    Hi, i have this error on one of my sites. Searched thought all project found no Dictionary of some kind. Read somewhere it could be caused by Url Rewrite module on IIS 7 which i'm using for certain redirects.     I have to track the stock of individual parts and kits (assemblies) and can't find a satisfactory way of doing this. Sample bogus and hyper simplified database: Table prod: prodID 1 prodName Flux capacitor prodCost 900 prodPrice 1350 (900*1.5) prodStock 3 - prodID 2 prodName Mr Fusion prodCost 300 prodPrice 600 (300*2) prodStock 2 - prodID 3 prodName Time travel kit prodCost 1650 (1350+300) prodPrice 2145 (1650*1.3) prodStock 2 Table rels relID 1 relSrc 1 (Flux capacitor) relType 4 (is a subpart of) relDst 3 (Time travel kit) - relID 2 relSrc 2 (Mr Fusion) relType 4 (is a subpart of) relDst 3 (Time travel kit) prodPrice: it's calculated based on the cost but not in a linear way. In this example for costs of 500 or less, the markup is a 200%. For costs of 500-1000 the markup is 150%. For costs of 1000+ the markup is 130% That's why the time travel kit is much cheaper than the individual parts prodStock: here is my problem. I can sell kits or the individual parts, So the stock of the kits is virtual. The problem when I buy: Some providers sell me the Time Travel kit as a whole (with one barcode) and some sells me the individual parts (with a different barcode) So when I load the stock I don't know how to impute it. The problem when I sell: If I only sell kits, calculate the stock would be easy: "I have 3 Flux capacitors and 2 Mr Fusions, so I have 2 Time travel kits and a Flux Capacitor" But I can sell Kits or individual parts. So, I have to track the stock of the individual parts and the possible kits at the same time (and I have to compensate for the sell price) Probably this is really simple, but I can't see a simple solution. Resuming: I have to find a way of tracking the stock and the database/program is the one who has to do it (I cant ask the clerk to correct the stock) I'm using php+MySql. But this is more a logical problem than a programing one

  • OpenGL/Carbon/Cocoa Memory Management Autorelease issue

    Hoooboy, I've got another doozy of a memory problem. I'm creating a Carbon (AGL) Window, in C++ and it's telling me that I'm autorelease-ing it without a pool in place. uh... what? I thought Carbon existed outside of the NSAutoreleasePool... When I call glEnable(GL_TEXTURE_2D) to do some stuff, it gives me a EXC_BAD_ACCESS warning - but if the AGL Window is never getting release'd, then shouldn't it exist? Setting set objc-non-blocking-mode at (gdb) doesn't make the problem go away. So I guess my question is WHAT IS UP WITH CARBON/COCOA/NSAutoreleasePool? And... are there any resources for Objective-C++? Because crap like this keeps happening to me.   • Remove Setup Project does not delete it from file system using Visual Studio

    Using Visual Studio 2008 - I add a Setup project (from Setup and Deployment Template) and its called by default Setup1. I then decide I don't want this so I right click on the project and select Remove. Later on I decide I want to add a Setup project again but it's default name is called Setup2 and when you look at the project folder you can see the old Setup1 files are still there! Why has Visual Studio not deleted these from the file system when I selected Remove - and is there a way to make it delete them from the file system as default behaviour?

  • Building a DVR system for use with custom windows application (video analytics)

    Is there a good PCIe DVR capture card that has at least 4 channels as well as the hardware encoding? It would have to have decent driver support in Windows xp or windows 7. I have looked at various video capture cards as well as an integrated video capture card/motherboard from Huperlabs. But so far I have not found one with a decent review and that has good driver support that I can verify. A really small card would be nice because I am trying to get a fairly small form factor. Huperlabs stuff is pretty awesome but they are slow to get back to me and they bundle their analytics software with the hardware (extra cost for nothing) The dvr is being used for security.

