I know there's SqlCacheDependency. How do is it in terms of performance? Is interprocess communication (e.g. using name pipes) an option in web applications? Does it outperform SqlCacheDependency?

• 'on the web' drupal module showing images on localhost but not remote host

  Hi, the simple little module titled 'on the web' for drupal shows social network links. It links to some images on the directory. on my localhost install they are showing but in the remote install the img tags aren't even appearing. (connection string, smtp, impersonation) However I do not have the virtual path, just the physical path. Is there any way I can still use WebConfigurationManager?   Using Sun Glassfish Enterprise server v2.1.1 I am using "alternatedocroot" via sun-web.xml for my web application to abstract out static content from actual deploy-able code (EAR/WAR) What I have is a cluster of two server instances distributed across two physical hosts - HOST1 and HOST2. "alternatedocroot" points to /data/static-content/ on both HOST1 and HOST2. Would DAS (Domain application server )take care of syncing /data/static-content between HOST1 and HOST2 if I use syncinstances=true option while starting up the cluster? Thanks!
