I'm looking to build a mobile version of a WordPress site and have most of it built in static files, but am trying to get access to the WordPress content from inside an external PHP file that the mobile site will run from. How can I get access to the loop or database without manually writing SQL queries?

WPF DataContext does not refresh the DataGrid using MVVM model

Project Overview I have a view which binds to a viewmodel containing 2 ObserverableCollection. The viewmodel constructor populates the first ObserverableCollection and the view datacontext is collected to bind to it through a public property called Sites. Later the 2ed ObserverableCollection is populated in the LoadOrders method and the public property LoadFraudResults is updated for binding it with datacontext. I am using WCF to pull the data from the database and its getting pulled very nicely. But, when I call BindItemsSource again to repopulate the obseravablecollection based on changed selected combo value via cmbWebsite_SelectionChanged, the observalblecollection gets populated with new value and LoadFraudResults property in viewmodule is populated with new values; but when i call the datacontext to rebind the datagrid,the datagrid does not reflect the changed values. In other words the datagrid doesnot get changed when the datacontext is called the 2ed time in BindItemsSource method of the view. manageFraudOrderViewModel.LoadOrders(website); this.DataContext = manageFraudOrderViewModel; manageFraudOrderViewModel values are correct but the datagrid is not relected with changed values. Please help as I am stuck with this thing for past 2 days and the deadline is approaching near. Thanks in advance

Can't join OS X Mavericks to AD Domain

I'm attempting to join an OS X Mavericks (10.9) client to a Windows Server 2008 Active Directory domain, however the bind fails with this error in the OS X client's system.log: Oct 24 15:03:15 host.domain.com com.apple.preferences.users.remoteservice[5547]: -[ODCAddServerSheetController handleOtherActionError: gotError: Error Domain=com.apple.OpenDirectory Code=5202 "Authentication server encountered an error while attempting the requested operation." I've joined (bound) Ubuntu Linux clients to the same domain with net ads join in the past with no problems (using the same administrative user). I don't have access to any server logs. Here's the GUI error (from Directory Utility) on the OS X client: Here's the GUI error (from User's and Groups) in System Preferences on the OS X client: Update After some Wiresharking I've got some more info: OS X Client - KDC (over UDP): AS_REQ (no padata) OS X Client <- KDC (over UDP): KRB5KDC_ERR_PREAUTH_REQUIRED OS X Client - KDC (over UDP): AS_REQ (this time with PA-ENC-TIMESTAMP in padata) OS X Client <- KDC (over UDP): KRB5KDC_ERR_RESPONSE_TOO_BIG OS X Client - KDC (over TCP): AS_REQ (also with PA-ENC-TIMESTAMP in padata) OS X Client <- KDC (over TCP): KDC_ERR_ETYPE_NOSUPP ...and that's it. This is what I think is going on: The OS X client sends a kerberos request. The KDC says, "You need to pre-authenticate. Try again" The OS X client tries to pre-authenticate (all this so far is over UDP) Something gets lost on our network and the KDC says, "Oops something went wrong" The OS X client switches to TCP and tries again. Over TCP, the KDC says, "You're using an encryption type I don't support" Note that in its padata records, the OS X client is always using "aes256-cts-hmac-sha1-96" as its encryption type. However, in its KDC_REQ_BODY record it lists the aes256-cts-hmac-sha1-96, aes128-cts-hmac-sha1-96, des3-cbc-sha1, and rc4-hmac encryption types. When the KDC comes back with KDC_ERR_ETYPE_NOSUPP, it uses rc4-hmac as its encryption type in its padata record. I know next to nothing about Kerberos, but it seems to me that the OS X client should go ahead and try the rc4-hmac encryption type. However, it does nothing after this. If retrieving the album cover fails for some reason the object is filled with a default image and then added. The last line of the code is what's showing up in the crash log. It runs fine in the simulator but crashes 100% in testing on device apparently. Can anyone tell me what I am missing here?

