  I have a datagridview and it is bound to a stored procedure which returns a number of result columns. There is also a binding navigator with "Add New" button included. If I click "Add New" button, it creates a new row in datagridview automatically, and If I leave that new row by clicking a different row. datagridview invokes "commit" or something. so the question is How do I make datagridview not to commit adding a new row when I leave the cell?

  I'm building a web site that needs to stream video and be friendly for handheld devices (especially the iPhone). Some handhelds don't support Flash so I'm avoiding the use of a Flash player. How does Youtube stream its videos so that they play on both desktops and iPhones? I'm looking for a player, or multiple players, which can be somehow activated based on the user's device. I need to capture ( not regenerate from the data ) the existing chart as a web friendly image. Is this possible via Java or .Net? I know the POI stuff (Java) won't do it (or so I'm told, haven't tried it myself).

• Invisible back button when view controller pushed onto navigation controller

  I'm using a navigation controller to drill into a detail view when a cell is tapped. When I push my view controller onto the navigation controllers stack, I expect to see a back button that I can tap to pop the previous view off the stack. The issue is that the back button isn't visible, but when tapping where it should be returns me to the previous view. What's the problem?

The whole story: I've a Listview which looks like the iPhone's grouped UITableView style. I don't have any special code there, so I created a new project from scratch with a very simple view, force one section and just three rows. In the didSelectRowAtIndexPath code do nothing, and fire it with instruments and memory allocation and, the memory goes up with every cell selection ... • How to Validate Pasted Dates in Excel

  I want to validate pasted dates to remove /'s and ensure the year is 4 digits and when users paste them in it overwrites my excel validation. So, If a user pastes 05/19/10 into a cell, I would like it to convert to 05192010 or at least give an error if this is not possible. I don't know enough VB to add sheet-wide code that does this and I'm not sure if it would work when users paste multiple cells at a time.
