• Ontology and same individuals

  I am having a problem with "same individuals property" in protege, when i run a reasoner (pellet 1.5 or fact++) Lets take ontology example thing has class sons A and B, A has sons C and D. B, C and D have individuals of the same class. Cant i say a individual C is "same individual" as individual B, and then add also individual D is "same individual" as individual B. Wich is true, they have diferent names, but they are same individual.. Why does it only work when i set individual B has "same individual" of type C or D? The protege error is "InconsistentOntologyException:Fact++.Kernel: inconsistent Ontology" and pellet says ontology is inconsistent. EDIT: Seems its a more deep rooted problem, this example works :(, gonna keep checking. EDIT2: After some more experimenting, seems its a conflict with DataType properties. They all share a DataType properties with same name. In the example domain of property would be A and range string. Any idea how to solve?

• WPF Drag and Drop - Get original source info from DragEventArgs

  I am trying write Drag and Drop functionality using MVVM which will allow me to drag PersonModel objects from one ListView to another. • Entity framework, adding custom entity to diagram

  Hello I'm using the entity framework that comes with 3.5sp1, and I'm trying to add a custom entity that I will propulate with searchresults from a stored procedure. But I have problems with the designer....... when I pick "Add + Entity" and give it a name, and hit save, the whole diagram stops working...... blah entities namespace could not be found..... all the other entities have lost its reference or summet. Works when I add a "table" to it that exists in database. But when custom it screws everything up. How should I fix this? I've imported the function, I just need to add an entity for it... I've read http://blogs.microsoft.co.il/blogs/gilf/archive/2009/03/13/mapping-stored-procedure-results-to-a-custom-entity-in-entity-framework.aspx but I cant get to step 3 since of all the errors when saving on step 2. /M

• PHP upload with progress bar

  Hi all I want to create an upload form to upload large files. Thats pretty much easy, however, the upload process itself taks long and basically looks like nothing is happening for a few minutes. So now I'd like to insert a progress bar to show the user that something is happening and they should just sit tight. I've read of numerous methods like APC and certian flash plugins, but my site is hosted on a shared server and I cant install any new applications on it. I'm thinking, maybe if it is possible to read the size of the temp file it creates via an ajax page. By polling the size every few seconds I should be able to get the progress of the upload. Now the question I pose is...where is the temp file situated?

• JJIL Android Java Problem

  Hey Guys, Long time reader never posted until now. Im having some trouble with Android, im implementing a library called JJIL its an open source imaging library. My problem is this i need to run some analysis on an image and to do so i need to have it in jjil.core.image format and once those processes are complete i need to convert the changed image from jjil.core.image to java.awt.image. I cant seem to find a method of doing this does anyone have any ideas or have any experience with this? I would be grateful of any help. Danny

  I'm having trouble building a query. I can do what I want in 3 different queries. SELECT id FROM table1 WHERE url LIKE '%/$downloadfile' put that in $url_id SELECT item_id FROM table2 WHERE rel_id = '$url_id'" put that in $item_id SELECT rel_id FROM table2 WHERE rel_id = '$item_id' AND field_id = '42'" put that in $user_id But from reading examples on joins and inner joins I think there's a more elegant way. I cant wrap my brain around writing a better query (but would like to) I can describe how it should go: table1 fields: id, url table2 fields item_id, rel_id, field_id I know the last part of table1.url (LIKE '%/$filename') with that I select table1.id. table1.id is equal to one entry in table2.rel_id. So get that and select the table2.item_id. In table2 there is another entry which has the same table2.item_id and it will have a table2.field_id = '42' And finally the value I need is the table2.rel_id where the table2.field_id was 42. I will fetch that value and put it in $user_id Can this be done with one query using joins/inner joins?

• Wanting to edit a google maps info bubble

  I have to edit an info bubble on a website to help someone out. The site is already online and i dont have the ftp login details so i cant download the files and use them locally to test it. So im having some issues with inserting a logo on the top of the bubble, like a header. Im also having problems with the code needed to add 'to here' and 'from here' directions at the bottom of the bubble. Everything else is plain text in the middle of these 2 objects, so thats easy. Can anyone help me with the header pic and directions code?

