  • NetworkImageView with InfoWindowAdapter

    I'm having trouble trying to use Volley's NetworkImageView with an InfoWindow of Google Maps API v2. My markers shows an InfoWindow with an image fetched from the internet. As you know, the only way to do this is to show the InfoWindow and refresh it when finished downloading the image. So I need a way to know when the NetworkImageView have finished downloading the image so I can refresh that view. I'm looking for something like onLoadComplete Any ideas?

    Hi Guys, I'm developing my first facebook app on kohana 2.3.x at the moment and I noticed that a usual app url should look like this: http://apps.facebook.com/{my_app}/{controller}/{method} But in my app it shows the real url. http://mydomain.com/{controller}/{method} Any idea how to fix that in Kohana?     In the .NET BCL there are circular references between: System.dll and System.Xml.dll System.dll and System.Configuration.dll System.Xml.dll and System.Configuration.dll Here's a screenshot from .NET Reflector that shows what I mean: How Microsoft created these assemblies is a mystery to me. Is a special compilation process required to allow this? I imagine something interesting is going on here.

  • iPhone -- MKReverseGeocoder.adminstrativeArea -- getting state abbreviation

    In the documentation for MKReverseGeocoder, the administrativeArea property gives you the current state the user is in, and it mentions in an example that it returns EITHER the state name OR its abbreviation. I am wondering if anyone knows how to get the abbreviation instead of the full state name...I have been able to find nothing that shows this is even a possibility besides that brief example that doesn't mention HOW.     There is two template in my .stg file, and both of them apply on multi-value a HashMap. The HashMap is employed as an injected object. And I need those instance of HashMap can be injected for many times. My trouble is, when I switch to another template, ANTLR seems to consider the second HashMap as a List -- multipul objects and null value. Part of my .stg file shows as follows: tpl_hash(BAR, FOO) ::= << <FOO:foo(); separator="\n"> <BAR:bar(); separator="\n"> >> foo(nn) ::= << foo: <nn.name; null="NULL"> . <nn.national; null="NULL"> >> bar(mm) ::= << bar: <mm.name> @ <mm.national> >> Part of my .g file shows: HashMap hm = new HashMap(); hm.put("name", $name.text); hm.put("national", "German"); tpl_hash.add("FOO",new HashMap(hm)); HashMap hm2 = new HashMap(); hm2.put("name", $name.text); hm2.put("national", "German"); tpl_hash.add("BAR",new HashMap(hm2)); The result I expect is : bar: Kant @ German foo: Russell @ England But, I got: foo: NULL . NULL foo: NULL . NULL bar: @ bar: @ If we replace BAR with FOO, as is, keeping FOO and BAR with identical template, the output is right, like the following. bar: Russell @ German bar: Russell @ German In docs, "synchronized ST add (String name, Object value) in org.stringtemplate.v4.ST" said: "If you send in a List and then inject a single value element, add() copies original list and adds the new value."     Hi, I'm currently using the apalike style for my bibliography, using natbib for author-year, however when I generate the bibliography I lose the labels that normally precede the reference, i.e. [S. Rostami, 2010] Shahin Rostami (2010) http://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask etc etc.. I read apalike.bst and it seems this is intended, my quesiton is, how do I get them back? Something I can include in the preamble? Otherwise is there a similar style that shows labels?

    Hi all, I have a form that when submitted shows a busy animation and disables the submit button. Anyone know how to query Microsoft's Sys.Mvc.FormValidation to see if the form passed it's test so I can prevent the busy animation showing if the form hasn't actually been submitted? Or even some other work-around?   • recaptcha still submits form when one word invalid

    Um so I was in for a little bit of a surprise tonight. I spent a good 20 mins trying to figure out why I was able to submit a form knowing that what I entered into the recaptcha field was invalid. Is it true that you don't need to input the exact words it displays? If it shows me two words and I misspelled one of the words, I still pass validation? Same goes if "hello world" and I input "hell man" it still works.

    does anyone know how to use jquery modal dialog in asp.net pages? http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/ I've tried creating a simple aspx page, pasted code from the example (http://jqueryui.com/demos/dialog/), it almost works. The dialog briefly shows up and then disappears. It seems that the page is doing a postback. I'm not sure how to stop it, so that the modal dialog stays up.

  • 'template' .SWF that uses other .swf's and .jpg's in it (by xml generated in .php) works only locall

    My problem is that a .swf I would like to put on my website works only when requested locally. When requested from my home web server or company web server it doesn't work. I believe all files are in the proper folders and all links are well, otherwise it wouldn't work locally. Now, the SWF I place on the html page has several shapes, fonts, texts, buttons, scripts and frames. The scripts are in v1.0 and descrive how the SWF should behave. The SWF uses 2 different JPG's and 3 different SWF's. It also has a .php file with xml in it which tells the main SWF which JPG's and SWF's to use and where to find them. The main script in the main SWF also links to this .php file. So everything works properly when opening the SWF locally in IE like U:\common\templates\dynamic.swf Everythins shows perfectly. When requesting exactly the same file, but with a domain (as I can access the web server folder like a local drive) only the main .swf shows which is black with some test forms etc in it. PHP is enabled on the server. It's easier to change the php and put new files on the server than build a new flash file everytime etc and it's quite difficult to built some functionality in one swf when using other swf files. What could be the problem here that it works well when incurred locally but not from a server (using the domain etc) Any help is much appreciated. Thanks! EDIT: When I open the .swf in firefox by using the direct link to the .swf, the status bars hangs on 'Waiting for www.domain.com... (domain = mydomain) Maybe this is of any help?

    Hi All, I am having following issue with reading binary file in C. I have read the first 8 bytes of a binary file. Now I need to start reading from the 9th byte. Following is the code: fseek(inputFile, 2*sizeof(int), SEEK_SET); However, when I print the contents of the array where I store the retrieved values, it still shows me the first 8 bytes which is not what I need. I am not able to link what is displayed to what the inputs ans outputs are. For example in this case - seeing the snapshot, how do you determine that the inputs are 0 and 1 and the output is 01?

    I have a form on a lightbox, that form is server side validated with php (no issues there) and client side validated with formCheck for Mootools, Is it possible to show the error messages on top of a lightbox? By default it shows them under the lightbox , and therefore useless to the user filling the form, since they cannot be seen. Any way of getting over this?
