  • Showing pagination with only single page using will_paginate

    I'm using will_paginate as standard, but it only shows the pagination controls (< 1 2 etc) when there's more than one page to display. Normally, this would be what is wanted, but I want to see the pagination controls (for UI consistency and to get round an annoying CSS quirk in the system I'm working on) even when there's only 1 page to display (showing < 1 ). Is this possible?

  • How to modify raw HTML of ASP.NET page on PreRender?

    I want to access the raw HTML code that my ASP.NET System.Web.UI.Page is about to render. How can i do that? Is there a property or method like System.Web.UI.Page.HTML or something like that. I know I could loop through the Controls List of the page and get access to all the Literal Controls etc, but I was wondering if there's a direct property or method that can return me the raw html, which I can modify just before rendering the page.

  • Form graphics not set when form loads

    My form has a group box which contains two overlapping rectangles. The form's other controls are two sets of four numeric up down controls to set the rectangles' colors. (nudF1,2,3 and 4 set the rectangle that's in front, and nudB1,2,3 and 4 set the rectangle that's behind.) Everything works fine, except that the rectangles do not display the colors set in the numeric up downs when the form first loads. The numeric up down controls' ChangeValue events all call the ShowColors() method. The form's Load event calls the csColorsForm_Load() method.   • Auto scrolling control (WinAPI)?

    In C# (.Net) you can create a panel and set autoscroll to true. you can then add controls into it, including beyond it's size, then it will scroll. I was wondering if when using the real WinAPI in c++ (not .net) how one could acheive the same result. Must I keep track of the controls inside and move them all when I scroll or is there an easier way like in C#. Thanks

Now I am trying to attach a selector on one of the controls inside pageLoad(), problem being is that the modal container is initially set to visible=false.   • Is it possible to use components derived from TWinControl in a service?

    I am creating a Delphi service. Is there any way to use controls derived from TWinControl within services? Ultimately the control and any controls I place on it will be saved to a bitmap. But anything I try I get "control has no parent window" error. I have successfully created a TBitMap and can accomplish the same functionality. But having all the functionality built into the VCL would greatly simplify the task.

The default EditText size is too wide for me to show enough EditText controls on a screen, but I have been unable to figure out how to make them narrower. Consider raising the ThreadsPerChild setting We raised our ThreadsPerChild setting from 50 to 100, but we still get the error. Since the Apache server runs as a separate process and the database doesn't record any problems when this error occurs, I'm doubtful that Oracle is the problem. Unfortunately, the errors are freaking out our sysadmins, who are inclined to blame any and all problems which occur with the server on this error. Is this a known bug in Apache that I simply haven't been able to find any reference to through Google?