These are called from a string array in strings.xml <string name="app_name">Taxi Me</string> <string-array name="taxi_array"> <item>Barrys Taxi</item> <item>Boom Taxi</item> </string-array> What i was trying to do is create subitems for these so that i can show fields such as address and contact details etc. I made a customlistview a while back but cant work out how i can do it using the strings.xml file? • Video overlay - need advice

  Hi, I'm working on a project and I need some advice. Just some background, Im not a programmer though at times I do some fiddling and I am generally comfortable with more specific terms. Now for the actual issue, I have a folder with 10 small videos (4/7 secs max each) and I would like to display them full screen looping and overlaid. • SQL join to grab data from same table via intermediate table

  Hi Could someone help me with building the following query. I have a table called Sites, and one called Site_H. The two are joined by a foreign key relationship on page_id. So the Sites table contains pages, and the Site_H table shows which pages any given page is a child of by having another foreign key relation back to the site table with a column called ParentOf. So, a page can be have another page as a parent. Other data is stored in the Site_H table such as position etc, hence why it is separated out. I would like a query that returns the details of a page along with the details of its parent page. I just cant quite think about how to structure the SQL. Thanks

• How do I chain forms in Access? (pass values between them)

  Hello, I'm using Access 2007 and have a data model like this... Passenger - Bookings - Destinations So 1 Passenger can have Many Bookings, each for 1 Destinations. My problem... I can create a form to allow the entry of Passenger details, but I then want to add a NEXT button to take me to a form to enter the details of the Booking (i.e. just a simple drop list of the Destinations). I've added the NEXT button and it has the events of RunCommand SaveRecord OpenForm Destination_form BUT, I cant work out how to pass accross to the new form the primary key of the passenger that was just entered (PassengerID). I'd really like to have just one form, and that allow the entry of the Passenger details and the selection of a Destination, that then creates the entries in the 2 Tables (Passenger & Bookings), but I can't get that to work either.   Hi all I know that generics are used to achieve type safety and i frequently read that they are largely used in custom collections. But why actually do we need to have it generic? For example, Why cant i use string[] instead of List<string> Lets consider i declare generic class and it has a property X T x; If i provide a method for the class which does x = x + 1; what does it mean actually? I dono what T is actually going to be and i dono what x = x + 1 going to perform actually? If i'm not able to do my own manipulations in my methods how the generics are going to be help me anyway? I've already studied lot of bookish answers. It would be much appreciated if any one can provide some clear insights in this. Regards NLV

• Soql query to get all related contacts of an account in an opportunity

  i have SOQL query which queries for some records based on a where condition. select id, name,account.name ... <other fields> from opportunity where eventname__c='Test Event' i also need to get the related contact details for the account in the opportunity. ie i need to add the email ids of contact who all are part of the account in the opportunity. For each opportunity, i need to get all the contacts emailids who are associated with the account in opportunity. I cant really figure out how to approach this. referring the documentation i can get the contact info of a account using the query SELECT Name, ( SELECT LastName FROM Contacts ) FROM Account How can i use this along with opportunity? Yeah, I know I post a lot of questions, but thats because I either need assurance that I am doing it right, what I am doing wrong, or if I am totally clueless, and cant find anything in the documentation. Anyways, I am trying to check for duplicate nodes. Here is how I would want to do it: Loop thru my nodes, and compare each single node's text (record), but if I got many nodes, wouldnt that be too time and memory consuming?   Hi All, in my application i am having a panel with associated a wxWindowDC and wxMemoryDC. i have to draw the various thing on that panel like bg color, on top of bg color bg image and on the top bg image i have to draw some text etc. I am storing all this thing into memory dc and finally in paint handler i m copying the memory dc to window dc. But i stuck in this process when i have a .gif (with multiple frames) and i m trying to bliting this gif image on DC that time it shows only a single frame of that gif image (its became a ordinary still image not an animated image). how i can store this whole gif image in memory dc and display full gif image on dc(with animation). I cant use wx.AnimateCrl() because i need that image in memoryDC. Any help really appreciable.

• Objective-C Framework PSMTabBarControl does not work

  Hello everybody In my App I'm trying to get PSMTabBarControl working, but all I do - nothing... I have copied the framework File in my Frameworks folder of my App, then included it. In my InterfaceBuilder (1.3.2) I was able to drag and drop the PSMTabBarControl to my Window and link it with the NSTabView (PSM - tabView - NSTabView && NSTabView - delegate - PSM), but after i tried a Demo (apple+r) I cant see the Tabs... Tried all I can - but dont know why.. Am I doing sth. wrong? Which other Framework or Source I can use to create Tabs like Firefox oder Safari? Thank you!