Hi all- I'm getting some really bizarre stuff while trying to merge multiple data frames. Help! I need to merge a bunch of data frames by the columns 'RID' and 'VISCODE'. The really weird thing is that using this works: dataList = list(demog[1:50,], neurobat[1:50,], apoe[1:50,], mmse[1:50,], faq[1:47, ]) And using this fails: dataList = list(demog[1:50,], neurobat[1:50,], apoe[1:50,], mmse[1:50,], faq[1:48, ]) As far as I can tell, there is nothing special about row 48 of faq. Likewise, using this works: dataList = list(demog[1:50,], neurobat[1:50,], apoe[1:50,], mmse[1:50,], pdx[1:47, ]) And using this fails: dataList = list(demog[1:50,], neurobat[1:50,], apoe[1:50,], mmse[1:50,], pdx[1:48, ]) Row 48 in faq and row 48 in pdx have the same values for RID and VISCODE, the same value for EXAMDATE (something I'm not matching on) and different values for ID (another thing I'm not matching on). Besides the matching RID and VISCODE, I see anything special about them. They don't share any other variable names. This same scenario occurs elsewhere in the data without problems. To add icing on the complication cake, this doesn't even work: dataList = list(demog[1:50,], neurobat[1:50,], apoe[1:50,], mmse[1:50,], faq[1:48, 2:3]) where columns 2 and 3 are "RID" and "VISCODE". 48 isn't even the magic number because this works: dataList = list(demog[1:500,], neurobat[1:500,], apoe[1:500,], mmse[1:457,]) while using mmse[1:458, ] fails. I can't seem to come up with test data that causes the problem. Has anyone had this problem before? Any better ideas on how to merge? Thanks for your help! Jasmine

I've been googling for about whole day and found none open source library with scaling algoriths used in loop. Is there such library from wich i could port some methods? I found http://www.codeproject.com/KB/GDI-plus/imgresizoutperfgdiplus.aspx but I really don't understand His approach to the problem, and porting it will be a pain in the ... Wikipedia tells a matematic approach. So my question is: Where can I find easy-to-port graphic open source library wich includes simple scaling algorithms? Of course if such library even exists :)

Cisco 891w multiple VLAN configuration

I'm having trouble getting my guest network up. I have VLAN 1 that contains all our network resources (servers, desktops, printers, etc). I have the wireless configured to use VLAN1 but authenticate with wpa2 enterprise. The guest network I just wanted to be open or configured with a simple WPA2 personal password on it's own VLAN2. I've looked at tons of documentation and it should be working but I can't even authenticate on the guest network! I've posted this on cisco's support forum a week ago but no one has really responded. I am following the SampleSyncAdapter and upon startup, it appears that my SyncAdapter is not configured correctly. It reports an error trying to load its meta-data. How can I isolate the problem? Python - calculate multinomial probability density functions on large dataset?

Hi, I originally intended to use MATLAB to tackle this problem but the inbuilt functions has limitations that do not suit my goal. The same limitation occurs in NumPy. I have two tab-delimited files. The first is a file showing amino acid residue, frequency and count for an in-house database of protein structures, i.e. A 0.25 1 S 0.25 1 T 0.25 1 P 0.25 1 The second file consists of quadruplets of amino acids and the number of times they occur, i.e. ASTP 1 Note, there are 8,000 such quadruplets. Based on the background frequency of occurence of each amino acid and the count of quadruplets, I aim to calculate the multinomial probability density function for each quadruplet and subsequently use it as the expected value in a maximum likelihood calculation. The multinomial distribution is as follows: f(x|n, p) = n!/(x1!*x2!*...*xk!)*((p1^x1)*(p2^x2)*...*(pk^xk)) where x is the number of each of k outcomes in n trials with fixed probabilities p. n is 4 four in all cases in my calculation. I have created three functions to calculate this distribution. # functions for multinomial distribution def expected_quadruplets(x, y): expected = x*y return expected # calculates the probabilities of occurence raised to the number of occurrences def prod_prob(p1, a, p2, b, p3, c, p4, d): prob_prod = (pow(p1, a))*(pow(p2, b))*(pow(p3, c))*(pow(p4, d)) return prob_prod # factorial() and multinomial_coefficient() work in tandem to calculate C, the multinomial coefficient def factorial(n): if n <= 1: return 1 return n*factorial(n-1) def multinomial_coefficient(a, b, c, d): n = 24.0 multi_coeff = (n/(factorial(a) * factorial(b) * factorial(c) * factorial(d))) return multi_coeff The problem is how best to structure the data in order to tackle the calculation most efficiently, in a manner that I can read (you guys write some cryptic code :-)) and that will not create an overflow or runtime error. To data my data is represented as nested lists. amino_acids = [['A', '0.25', '1'], ['S', '0.25', '1'], ['T', '0.25', '1'], ['P', '0.25', '1']] quadruplets = [['ASTP', '1']] I initially intended calling these functions within a nested for loop but this resulted in runtime errors or overfloe errors. I know that I can reset the recursion limit but I would rather do this more elegantly. I had the following: for i in quadruplets: quad = i[0].split(' ') for j in amino_acids: for k in quadruplets: for v in k: if j[0] == v: multinomial_coefficient(int(j[2]), int(j[2]), int(j[2]), int(j[2])) I haven'te really gotten to how to incorporate the other functions yet. I think that my current nested list arrangement is sub optimal. I wish to compare the each letter within the string 'ASTP' with the first component of each sub list in amino_acids. Where a match exists, I wish to pass the appropriate numeric values to the functions using indices. Is their a better way? Can I append the appropriate numbers for each amino acid and quadruplet to a temporary data structure within a loop, pass this to the functions and clear it for the next iteration? Thanks, S :-)

