[LDAP] The distinguished name contains invalid syntax ERROR!!

I'm trying using LDAP to authenticate user, but I have a problem with LDAP.
This is my code
string hostOrDomainName = "MrHand-PC";
string targetOu = "cn=Huy Pham,ou=people,dc=example,dc=com";
