• Can not find the "variables.tcl" file in Varnish Security

  Varnish Security main.vcl contains # clear all internal variables include "/etc/varnish/security/build/variables.vcl"; and # fallthrough: clear all internal variables on security.vcl_recv exit include "/etc/varnish/security/build/variables.vcl"; but /etc/varnish/security/build/variables.vcl is not included into the git. I commented it out, and it is working fine but where can I get that file?

• Slash after domain in URL missing for Rails site

  After redirecting users in a Rails app, for some reason the slash after the domain is missing. Generated URLs are invalid and I'm forced to manually correct them. The problem only occurs on a subdomain. On a different primary domain (same server), everything works ok. For example, after logging out, the site is directing to https://www.sub.domain.comlogin/ rather than https://www.sub.domain.com/login I suspect the issue has something to do with the vhost setup, but I'm not sure. • Trying to setup virtual hosts on unix PHP on nginx

  I have tried to install php5-fpm and Nginx on Ubuntu machine, but I got a problem. When I have only one virtual host on a unix port it is all fine but when I try to add another virtual host Nginx goes to default web page "Welcome to Nginx!" but when I run it on a tcp port example port 9000 it work fine with multisites. It is a fresh install of ubuntu 11.10, Nginx 1.2.3 with php5-fpm installed. It also has extra php installs such as php-apc. I can only give the links to the virtual hosts because I am doing it from a mobile phone. • Make mod_wsgi use python2.7.2 instead of python2.6?

  i am running Ubuntu 10.04.1 LTS and it came pre-packed with python2.6 but i need to replace it with python2.7.2. (The reason is simple, 2.7 has a lot of features backported from 3 ) i had installed python2.7.2 using ./configure make make altinstall the altinstall option installed it, without touching the system default version, to /usr/local/lib/python2.7 and placed the interpreter in /usr/local/bin/python2.7 Then to help mod_wsgi find python2.7 i added the following to /etc/apache2/sites-available/wsgisite WSGIPythonHome /usr/local i start apache and run a test wsgi app BUT i am greeted by python 2.6.5 and not Python2.7 Later i replaced the default python simlink to point to python 2.7 ln -f /usr/local/bin/python2.7 /usr/bin/python Now typing 'python' on the console opens python2.7 but somehow mod_wsgi still picks up python2.6 Next i tried, PATH=/usr/local/bin:$PATH export PATH then do a quick restart apache, but yet again its python2.6 !! • Nginx Load Balancer 403 error

  I am trying to install nginx as a load balancer with apache backends, so that when I point my sites to the nginx server it serves up the content from the apache backend. I have the apache configuration set up correctly on both (i.e when I go to the site on the apache servers it works great) but when I use the nginx load balancer as the site I get 403 error. I have no idea why as it isn't even accessing any files on the server, thusly there aren't any files to be forbidden access to. I have tar files and I do not know if there will be 2, 3 or 4 folders inside. How do I strip the entire path and extract files in the given "directory" path.

  I'm using the following command on Linux to change the default library path temporarily for the program being run: /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 --library-path /home/me/libs./myProgram This runs myProgram and makes it check /home/me/libs first for its dynamically linked libraries. So I want to do this on Mac too.. is there an equivalent? I'd like to avoid setting environment variables if possible.

  Windows (all versions) folders have their standard names such as Users, Documents, Local Settings etc that are unfortunately translated in other language versions, and thus instead of the names that are in the path to the folder they appear in the file explorer under quite different names. For example, instead Pictures I get "Moje obrazy" (translation into Polish language), and yet in the path it is still "pictures". This is very confusing and I would like to turn this automatic translation off, but can't find how.

  I replaced ActivePerl with Strawberry Perl on my WinXP last week. I found I must run my Perl script with the command of perl myperl.pl; otherwise I only need run myperl.pl before install Strawberry. How can I only run myperl.pl as before? • ListView items not clickable with HorizontalScrollView inside

  I have quite a complicated ListView. Each item looks something like this: > LinearLayout (vertical) > LinearLayout (horizontal) > include (horizontal LinearLayout with two TextViews) > include (ditto) > include (ditto) > TextView > HorizontalScrollView (this guy is my problem) > LinearLayout (horizontal) In my activity, when an item is created (getView() is called) I add dynamic TextViews to the LinearLayout inside the HorizontalScrollView (besides filling the other, simpler stuff out). Amazingly, performance is pretty good. My problem is that when I added the HorizontalScrollView, my list items became unclickable. They don't get the orange background when clicked and they don't fire the OnItemClickedListener I have set up (to do a simple Log.d call). How can I make my list items clickable again?

• Perl execution from command line question

  I replaced ActivePerl with Strawberry Perl on my WinXP last week. I found I must run my Perl script with the command of perl myperl.pl; otherwise I only need run myperl.pl before install Strawberry. How can I only run myperl.pl as before? I checked my environment configuration as below. C:\> Path C:\Program Files\ActiveState Komodo Edit 5\;C:\Perl\site\bin;C:\Perl\bin;C:\Perl\bin\;C:\Program Files\CodeSynthesis XSD 3.2\bin\;%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem; C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control Panel;C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Tools\binn\;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Thunder Network\KanKan \Codecs;C:\strawberry\c\bin;C:\strawberry\perl\bin` Strawberry Perl path already listed in the Path value after install successfully. Anything I missed? Thank you for your suggestion.
