  • How can I debug expect_before behaviour

    I am relatively new to TCL / expect and mostly modifying existing code. expect_before doesn't seem to do what I expect (which is fine) but I can't work out how to debug it. I have used -d option and am now using exp_internal -f "argh.log" 1 to create a log file, but it isn't helping me. expect_before -info seems useful, but I am not able to grab / display the output (I did say I was new to TCL)

    In my code, I am using an array xyz of 10 objects. When I am trying to access an element of the array using an unsigned int index like this: xyz[level], I get 'Buffer overrun' warning. Logically, I am pretty sure that level won't exceed 10. How to avoid this warning?

    Hi, I am trying to use a Microtheory for a research project I am working on, and am having trouble getting my saved Image of constants I create to work correctly. I save the image after creating the constants using (write-image "world\MyImage") and then going to the \server\run\ directory and using run-cyc-32bit.bat -w "world\MyImage" It loads the server correctly, but not with my constants. I found the above command at the reference page here. Thank you for any help

Listed below are the steps I followed. 1.Downloaded DOJO 1.4, copied dijit,dojo and dojox folders under my application folder jsp-jsDOJO copy paste "dialog via mark up example" (http://www.dojotoolkit.org/reference-guide/dijit/Dialog.html#dijit-dialog) When I run the application, I am getting javasript error dojo undefined.     I am just beginner with Perl, so if it sounds stupid - sorry for that :) My problem is - I am trying to write a class, which has an empty array, defined in constructor of a class. So I am doing this like this: package MyClass; use strict; sub new { my ($C) = @_; my $self = { items => () }; bless $self, ref $C || $C; } sub get { return $_[0]->{items}; } 1; Later I am testing my class with simple script: use strict; use Data::Dumper; use MyClass; my $o = MyClass->new(); my @items = $o->get(); print "length = ", scalar(@items), "\n", Dumper(@items); And while running the script I get following: $ perl my_test.pl length = 1 $VAR1 = undef; Why am I doing wrong what causes that I get my items array filled with undef? Maybe someone could show me example how the class would need to be defined so I would not get any default values in my array?

    I am trying to automate the process of creating an Exchange Mailbox for AD users and am running into an issue. When calling the CreateMailbox method I am receiving the error "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component". I have installed and referenced the Exchange Management Tools and am using impersonation for permissions. Here is an example of what I am exactly looking at : It stores your previously searched domain name for that particular session so that user can make decision by comparing those results.     Hi, I'm having problems with regular expressions that I got from regexlib. I am trying to do a preg_replace() on a some text and want to replace/remove email addresses and URLs (http/https/ftp).   • Best way to create a SPARQL endpoint for a RDBMS (MySQL database)

    I am doing (want to do) some experiments with Linked Open Datasets particularly those put out by governments. I have a RDBMS (more specifically MySQL). I designed it with semantic web ideas in mind i.e. I have a information stored as objects, predicates and classes which define objects. In turn all objects are related to each other though statements of the form subject -- predicate -- object (where the subjects are from the objects table). I want to be able to query other RDF triple stores from my application and let other triple stores query my data. Is it possible to "set something up" so that this is possible? I have looked at Jena. Using Jena seems to mean I have to it as a storage application rather than MySQL - the only problem with this is that I include a new concept called a category (which I don't think is part of the semantic web languages). I will use categories to help with displaying information (they don't have any other meaning) but using Jena seems to mean that I can't organise predicates under categories for more convenient viewing. I am using Java so a JAVA API is preferred. It's also possible I misunderstood the purpose of Jena, and maybe that can be of use, but I am not sure how. I am sure four days from now this question will seem rather silly, but at the moment I am somewhat confused about how to proceed.

But this way, I am repating the same code in two places and if anything is to be changed later on in the code, I have to do it in both places, which is time consuming and error prone. Thanks.     I am just cuirous about behind of extension method mechanism.Some questions and answer appear in my mind. MyClass.OrderBy(x=>x.a).OrderBy(x=>x.b); I was guessing that mechanism was first orderby method works and order them by a member then returns sorted items in IEnumarable interface then next Orderby method of IEnumarable Order them for b paramater.But i am wrong when i look at this linq query. MyClass.Orderby(x=>x.a).ThenOrderBy(x=>x.b); this is slightly different and tells me that i am wrong.Because this is not ordering by a then b and not possible to have such result if i was right.This get me confuse enough... Similiar structure is possible to write withot extension methods as first query but second is not possible.This prove i am wrong . Can u explain it ?

  • PHP Sessions and Passing Session ID

    I have an API where I am passing the session id back and forth between calls. I set up the session like so: // start API session session_name('apikey'); session_id($data['apikey']); // required to link session session_start(); Although I named my session and am passing the session id via GET and POST using the name, PHP does not automatically resume that session. It always creates a new one unless I set the explicitly set the session id. I found some old user comments on www.php.net that said unless the session id is the first parameter PHP won't set it automatically. This seems odd, but even when I call tried it still didn't work: rest_services.php?apikey=sdr6d3subaofcav53cpf71j4v3&q=testing I have used PHP for years, but am a little confused on why I needed to explicitly set the session with session_id() when I am naming the session and passing it's key accordingly. UPDATE It seems I wasn't clear. My question is why is setting the session ID with session_id() required when I am passing the id, using the session name apikey, via $_GET or $_POST. Theoretically this is no different than PHP's SID when cookies are disabled. But for me it doesn't work unless I explicitly set the session ID. Why?

    Could not load file or assembly 'Payflow_dotNET_2.0' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040) I tried to reference the payflow SDK and got this error.But I am no longer trying to reference it. I have removed all references to this dll. and Now I am just trying to get the project to start in VS but I still get this error. I am not trying to add the dll anymore.If i have removed the reference to this, why am I still getting this error? How can I remove anything else that may still be causing my program to look for this file? Thanks!

Actually what went wrong in my explanation (apart from my bad English) ? What is the real answers for those? I am waiting for your valuable suggestions.

  • Cuda program results are always zero in HW, correct in EMU??

    Hi all! I am having a weird problem .. I have written a CUDA code which executes correctly in emulation and all results show up.. however, when executed on hardware "G210" .. the results in the result memory are always 0 I am passing two vectors to the kernel, one with random variables the other is initialized to zero, the code copies the first vector to shared memory, does some swapping and other operations and then writes back the results on the second vector (the one with the initial 0's) I am using double precision, the -arch sm13 flag is used, all memory allocation also use sizeof(double) .. I have checked if the kernel is invoked, it does .. so no problems here .. the cudaMemCpy has no problems .. what could be the problem .. :( why would it work in emulation but not on HW I am quite confused .. any ideas?