  • "php: command not found" after changing PHP system files in OS X

    I wanted to install Symfony on Mac OS X Lion. Apparently, as MAMP was already installed on my computer, there was a problem with the "timezone" field in the php.ini file. I can't remember exactly the error but basically, Symfony installation required a timezone like "Europe/Paris" but MAMP apparently changed that part. Well, it's very vague but I've seen on the web that other people had the same issue. So I tried one of the solution I found (without success) but: It didn't work. I can not use the php command anymore ("-bash: php: command not found"). I can not remember the exact commands I did to go back. Here are some potential relevant commands I found in my history and that correspond with the beginning of my problem, in this order: sudo mv /usr/bin/php /usr/bin/php-old sudo ln -s /Applications/MAMP/bin/php5/bin/php /usr/bin/php rm /usr/bin/php-old sudo cp php.ini.default /etc/php.ini rm php.ini but I don't know anymor in which repertory I was. sudo mv /usr/bin/php-old /usr/bin/php

    Hello, I have a system where registered users can vote up/vote down comment for a picture. Something very similar to SO's voting system. I store the votes in a table with values as such; vote_id | vote_comment_id | vote_user_id | vote_date Now I have few a question concerned the speed and efficiency for the following; PROB: Once a user opens the picture page with comments I need, if that user has already voted UP/DOWN a comment to show it like; "you voted up" or "you voted down" next to the comment (in SO it the vote image is highlighted) MY POSSIBLE SOL: Right now when I open a picture page for each comment I loop thru, I loop thru my table of votes as well and check if a user has voted and show the status (I compare the vote_user_id with the user's session). How efficient is this? Anyone have a better approach to tackle this kind of problem?

    Upon starting Windows Server 2008 R2 I get this error message: Event ID 11 Disk The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk3\DR3. There are also also 3 more similar messages for Harddisk 2, 4, and 5, but not zero or 1. Checking the event viewer reveals it's been going on for 3 months. I ran chkdsk - no bad sectors. Any advice on the cause, better still, a solution?

However in W7 when I switch keyboard it stays in the window I switched it.. and other windows have English at the same time... In windows 8.1 if I switch keyboard it changes everywhere. is there an option to keep different keyboards in different windows / apps ?

  • Error message when installing Comodo System Cleaner 2.2.126408.3

    I've downloaded the setup file, closed all applications and tried to run it. Early on I get the message "Error - setup cannot continue. Please uninstall old version CBU" which I assume is something to do with Comodo Backup. I've actually just updated Backup to V 2.2.127002.12 and cleaned the registry with Comodo Registry Cleaner and CCleaner but still get the error message. Please advise on what to do next. I'm using Win Vista Home Premium 32 bit Thanks

  • Developer workload management software: recommendations?

    In my place, we use two issue tracking tools, one for production bugs, and another for issues on projects in development. These tools are good for managers. However, at an individual level, other work can also arrive through desk visits, email, or the phone, and those allocating the work aren't always interested in issue tracking systems. I've recently rolled off an 18-month project where I got into a cycle of overtime, and I found that I didn't always have good visibility of all work assigned to me. As a result, I was always very busy, and felt constantly laden down with work, but didn't have the clear data to show my manager (or, ironically, the time to stop and gather the information!). A handwritten list, updated at the end of each day, is a good start, but can anyone recommend better tools to help me get a clear view of my own workload? Ideally, I'm thinking of software tools for developers, which could incorporate estimates, but all suggestions welcome. Thanks, Paddy

    Hello I'm trying to understand how DI exactly works. I'm currently using Windsor as DI container. I use this to load my services dynamically in code without direct reference. But I have change behaviour and want to know a bit more on the instance mgmt using DI. I have a web app projct, here is a WCF service using PerCall as instancemode. This means, new instance/call. In this WCF I call a service (loaded via DI) and this service calls another service (again loaded via DI). The WCF is a new instance in the appdomain, but what about the services. They are also new instances? Is this DI container shared among all WCF instances and are the services in this container also single instances? Can anyone clarify?

  • OpenGLES rotation in fixed coordinate system

    Hi, I'm having real trouble finding out how to rotate an object arround two axes without changing axes orientation. I need only local rotation, first arround X axis and then arround Y axis(only example, it doesn't matter how many transformations arround which axes) without transforming the whole coordinate system, only the object. The problem is that if I'm using glRotatef arround X axis, the axes are rotated also and that's what I don't want. I've red bunch of articles about it but it seems I'm still missing something. Thanks for every help. To have some sample code here, it's something like this glMatrixMode(GL_MODELVIEW); glLoadIdentity(); glRotatef(rotX, 1.0f, 0.0f, 0.0f); glRotatef(rotY, 0.0f, 1.0f, 0.0f); drawObject(); but this transforms the coordinate system also.
