ioncube not load after upgrading to php 5.4

i am afraid that i broke somthing in my vps :/ i hope you can help me. i am on ubuntu-12.04-x86. and i moved to new vps so i tryied to upgrade the php to the news version from 5.3 to 5.4. anyway after installing i get this messages: fild loading /usr/lib/php5/20090626+lfs/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so /usr/php5/20090625+lfs/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so: undefined synbol: php_body_wri php 5.4.8-1~presise+1 (cli) (built(oct 29 2012) i need to mention that the server is working and php also working but when i do phpinfo there is no "with the ionCube PHP Loader v4.0.14, Copyright (c) 2002-2011, by ionCube Ltd." which was before :/ i installed with this guide:http://www.upubuntu.com/2012/03/how-to-upgrade-install-php-540-under.html i need to worry?

I installed Windows 7 on my laptop, and now the 3D doesn't work. According to dxdiag DirectX 11 is installed, but when I open up World of Warcraft, this error comes up. World of Warcraft World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up-to-date. There are no alerts from Windows to update any drivers. Why doesn't the 3D work?

/etc/exports file not read on boot

I added some entries into my /etc/exports file. But when I boot my system, the file is not read. I check it by sudo exportfs — it returns nothing (also I can't mount the exported folders on other systems). Then I run sudo expotfs -a and then again sudo exportfs — and now all my exported folders are listed (and now I can mount the exported folders on other systems). I'm running kubuntu 9.04 with 2.6.28-11-generic kernel

The title of the question is confusing, and does not explain my point well. I've always used Ubuntu server from version 10.04 and never had problem, now I have 4 machines with ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS installed on them and I found that under any circumstances where there is a high burden throws me a problem and machine crashes constantly. the most common is CPU#X stuck for Ns! Now I wonder if the administration of Debian is equal to that of ubuntu, regarding Servicos, packages, folders structure for example I would like to know if the services are installed in the same manner using invoke-rc.d, which handles additional security, including for not giving blind caning. I've been looking for a comparison chart but have not found anything yet, something between Debian 6.0.6 and Ubuntu 12.04 also the most common "hiccups" when you install the system

Mount "Macrium Reflect" on a partition, boot from there?

Can Macrium's Reflect recovery CD be mounted/used with GRUB ? If the cd can be 'put' (loaded/mounted/...) in a partition, then the only disc needed would be the actual recovery disc, which could be on an external hard drive, or even on the same machine in another partition, thus allowing on to recover using only what's on the machine itself. I have WXPpro and Xubuntu8.04 double mounted, really happy with them together, use each right now to fix problems with the other when they come up. Also have a partition for the Reflect CD, but I just can't get it to load from Grub, which would be great... Thanks for any thoughts, probably someone has already done this I know !

I need all requests for a certain ip to go out via eth0 otherwise my external ip changes and sessions are dropped. eg. all requests from 10.1.1.1/24 to ip 11.22.33.44 on port 443 must go out via interface eth0. How can I do this with iptables?

Passenger package not found after adding phusion repo Ubuntu 12.04

I'm trying to install the official Passenger (and Nginx) packages from Phusion on an Ubuntu 12.04.3 server. I have the following in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/passenger: deb https://oss-binaries.phusionpassenger.com/apt/passenger precise main Even after running apt-get update there is no passenger package found by apt. I did verify that the package info appears in /var/lib/apt/lists/oss-binaries.phusionpassenger.com_apt_passenger_dists_precise_main_binary-amd64_Packages but at this point I'm at a loss as to why the package isn't available via apt-get. There are some packages (libapache2-mod-passenger, passenger-docs) that are available. These packages seem to also exist in universe, but apt-cache show lists both locations.

Windows batch-file that continues after launching each program

I'm trying to create a very simple Windows-XP batch file: Program1.exe Sleep 3 Program2.exe Sleep 5 Program3.exe Sleep 11 Of course, I don't want to have to exit each program, before the next 1 starts. The default for batch-files seems to be "stop until the previous program exists". How do I get this script to run as expected? Edit: The 3 executables listed above are more like "notepad" type programs. They open and run and don't just "open,run,close".

