• Can Visual Studio manage function prototypes for me in C++ header files?

  In C++, the common practice is to declare functions in header files and define them in cpp files. This leads to always having two copies of every function's prototype. Then whenever I want to change a function's name/return value/parameter, I have to manually change it in both files. This seems unnecessarily tedious and there must be lots of people that share my pain, so is there a way to automate these changes between files in VS? Bonus points for vim solutions as well.

  Hi I need to restric access to my admin folder to certain people. Those with no authentication ticket should be redirectered to a "not allowed page". How do I identify all pages in my admin folder. I have so far but is it OK?   I see it used a lot, but haven't seen a definition that makes complete sense. Wiktionary says "characterized by an adequate or excellent level of performance or efficiency", which isn't much help. Initially I though performant just meant "fast", but others seem to think it's also about stability, code quality, memory use/footprint, or some combination of all those. I think this is a "real" question - but if enough people reckon this is a subjective question, that's an answer in itself.
