• Use /etc/aliases to send to a mailing-list using sendmail

  I'm trying to configure my Debian (6.0) server to forward emails sent to root to a mailing-list. I set the ML address in /etc/aliases this way: root: [email protected] I then called newaliases. It doesn't work but when I call mail from the command line it works :/ echo "test" | mail -s"test message" [email protected] If I set my own email address in /etc/aliases it's working too. Any idea where it could come from ? Thanks

My backend returns a response like https://www.google.de/test and my browser receives https://www.mydomain.de/test How do I get nginx to just forward the response?

  I have DG43NB mobo, that have onboard X4500 graphics. Its supports 1900 x 1200 Resolution. But my LCD monitor is only capable of resolution 1024 x 768.   I'm learning to use IIS 7 but I don't understand how I can make my website available through a domain. I have a domain as example I will call it www.test.com I have made a website in IIS, running on port 80 and can be viewed by typing the IP of the server in the address bar of my browser. So if I type www.test.com in the address bar how do I make my IIS website show up, without a redirect of course, I don't want users to see the IP in the address bar.

  Hi, I was wondering the steps I can take to change the localhost name to a test development domain name like "website.dev" on Win7 x64 ? Currently, when my test website builds its assigned to 127.0.0.1:81 but I want this to instead have a name like "website.dev" that is accessible on my local network ?   Hello, I have a web server running some PHP that checks for an image (curl -F 'imageName=@myimage') and it also checks the POST data for username=&password=. When the PHP checks _REQUEST I can just do: curl -F 'imageName=@myimage' 'http://www.example.com/?upload=1&username=test&password=test' I need to instead check _POST for username and password due to specs. How can I upload the image and have the username=&password= post data? Any help appreciated!

  we have setup server ,mail server using HMail server and oyr RDNS / PTr is also solved but when do smtp test from mxtoolbox.com we are getting 220 *** kind of message. our server configuration : OS : windows XP Mail Server : Hmail Server IP : Staic IP Router : Cisco LInksys WRT12N is this some thing related to router or what .. becouse if telnet the smtp in the same PC where hmailerver installed we are getting 220 domain.com as message . which is fine for us but when test fromoutside the rotuer we are getting 220 * how to fix this

  I have strange behavior with browsers on my PC (but it work well before yesteday) My Chrome, FF (ERROR: Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): Unknown Error ) write me that can't connect to Internet I need to check Proxy, Firewall etc. I did it and all settings are fine, on other PC in this area all working with the same settings.   I tried to change my speaker setup and every time I click "test" I get this error message on Windows 7 SP1. I tried running "sndvol" to view the applications list but the list is empty. Since I tried to test the new speaker setup, I'm now left without sound for all applications and can't get sound even if I switch back. I have not updated my sound drivers so I don't know what could have changed. What could be causing this?

So if a user navigated to www.example.com/thislocation, I'd like to redirect to www.example.com/cgi-bin/test.pl?parameter=thislocation, and similarily, if the user navigated to www.example.com/thatlocation, I'd like to redirect to www.example.com/cgi-bin/test.pl?parameter=thatlocation. • How can I force mail clients like Outlook or Thunderbird to load SSL images with invalid certificate?

  Essentially, we only encounter this issue with our testing environments, where we send mail that contains HTTPS links that point to test servers with self-signed SSL certificates. In a browser I can select to accept the certificate. Is there something similar for mail clients like Thunderbird or Outlook that I can use? Currently, we don't see any images in our test mail, which greatly confuses the UAT team.
