• How to get Faster RDP

  We are using Win 2008 R2 and connecting to it from Win7 boxes. The RDP is faster then before but we want to know if their are any other solutions that will make it faster. Due to licensing issue we got a software that multiple people need to access (not all at the same time) and the only way i can find is to install on a server and give RDP access to users.   Hello, I am trying to run process(console executable) on remote PC from asp.net application using WMI and get "Access is denied" problem. I have checked all event viewer logs on remote PC, no information related this. Where do I start searching for problem? Does Windows has some kind of permission monitor tool? (Something along the lines of the 010 Editor, but infinitely more cost-effective).   I have ran a tool called admnalow.exe that re-grants access to the local administrators (BUILTIN\Administrators) group for all directories and subdirectories in a given path. The problem is it seems to have caused the ACL's to be ordered improperly. I've been looking everywhere and have been unable to find a .vbs or any other script that will parse through a set of directories and reorder the ACLs. This can be done manually but would be incomprehensible for thousands of directories. Can anyone help?!?!

  Hi, I'm trying to setup phpUnderControl on Ubuntu 10.04 following this tutorial http://techportal.ibuildings.com/2009/03/03/getting-started-with-phpundercontrol/. I get to the part where it says to type in sudo phpuc example /opt/cruisecontrol but recieve the following error: Missing cli tool 'phpcb', check the PATH variable. I did a little googling but can't seem to find reference of a phpcb anywhere. Does anyone know what this is and where I might get it? Thanks.

• What software/method can I use to make Matroska dump of DVD under Linux?
