• Search BitmapData object for matching pixel values from another Bitmap.

  Using Actionscript 3 is there a way to search one bitmap for the coordinates matching pixels of another bitmap? http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1914/wired.png Somehow you would have to loop through the bigger bitmap to find and the the pixel range that matches and return those coordinates. For example the Bitmap with the "E" is 250 pixels over and 14 pixels down in the bigger bitmap. I haven't been able to come up with the solution on my own. Thanks.

  One of the downsides of web.config/app.config is that it's just Magic Strings everywhere, since it's just an XML file. Interpreted languages like PHP or Ruby have the advantage that the configuration is just code that is executed. In .net, doing stuff in code requires a redeployment, which defeats the purpose. Now, before I build my own web.config replacement based on Boo or PowerShell I wanted to know if there is an existing one?

• Why confirmation emails end up in the spam folder all of a sudden?

  I run a forum similar to this one where people can sign up and post. I don't use Open ID (oops?) as we have our own sign up and email confirmation system. Everything was going fine up until a week ago when all of a sudden all emails starting either going to spam boxes or not being sent at all.   I'm working in AutoCAD using the ObjectARX .Net API. Is there a way to either create text using lines/curves/polylines, or explode an existing text object into lines/ect?
