f_code; self via frame.f_locals['self']; but type(frame.f_locals['self']) is C (of course), but not B, where method is defined. Any way to get B?

My structure is set up as follows: GetResources() - returns a list of Resources. GetResources().ResourceNames - this is the child, which is an entity collection. GetResources().ResourceNames - a property of one record of this child is Name.   Above is how my report looks, the part in yellow in hidden, and is only shown when the user clicks the + icon on the [name]. the result is basically the percentage difference from the Past [X] - [TERM] i.e there is a dropdown with, [weeks, months, days, hours] and a textbox of qty. so choosing qty = 4 and term = weeks will delivery a result set spread over 4 weeks based on the parent result sets date range and name ID I wish to populate here the number of rows, dependant on the value set by the user and the data will be from a dataset. Is it possible to dynamically add more sub rows ( like on row data bound ) if my first row is ID 123 [name], is it possible to send this value [123] to a dataset in order that all subrows are only relevant to the name with ID of 123? this is my first bash at SSRS so please no half cut answers, that just lead to more questions about the answer given :-) if this makes sense. It only shows when setting its reference to "content", but I want it to display witin the already existing product view divs, thus, display it within the "product.info" reference.   I've been transitioning my code from JIT to D3, and working with the tree layout. I've replicated http://mbostock.github.com/d3/talk/20111018/tree.html with my tree data, but I wanted to do a little more. In my case I will need to create child nodes that merge back to form a parent at a lower level, which I realize is more of a directed graph structure, but would like the tree to accomodate (i.e. notice that common id's between child nodes should merge). So basically a tree that divides like normal on the way from parents to children, but then also has the ability to bring those children nodes together to be parents (sort of an incestual relationship or something :)). Asks something similar - How to layout a non-tree hierarchy with D3 It sounds like I might be able to use hierarchical edge bundling in conjunction with the tree hierarchy layout, but I haven't seen that done. I might be a little off with that though.

  In parent class I have function, that operates under an array of functions, declared in child-class, number of functions for every child-class may vary. But since every function uses some object-variables, I can't declare them as static. • Custom constructors for models in Google App Engine (python)

  I'm getting back to programming for Google App Engine and I've found, in old, unused code, instances in which I wrote constructors for models. It seems like a good idea, but there's no mention of it online and I can't test to see if it works. Here's a contrived example, with no error-checking, etc.: class Dog(db.Model): name = db.StringProperty(required=True) breeds = db.StringListProperty() age = db.IntegerProperty(default=0) def __init__(self, name, breed_list, **kwargs): db.Model.__init__(**kwargs) self.name = name self.breeds = breed_list.split() rufus = Dog('Rufus', 'spaniel terrier labrador') rufus.put() The **kwargs are passed on to the Model constructor in case the model is constructed with a specified parent or key_name, or in case other properties (like age) are specified. This constructor differs from the default in that it requires that a name and breed_list be specified (although it can't ensure that they're strings), and it parses breed_list in a way that the default constructor could not. Is this a legitimate form of instantiation, or should I just use functions or static/class methods? And if it works, why aren't custom constructors used more often?

  I am adding rows dynamically on code behind depending on the Row currently bounded on RowDataBound event. I want that added row to be the same state (Alternate or Normal) of the currently bounded row is this possible? I'm doing something like this but it doesn't follow what I want. I'm expecting the added row dynamically would be the same as the current row.
