You have two candidates at your table: one has studied 5 years at uni (and holds a Master's degree, of course), but has no work experience; and the other holds no university degree but has worked for 5 years. Also assume that they both know the same programming languages, have about the same personality and spend equal amount of time programming on their spare time. If you only had this information to go on, which would you pick?

    I'd like to build a lead capture website, where a visitor is required to enter their name and email address in order to receive a free report for download. Do you know of an app which will let me store captured information in a database, and present the download link to them after registering? I guess this can all be accomplished using a contact form script with database integration and jquery confirmation message.

I would like to start processing data as soon as it's received, but I'm not sure how to best approach this.