Project 2003 SP2 failing to install SP3

I have Microsoft Project Professional 2003 installed (11.2.2005.1801.15, SP2). I have been trying to open a MPP file created in a newer version so need the converter, which is part of SP3. But when I try to install the SP3 package (as downloaded from Microsoft's site) I get an error message box: --------------------------- Project 2003 Service Pack 3 (SP3) --------------------------- The expected version of the product was not found on your system. --------------------------- OK --------------------------- Project (and Office) are licensed and otherwise work correctly. Authentication issues setting up iRedMail on Debian

I'm setting up an exchange server using iRedMail. Following the official iRedMail installation guide (http://www.iredmail.org/install_iredmail_on_debian.html) and the Digital Ocean guide (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-install-iredmail-on-ubuntu-12-04-x64) I was able to install iRedMail without any problems, so I have all the services up and running. I can configure domains and emails using iRedAdmin BUT I have problem both sending and receiving email, what I get from Roundcube is 'Authentication error' when trying to send an email. Also I can't receive anything. I also tried to connect to the mx server using telnet, it connects, but after the STARTTLS command, when I start to write "MAIL FROM:" the connection is lost. Something in the configuration is not working (at the moment I have the configuration written by the iRedMail installation) but I do not know where, I hope someone can enlight me! Thank you

I have tried using Multirow Bookmarks Toolbar Plus and Roomy Bookmarks Toolbar Firefox add-ons, but the problem is that they are constantly stressing my CPU (even when idling). It probably has something to do with version 11 of the browser. Anyway, is there some clean way to increase the height of the bookmarks toolbar? I've read a lot of articles that refer to userChrome.css and I have tried a dozen solutions, but none worked because they were outdated. Please help me with this.

Alienware m15x (older model) BSOD investigation

A frined of mine asked me to help him with an Alienware m15x laptop that had a little service history. It was bought in june 2008, serviced in january 2009 for a random fps drop problem, Alienware returned it saying nothing was wrong. The laptop still had hiccups, but after juggling a few drivers and settings, the fps drops weren't as noticeable. Eventually it died in Sept. 2009. It would not boot up locking itself on a white/gray screen. (i think it was overheating .. clocking in 100 degrees Celsius). So back to Alienware it went. They replaced the GPU and all was fine. Up until these blue screens started showing up. One other thing that was updated was the HDD and a Windows 7 reinstall, in August. From then on it seems to have started its BSOD. Could this be the culprit? Why? 0_o The original Windows was Vista but it was upgraded with a digital download/purchase of Windows 7 Home Premium and activated after installing windows. No errors on the old HDD, just on the latest installation. LE:Due note that now the old HDD is used to see if issues re-occur. So please, I am in need of someone who can interpret these windows dump files: Minidump I may have come to some conflicting conclusions. So if someone can clarify each dump/date and the probable cause/error it had; and a final conclusion or solution, we would be very grateful. On my cpanel server, I restored about 50 accounts from crashed cpanel server. All of the sites were working fine, but suddenly without changing anything, every site started to get redirected to url "http://:2083/"., There is nothing in logs, no errors. when i do wget it says: wget grinfeld.com.br --2012-09-04 13:18:23-- http://grinfeld.com.br/ Resolving grinfeld.com.br... 198.101.221.254 Connecting to grinfeld.com.br|198.101.221.254|:80... connected. Hardware acceleration disabled." and further down "Accelerated rasterization has not been enabled or is not supported by the current system." Is there a way to enable hardware acceleration?

Fastest browser to run over a forwarded X11 session

So far I have tried Firefox (latest and greatest) and Chrome (also latest and greatest), and while Chrome runs faster than Firefox over X11 from my CentOS server to my Windows 7 workstation, it's still pretty sluggish. What other GUI browsers are available for Linux that would [likely] run faster than Chrome? I've not tried Opera 11, but have had many issues with it under Windows and Mac OS X directly, so am waiting for a new version before going that route.

Setting the first letter of a selection to be bigger and colored different than the rest
