  • KineticJS issue with repeatable mouse event

    I have noob issue here (i obviously missing something). I simplified it from my bigger application: When i click blue rectangle, i add another layer to the stage that includes red rectangle (clickable), when i clik this red rectangle it removes second layer with red rect. Problem: When i click blue rect second time, nothing happens :( i.e. app works only once, and i need to add/remove second layer(with red rect) repeatedly.   • Height in IE is displaying diffrent to firefox

    I have a problem with displaying a set height in ie. In my css I have set a height for my sidebar div as 2150px; which it displays fine in firefox but does not display the full height in ie. How can I get ie to display the height I have set in ie?   • Horizontally spacing a row of images evenly

    I have a few rows of images like so <div class="row"> <img src="image.jpg" alt=""> <img src="image.jpg" alt=""> <img src="image.jpg" alt=""> <img src="image.jpg" alt=""> <img src="image.jpg" alt=""> </div> Each image has a different width, and there is also a different number of images on each row (4-6). I want to space the images evenly in the row, the row has a fixed width of 960px. I could do this by calculating the total empty space for each row and then dividing it among the images for a margin, but I was hoping there was something simpler that I could apply to every row instead of having to calculate and code a separate one for each row.

    I am working on some old web forms application. When I changed from design to view source of the aspx page, the aspx markup becomes disarranged.     Hi all I have 3 divs with rollover images inside them stacked vertically inside my main content div. IE7 is chopping off about three quarters of the bottom div and I can't figure out why. It displays perfectly in all other browsers (even IE6) but IE7 just won't display properly. This is my first website so I still have a lot to learn. I've managed to fix the other IE bugs but just can't figure this one out.     So I've found similar questions but none that answer all the questions I have and I know there must be a simple jQuery answer to this. I've got multiple images that are being dynamically placed in their own containing div that have overflow:hidden, they need to fill their containing divs and be centered(horizontally and vertically) also. The containing divs will be different sizes as well. So in short: multiple different sized images fill and center in containing div. containing divs will be different sizes. will be used multiple times on a page.     I'm creating a site that has a series of four images on the homepage used as navigation with a large image beneath. <div style="width: 696px"> <div class="imglink"></div> <div class="imglink"></div> <div class="imglink"></div> <div class="imglink"></div> </div> <div style="width:696px"> ... </div> The "imglink" divs are 160px wide. I would like the images in the top div to be horizontally spaced evenly inside the div, with the two outer divs flush with the edges of the image below. I've been trying out floats, margins, padding, etc for a couple hours now and can't figure it out. Thanks for your help!

When someone asks how to center a page, then the response is like: margin-left:50%; left:(-1/2 width); I used this code on a site with a width of 1000px,so it comes to screens, where this site does not fit. Now the site gets centered on the smaller screen and gets equaly pushet to left and right. So lets say, our screen is 600px wide: 200px are left 600px are on screen 200px are right You can scroll to the right, but the pixels on the left are unreachable... How can i solve this to control, how much of my site gets dragged to the left in case of smaller screens? This is especially important for mobile phones...
