  • C# ApplicationContext usage

    Apologies if my terminology is off, I'm new to C#. I'm trying to use an ApplicationContext file to store mysql conn values, like dbname, username, password. The class with mysql conn string is "using" the namespace for the ApplicationContext, but when I print out the connection string, the values are making it. A friend said, "I'm not initializing it" but couldn't stay to expand on what "it" was. and the "Console.WriteLine("1");" in ApplicationContext.cs never shows up. Do I need to create an ApplicationContext object and the call Initialize() on that object? Thanks for any help.     I'd like to create the same kind of function tumblr has for uploading images and then inserting them directly into the WYSIWYG editor. I was planning on using uploadify to upload the image, then I am not sure of the method for inserting into the CKEditor. Has anyone done anything similar or know of a plugin that could do this?   • Easy way to use Images in WPF

    Hi All I've only just started using WPF. (I'm a WinForms guy), and from what I can see, trying to simply drag an image onto the Window is a huge PAIN. There seems to be no way where you can just select an option to tell it what picture to put indide the image control. I've seen so many sites within the last 10 minutes with atleast 10lines of code just to insert animage into a window. Is there an easier way?

Well come to find out that I get all sorts of strange errors due to duplicate identity values(which are set as primary keys) upon doing an insert in any of the tables. I have quite a few tables. What would be the easiest way of automatically reseeding the identity of every table so that it is after max(RID)?
