  • AudioTrack skipping after pause and resume

    Hi, here is the problem.   • NHibernate SchemaUpdate adding existing foreign keys again?

    I'm using SchemaUpdate to synchronize my hbms with existing database. Database has recently created based on hbms and is completely up-to-date. But SchemaUpdate generates all foreign key constraints again. For example suppose you have Student and Teacher. Student has association to Teacher with name ArtTeacher. ArtTeacher is a foreign key from Student to Teacher. Suppose database is up-to-date and currently holde Student, Teacher and their foreign key relation. So HBM and Database are equivalent. Know SchemaUpdate must not do anything but when I see its generated scripts, it re-produce that foreign key again. Why this happens? Is there any way to avoid it?

    I have an automatically binded DataGridView that obtains data and update data directly from a Strongly Typed Dataset and its TableAdapter. the DataGridView allows data editing but I'm having issues dealing with bad formatted data input. For example, one of the columns is a date, formatted in the database as datetime, 11/05/2010. You can edit the date and the DataGridView opens a TextBox in wich you can enter letters, simbols and other unauthorised characters. When you finish editing the cell if has such bad data it throws a System.FormatException How can I prevent some data to be entered? Is there a way to "filter" that data before it is sent back to the DataGridView?

In this case, the _url is skip_contact_letter_url. contact_letter and letter are passed through a render partial.     Hi all I'm stuck. Tried all the angles but i cant seem to get it working. I have 2 inline calendars. When i select a date from the dtFrm calendar it sets the date on the dtTo calendar as expected. I just cant seem to set the EndDate of the dtTo calendar. Anyone manage to solve this one? Thanks!     When I first start one of my Wordpress blogs, I had the permanent URL for each post include the date of posting. The slug format looked like this: /blog/2010/01/25/this-is-my-article/ Later on, I changed it so that the date was not included in the permanent URL, like this: /blog/this-is-my-article/ and setup a redirect plugin to make sure that users would get to the page they wanted until the site was re-indexed. In Google Analytics, when I review the stats for content I now have multiple records for what is essentially the same page. ie: Top Content List: 45 Pageviews- /blog/this-is-my-article/ 24 Pageviews- /blog/2010/01/25/this-is-my-article/ 33 Pageviews- /blog/some-other-article/ Is there any way to combine those records somehow?

    I am having issues trying to get the pageControl sample code to work with rotation. I managed to get it to rotate but it does not visually load correctly until I start to scroll (then it works fine). Any Idea on how I can fix this problem?   • Long to timestamp for historic data (pre-1900s)

    I have a database of start and stop times that have previously all had fairly recent data (1960s through present day) which i've been able to store as long integers. This is very simialr to unix timestamps, only with millisecond precision, so a function like java.util.Date.getTime() would be the value of the current time. This has worked well so far, but we recently got data from the 1860s, and the following code no longer works: to_timestamp('1-JAN-1970 00:00:00', 'dd-mon-yyyy hh24:mi:ss') + numtodsinterval(int_to_convert/(1000),'SECOND' ); This wraps the date and we get timestamps in the year 2038. Is there a way around this issue? All of the documentation i've looked at the documentation and timestamps should be able to handle years all the way back to the -4000 (BC), so i'm suspecting an issue with the numtodsinterval. Any ideas suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi There, What I am trying to achieve is a report on daily financial transactions. With my SQL query I would like to count the total number of cash transactions, the total cash value and the same for checks. I only want to do this for a specified date. Here is a snippet of the query that I am having trouble with. These sum and count commands are processing all the data in the table and not for the selected date. (SELECT SUM(amount) FROM TRANSACTION WHERE payment_type.name = 'cash') AS total_cash, (SELECT COUNT(*) FROM TRANSACTION WHERE payment_type.name = 'cash') AS total_cash_transactions Sorry if I havent posted enough detail as I haven't time.   • Has anyone ever had OpenCV to work with Python on MacOS?

    I've been trying on and off for the past 6 months to get OpenCV to work with Python on MacOS. Every time there's a new release, I try again and fail. I've tried both 64-bit and 32-bit, and both the xcode gcc and gcc installed via macports. I just spend the past two days on it, hopeful that the latest OpenCV release, that appears to include Python support directly would work. It doesn't. I've also tried and failed to use this: http://code.google.com/p/pyopencv/ I've been using OpenCV with C++ or Microsoft C++/CLI for the past few years, but I'd love to use it with Python on a Mac because that is my primary development environment. I'd love to hear from anyone who's actually done this.

    I have a db table in SQL Server which contains a start date for a project. On a web status page I want to show how many days/weeks/months the project has run, the units depending on the duration. So under 21 days I'd show days, under 7 weeks I'd show weeks, otherwise show completed months. So I get the days, weeks and months values and can then use some code to decide which one to display. Suppose the project starts on 30 Dec 2010 and I'm checking today (27 Feb 2011). select datediff(d,'30 Dec 2010',getdate()) as days, datediff(wk,'30 Dec 2010',getdate()) as weeks , datediff(m,'30 Dec 2010',getdate())as months produces days: 59 weeks: 9 months: 2 But in fact the difference is 8 whole weeks and some rounding takes place. I've tried doing it in ASP as well, getting the start date and then doing the datediff() but it's no better. Is there a better way? thanks

    Hi I have created a Google Spreadsheet form in which for one of the fields I get the time (hh:mm:ss) in 24-hour format. I am using Google Apps Scripts to read values from this spreadsheet and put it into another file. But the other file gets the entire date (don't know from where) and shows a date from 1899. Also the time is shown in PDT (not my time zone). Even the time it prints is not correct How do I read the column value as a string and put it in the other file OR get just the time from the column value (and the correct time) I am using a simple row[0][3] to get the values from an array after doing range.getValues() Thanks.

  • Tie destruction of an object (sealed) to destruction of an unmanaged buffer

    I'll explain my situation first: I'm interested of using the Bitmap constructor that takes scan0, stride and format, because I'm decoding tiled images and I'd like to choose my own stride so I can decode the tiles without caring about the bounds in the decoder part. Anyway, the problem is that the documentation says: The caller is responsible for allocating and freeing the block of memory specified by the scan0 parameter. However, the memory should not be released until the related Bitmap is released. I can't release the buffer easily, because the Bitmap is then passed to another class that will eventually destroy it and I don't have control over it. Is there some way (hacky, I know) to tell the GC to also release my buffer when the Bitmap is destroyed? (Also, any alternative solution is welcome).

  • Statistics help on 3 choices

    I'm working on an Android app where, at one point, the user is asked to input whether something helped. Their options are 'Yes', 'No' and 'Don't Know'; or they could choose to ignore it. This is for multiple 'somethings' over a date range. A summary view for a date range shows the percentage of 'Yes', 'No' and 'Don't Know' entered for each 'something'. I'm also showing the 'Overall Effectiveness' as the percentage of 'Yes' inputs, which I realise is incorrect. I am thinking of changing that to 'Yes' minus 'No', but that doesn't address the 'Don't Know' inputs. How would I handle the data so that 'Overall Effectiveness' represents all 3 data inputs? So, for a 'something' which has a 'Yes' of 25%, a 'No' of 25% and a 'Don't Know' of 50%, would that be an 'Overall Effectiveness' of 0% ? Or would the 'Don't Know' affect that figure at all? As an additional to that, what graph type, other that Pie, would best display all 3 data?
