How can I add a DB9 serial port to a laptop?

I have a device I need a 9 pin serial port to configure. How can I add this capability to my laptop?

Sending the files (At least 11 files) from folder through web service to android app.

Hello All, I stuck in middle of this situation,Please help me out. My question is that I want to send files (Total 11 PDF Files) to android app using web service. FileData & FileName. FileData- contains file data in encoded. FileName- encoded file name.
