The player is always at #5 1 | 2 | 3 4 | 5 | 6 7 | 8 | 9 So whenever you cross the border you unload and load the new "areas" But if the user goes just over the edge and then the second after goes back previous area a lot of unnecessary loading and unloading is done. Is there a general approach to this because I dont think games like skyrim have this issue? Cheers!
