  I am trying to solve my question regarding using push_back in more than one level. From the comments/answers it is clear that I have to: Create a copy operator which takes a const argument Modify all my operators to const But because this header file is given to me there is an operator what I cannot make into const. It is a simple: float & operator [] (int i) { return _item[i]; } In the given program, this operator is used to get and set data. My problem is that because I need to have this operator in the header file, I cannot turn all the other operators to const, what means I cannot insert a copy operator. How can I make all my operators into const, while preserving the functionality of the already written program?   Hi everyone and marry Christmas, I’ve to create an auto-reply for some of the users in my organization where, when a person sends an E-mail to e.g. [email protected] is faced with an automatically auto-reply with some message “closed during the holidays. We are back at… etc. etc. etc.”. I’ve tried to create a Transport Rule on our Exchange server but the only option I can find in the actions-window is to reply with a “Bounce message to sender with enhanced status code” but I guess that is not the precise action I’m looking for. How can I set up a server-side auto-reply, apply it to only a fixed number of users in my organization and create a message to the senders (which is outside the organization)? Sincerely Mestika

  I am working on a project to create a few extremely stripped down interfaces for common Web/Internet tasks in order to make computers accessible to my visually impaired grandmother. Currently she uses Mac OS X Mail.app, but I had the idea that I could re-skin a webmail interface running on my own server to make it easier for her to use. The ideal webmail interface to use as a starting point would be without frames or AJAX and written in Python, Perl, or PHP5+, though any setup could work as long as the template and stylesheet files were separate from the application itself. This frontend must also connect to a remote IMAP server, since her email account is with her ISP and not on my server. Can anyone recommend a bare-bones, no-nonsense webmail interface that would work for this?

  Ringo is a delegate of Paul's mailbox in Exchange, but when Ringo sends mail from Paul's mailbox, the recipient sees "Paul" in the sender field, rather than "Paul Sent On Behalf Of Ringo" Paul has set "Editor" permissions for Ringo to his mailbox, and Ringo has been granted "Send on behalf of" permissions in Exchange. Ringo did at one time have "Send As" permissions for Paul's mailbox in Exchange, but this has since been removed. This is also the case for all other delegates to Paul's mailbox. • Dovecot ignoring maximum number of IMAP connections

  I have a single mailbox mail server running Dovecot/Postfix and I have two IMAP clients, Thunderbird on the PC and K9 on Android. I keep on receiving this error in my logs even after I change the 'mail_max_userip_connections' variable to 50. puppet dovecot: imap-login: Maximum number of connections from user+IP exceeded (mail_max_userip_connections=10): user=<[email protected]>, method=PLAIN, rip=62.242.90.2, lip=198.29.31.229, TLS Why does it say that it is set to 10 in the log? Is that hardcoded? grep -r "mail_max_userip_connections" /etc/dovecot /etc/dovecot/conf.d/20-managesieve.conf: #mail_max_userip_connections = 10 /etc/dovecot/conf.d/20-pop3.conf: #mail_max_userip_connections = 3 /etc/dovecot/conf.d/20-imap.conf: mail_max_userip_connections = 50 I've restarted dovecot after making the changes but this error is still logged and I can't access the mailbox. Can anyone help me understand why I can't seem to raise the maximum limit?

  For the past 6 years I have been using Thunderbird as a POP3 client to gmail (I do not delete the messages from the server after downloading). I organize all of my mail locally and occasionally use gmail for web access. Obviously, any local changes aren't reflected on the server so I have one inbox with 10s of 1000s of unread messages (since I usually read them on Thunderbird and they do not get marked as read in gmail) I'd like to start using IMAP but the main deterrent is that I'd lose the organization of my email. Is there any utility that I could use to reconstruct the structure? I am not sure if it is possible to correlate messages I've downloaded from the server with messages still on the server. A solution which requires minor scripting/databasing is acceptable!

• Keeping WPF grids from getting out of parent bounds

  In my UI, I have a big grid with two columns and one row. in the right column, I have a grid with three rows where in the top row I have a user control, and in the two bottom rows I have two Expander objects, each containing an ItemsControl with a list that gets populated in runtime. Sometimes, that list gets really long and "spills" from the screen towards the bottom. What I want to do is to allow the user to see both expanders, be able to expand or collapse them while keeping them both in sight. I tried wrapping them in WrapPanels or StackPanel but to no avail.   I just got started with an EC2 instance and got my mail sending limit removed, allowing me to send emails from my instance. But due to lack of experience, I have no clue on how to enable receiving emails send to me on that server. The instance has an elastic IP and I have a domain name with an A record pointing to that IP. I cant seem to find better documentation on what steps need to be taken so if someone sends an email to [email protected] it either actually receives it or simply forwards it to my personal email. I know that it involves using postfix but cant find a guide to properly configure it after the installation. Thanks

  Recently upgraded to Windows 8. The problem is a lot of Sync features requires Microsoft account to linked. Even though I have one, I don't want to spare one for Sync purpose. Additionally, Google-Chrome's sync feature is absolutely charming. So I prefer Google for storing my data. So, 1) Is there anyway to replace Microsoft Sync with other accounts by patching or modifying any byte? 2) I want to replace Maps, Weather, and all possible apps with Google. I've see Mail can be done. What are the all other possible Metro apps?

  I'm using Mozilla Thunderbird 9.0.1 with Lightning 1.1.1. Is there an easier way to import an ICS file attached to an email than saving it to disk, then in Calendar going to File -- Open? If I select "Open with Thunderbird" from the save dialog, it just opens a new mail message and attaches the file to it. (I did see this older question, but it refers to much older versions of Thunderbird and Lightning) Update: I've updated to 10.0 and 1.2, respectively and it still doesn't work right.   Hi Guys, I have a RadioButtonList on my web form. I have tried two different means to set the selected item. I have tried in the markup, and in code, like the Page_Load event. It sets and displays correctly. My problem is that the selected radio button no longer responds to the SelectedIndexChanged event. The other items works as expected and if I remove the code that sets the selectedItem, then the radio button works as expected. Is there any way I can set a radio button through code, and it still behaves as I would expect. I am guessing, if u force a button to be selected, then it doesn't change.   Hi, I'm using postfix to relay mail to Exchange 2010. Here is my config: relayhost = [smtp.exchange.2010] smtp_sasl_auth_enable = yes smtp_sasl_password_maps = hash:/etc/postfix/relay_passwd smtp_sasl_security_options = #smtp_sasl_mechanism_filter = ntlm (/etc/postfix/relay_passwd contains login information of some accounts on Exchange) With this configuration I can relay email to Exchange. The problem is: the message send from Postfix has header: X-MS-Exchange-Organization-AuthAs: Anonymous and the message is treated like unAuthenicated message on Exchange system (i.e when sending to distribution group require senders are authenicated, I received error: #550 5.7.1 RESOLVER.RST.AuthRequired; authentication required ##rfc822;[email protected]). I using Outlook with the same account as in Postfix and it can send without problem. The different I realized between two case is: Outlook send with NTLM auth mech, Postfix using LOGIN mech. Any idea?