Python performance: iteration and operations on nested lists

Problem Hey folks. I'm looking for some advice on python performance. Some background on my problem: Given: A mesh of nodes of size (x,y) each with a value (0...255) starting at 0 A list of N input coordinates each at a specified location within the range (0...x, 0...y) Increment the value of the node at the input coordinate and the node's neighbors within range Z up to a maximum of 255. Neighbors beyond the mesh edge are ignored. (No wrapping) BASE CASE: A mesh of size 1024x1024 nodes, with 400 input coordinates and a range Z of 75 nodes. Processing should be O(x*y*Z*N). I expect x, y and Z to remain roughly around the values in the base case, but the number of input coordinates N could increase up to 100,000. My goal is to minimize processing time. Current results I have 2 current implementations: f1, f2 Running speed on my 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with Python 2.6.1: f1: 2.9s f2: 1.8s f1 is the initial naive implementation: three nested for loops. f2 is replaces the inner for loop with a list comprehension. Code is included below for your perusal. Question How can I further reduce the processing time? I'd prefer sub-1.0s for the test parameters. Please, keep the recommendations to native Python. I know I can move to a third-party package such as numpy, but I'm trying to avoid any third party packages. Also, I've generated random input coordinates, and simplified the definition of the node value updates to keep our discussion simple. I need to build a functionality that has to be used by many UI screens The one I have got works but I need to make sure I am implementing a fast algoritim if you like It's like an incremental search. User types a word to search for eg const string searchFor = "Guinea"; const char nextLetter = ' ' It looks in the list and returns 2 records "Guinea and Guinea Bissau " User types a word to search for eg const string searchFor = "Gu"; const char nextLetter = 'i' returns 3 results. This is the function but I would like to speed it up. How can I set audit controls on files owned by TrustedInstaller using Powershell?

I am trying to set audit controls on a number of files (listed in ACLsWin.txt) located in \%Windows%\System32 (for example, aaclient.dll) using the following Powershell script: $FileList = Get-Content ".\ACLsWin.txt" $ACL = New-Object System.Security.AccessControl.FileSecurity $AccessRule = New-Object System.Security.AccessControl.FileSystemAuditRule("Everyone", "Delete", "Failure") $ACL.AddAuditRule($AccessRule) foreach($File in $FileList) { Write-Host "Changing audit on $File" $ACL | Set-Acl $File } Whenever I run the script, I get the error PermissionDenied [Set-Acl] UnauthorizedAccessException. This seems to come from the fact that the owner of these files is TrustedInstaller. I am running these scripts as Administrator (even though I'm on the the built-in Administrator account) and it's still failing. I can set these audit controls by hand using the Security tab, but there are at least 200 files for which doing by hand may lead to human errors. How can I get around TrustedInstaller and set these audit controls using Powershell?

Java - Lock Aspect Ratio of JFrame

Is it possible to lock the aspect ratio of a JFrame in Java Swing? For example, if my window is 200px by 200px, and the user wants to resize it, I want the ratio between the width and the height at 1:1, so that if the new width is 400px, the new height is forced to 400px. I'm aware of ComponentListener and componentResized, but I'm having difficulty not getting it to go into an infinite loop of resizing, because I'm resizing the window in a resize listener. Thanks!

The animation works fine, but on all labels (not only the one I want). I tried to switch SetTarget by SetTargetName but labels are created into my window by the constructor and names can not be founded when I try "SetTargetName". Do you have any ideas ?
