All those values above are represented in a table when i press the submit button. The first two (name and surname) are properly displayed in the table. The problem is with the checkboxes. If i select the first checkbox the value in the table should be presented with 1.   GCC up to 4.5 doesn't have standard C++0x type trait template has_nothrow_move_constructor. I could use it in my package for optimization, but I don't want to rule out one of the common compilers and don't want to overload configuration with symbols like HAVE_STD_HAS_NOTHROW_MOVE_CONSTRUCTOR. Is it somehow possible to use that template if present and just fall back to copying if not present without using any predefined configuration symbols? I also don't want to depend on Boost, since my library is small and doesn't need Boost for any other reasons. In pseudocode, I need something like: template <typename type> struct has_nothrow_move_constructor_robust : public integral_constant <bool, /* if possible */ has_nothrow_move_constructor <type>::value /* otherwise */ false> { }; Since move constructors are only for C++0x anyway, I don't mind using other C++0x features for the above definition, if at all possible.

• DBCC CHECKDB WITH DATA_PURITY gives out of range error

  Hi there, I have restore a SQL Server 2000 database onto SQL Server 2005 and then run DBCC CHECKDB WITH DATA_PURITY and I get this error: Msg 2570, Level 16, State 3, Line 2 Page (1:19558), slot 13 in object ID 181575685, index ID 1, partition ID 293374720802816, alloc unit ID 11899744092160 (type "In-row data"). Column "NumberOfShares" value is out of range for data type "numeric". Update column to a legal value. The column NumberOfShares is a numeric (19,6) data type. If I run the following select max (NumberOfShares) from AUDIT_Table select min (NumberOfShares) from AUDIT_Table I get: 22678647.839110 -1845953000.000000 These values are inside the bounds of a numeric (19,6) so I'm not sure why the DBCC check fails. Any ideas to find out why it fails? Do I need to use DBCC PAGE? How would you troubleshoot this? Thanks, Mark.

  I'm trying to create a Lookup Field as a Site Column via CAML. The list I want to use as the source of the lookup is created in the Feature Receiver so I don't know it's ID. I've read several blog posts that indicate that I can just put the path to the list in the List attribute. It seems from the comments on these post that this solution works for some people but not for others. I'm in the latter group. But I only have access to Ubuntu 12.04 near me, there is LibreOffice available under Ubuntu as well, but I am used to type math formulas in LaTex. So I wonder how to provide math formulas that will work in Microsoft Office and MathType, if I work under Ubuntu, preferably with LaTex but LibreOffice being also acceptable since it is still under Ubuntu?   Hi I've installed docutils on my Mac OS system following the docutils instructions. I've also done: $ sudo cp tools/buildhtml.py tools/rst2html.py /usr/local/bin However, if I open a command line and type rst2html, I get 'command not found'. If I type rst2html.py, there's no problem, so the Python file itself is on my path. How do I get my system to recognize rst2html as a valid command? Thanks!

• Deploying backing bean with composite component in separate jar

  I have some difficulties deploying my web app on JBoss AS 6.1. My current Project is separated into the main web app (controller/managed beans & web frontend using JSF 2 facelets) and one jar with the composite components + backing beans. But when I try to access the page I got an error that the specified component type could not be instantiated. Copying the backing bean into the main web app solves the problem, but this isn't what I want. So is there anything to pay attention to? The backing bean looks like @FacesComponent(value = "elementBase") public class ElementBase extends UINamingContainer { ... } and the composite components interface <composite:interface componentType="elementBase"> ... some attributes </composite:interface> The structure of the jar is the following -- META-INF |-- resources | |-- components | |-- elementBase.xhtml -- com |-- example | |-- ElementBase.class I've also tried to add faces-config.xml within META-INF folder, with the component type, but the component type was still not found.

  I am trying to print barcodes for a library. I have generated a list of sequential numbers and copied them into Word 2003. I want Library name, barcode font, barcode number printed in an Avery 5160 label sheet. I can get it to work by going to tools, letters and mailing, Envelopes and Labels, labels tab and type in what data I want. I don't see how I can pull this data from the list in the word document rather than just what I type.

• Converting between unsigned and signed int safely

  I have an interface between a client and a server where a client sends (1) an unsigned value, and (2) a flag which indicates if value is signed/unsigned. Server would then static cast unsigned value to appropriate type. I later found out that this is implementation defined behavior and I've been reading about it but I couldn't seem to find an appropriate solution that's completely safe? I've read about type punning, pointer conversions, and memcpy. Would simply using a union type work? A UnionType containing signed and unsigned int, along with the signed/unsigned flag. For signed values, client sets the signed part of the union, and server reads the signed part. Same for the unsigned part. Or am I completely misunderstanding something? Side question: how do I know the specific behavior in this case for a specific scenario, e.g. windriver diab on PPC? I'm a bit lost on how to find such documentation.

  I am building a framework where people will be able to save items that the created by inheriting a class of mine. I will be iterating over every type in the appdomain to find classes that I want to map to nhibernate. Every class that I find will be a subclass of the inherited type. I know how to create sub types in FluentNhibernate, but every sub type requires its own ClassMap class. Since I won't know these untill runtime, there is no way I can do that. Is there a way that I can add mappings to fluent nhibernate? Note, I know this is possible without fluent nhibernate using the Cfg class, but I don't want to manage the same code two different ways.

Is there any possibility to "group" these catch-sections and use only one line (something similar to C++ macros)? Probably something new in .NET 4.0 is related to this topic? Thanks. P.S. I can do type1.GetInterface( type2.FullName ) != null to check if type2 is an interface of type1 If I put it all together, I get if ( type2.IsInterface ) return type1.GetInterface( type2.FullName ) != null; while ( type1 != null ) { if ( type1 == type2 ) return true; type1 = type1.BaseType; } return false; Is that all the is keyword is. I cannot find the right keyword to plug into the Reflector search to find the function and a google search on "is" was not really helpful
