  • iPhone: trouble with wrong credentials

    I am writing an iPhone App that uses a HTTPS/SOAP service which needs user credentials. After I change the password used for these credentials from a valid to an invalid one I still get a valid response from the service, as if the password was never changed. When I restart the app (with the invalid password) the app immediately receives the expected '401' message. Any hints what I might left out to code? Thx :)

    hi, I have a sequence of couples of elements. (.div1, .div2) I'm using position:relative attribute on .div2 to move it a bit on top and right with respect to div1. However .div1 elements have different content and heights, so the relative positioning of .div2 is not consistent (they sometimes are too high, sometimes too low). .div2 { position:relative; left:200px; top:-300; } thanks

  • [C#] Specifying startup window/form location on multiple displays

    I have two displays (two monitors) connected to my machine, and I noticed a strange thing happening today. I had an Explorer window open with my compiled exe on my primary display, and when I double-clicked it, it opened in the primary display (left monitor). However if I pressed enter to launch the executable, it started in the secondary display (right monitor). The window state of the initial form is maximized. Is there a way to tell C# to open the initial form in the primary display?

    Hello, I would like to allow the user to click within my UserControl and drag left/right to zoom in/out but I'd like the dragging not to be restricted to the actual control's boundaries.     Possible Duplicate: Delete duplicate records from a SQL table without a primary key I have a table with the columns person_ID firstname lastname and I somehow ended up with a bunch of duplicates. Is there any way to look at all columns where firstname and lastname are the same and delete all except one of them (it doesn't matter which one is left as they are all the same.)   • Text extra aliased(jagged) in IE - looks terrible - but OK in FF and Chrome

    I am building a website - http://www.efficaxdevelopment.com As you can see when you load the page(in IE) the text on the page that isn't an image or the menu looks terrible, while in FF and Chrome the text looks fine. you can view the source on the page and the css is here http://www.efficaxdevelopment.com/styles/mainstyle.css Also, the sliding bar over the menu appears a few pixels left of where it appears in FF and IE. Any ideas?

    I'm not sure if it is possible to achieve, but my costumer wants that when user taps a table view cell, an animation of a UIView sliding from left to right is committed, leaving the content under the UIView visible. My concern is about how to trigger gesture recognizer added to the upper UIVIew for the animation and do not enter in conflict with didSelectRowatIndex: table view delegate method.     So I've found similar questions but none that answer all the questions I have and I know there must be a simple jQuery answer to this. I've got multiple images that are being dynamically placed in their own containing div that have overflow:hidden, they need to fill their containing divs and be centered(horizontally and vertically) also. The containing divs will be different sizes as well. So in short: multiple different sized images fill and center in containing div. containing divs will be different sizes. will be used multiple times on a page.
