    Hello ! Every one. My question are divided into two parts ----------------------- 1 ---------------------------- I am having a difficulty regarding receiving my mails. I have 3 gmail accounts & 1 yahoo account. In windows, I use Microsoft outlook or microsoft outlook express. But In mac is there any inbuilt software for it ? If not, is that any freely available mail client for mac osx ? ----------------------- 2 ---------------------------- One more thing, My system administrators has banned regular gmail & yahoo sites. Means I can't use gmail or yahoo site for mailing. Ok. I don't want to break my office rules - but what about my mails on gmail & yahoo, they are really very important for me. Means that - I just want to access incoming mails nothing more than that.

    Bing has rudely planted its self on my "open new tab" so above bing my regular google is there but below is the irritating bing search bar! I have tried everything I know of to get rid of it and it will not go! I can not find it listed under my settings, control panel and/or uninstall! This is the second time bing has made its unwelcome tush comfy in my google area! How frustrating! I miss my mac book pro! Removing bing from my google search bar when I open a new tab.

Something that covers pipelines, superscalar architectures, caches etc. A book that is suitable for a programmer with several years of experience and has done and understands assembly programming and machine language, so basically not "CPUs for Dummies" or anything such.     I have a 128-bit unsigned integer A and a 64-bit unsigned integer B. What's the fastest way to calculate A % B - that is the (64-bit) remainder from dividing A by B? I'm looking to do this in either C or assembly language, but I need to target the 32-bit x86 platform. This unfortunately means that I cannot take advantage of compiler support for 128-bit integers, nor of the x64 architecture's ability to perform the required operation in a single instruction.

    I know that Yahoo and Google mail support 25MB email attachments. I have an idea from somewhere that 10MB email messages are generally supported by modern email systems. So if I'm sending an email between two arbitrary users on the internet, what's the safe upper bound on message size? 1MB? 10MB? 25MB? I know that one answer is 'don't send big emails, use some sort of drop box'. I'm looking for a guideline if you are limited to only using regular smtp email.

Most other antivirus programs install many layers of protection and things running in the background and preform regular updates and system scans at inconvenient times. I want an antivirus program that I can simply right click and object and select "scan for viruses" and nothing more. Is there a reliable antivirus program out there that offers this and only this without the automatic updates, background processes, and intrusive automatic system scans? Note: this is for Windows.

I know of a related registry key, but changing that would not have immediate effect.   • Why aren't connections released by the tomcat AJP connector

    I have here a jboss with a web application. The tomcat is configured to use the ajp connector. Incoming connections are tunneled via an apache reverse proxy to the connector. Now I recognized that under heavy load the connector keeps a bunch of connections in "keep alive" mode for eternity and doesn't release them any more. With the normal HTTP connector the app did well, but now with the ajp connector we have regular app stallments. Can someone give me some advice where to start to look to resolve this issue? Why does the connector not release the connection again after idling for 300 secs? thanks, chris

  • Windows Vista Password changed... What the?

    My mom's Vista Home Premium (32 bit) password was changed. My mom said that she didn't change it and she doesn't think anyone else here did either. So.. Could this have been done remotely? I'm running Ophcrack now, what else can we do? (I haven't tried safe mode yet.) I'm a techie and somewhat baffled. Help! Edit: ophcrack found empty LM but no NT hash is displayed. Entering safe mode... Edit2: I'm an idiot. Well sort of. Ophcrack could not crack the password which was just lowercase English letters, but for some reason, I was able to login using the orignal password in safe mode. Once in safe mode I "changed the password" back to it's original value and was then able to login in regular mode... It's time to run a virus scan.

    Hello, I'm working on a LaTeX document and using lstlisting to display my Java source code. My setup looks like this: \lstset{ basicstyle=\ttfamily, keywordstyle=\bfseries, language=Java, frame=single, aboveskip=11pt, belowskip=11pt, breaklines=true, breakatwhitespace=false, showspaces=false, showstringspaces=false } The keywords are not highlighted bold when using ttfamily, but if I use small or don't specify the basic style, they're highlighted fine. What am I missing?

    I'm having an issue getting Appstats to work correctly. Using /appstats or /appstats/stats ends up in an infinite loop that keeps redirecting back to /appstats/stats. This results in a 404 error saying the page isn't redirecting properly. Any idea what the issue is? Here are the relevant lines in my appengine-web.xml.   • Nginx location issue

    I'm trying to set a longer (30 day) 'expires' header for my (images only) in the /misc-stuff/ directory. This is what I'm using for my site : # Serve static files directly from nginx location ~* \.(jpg|jpeg|gif|png|bmp|ico|pdf|flv|swf|exe|html|htm|txt|css|js) { add_header Cache-Control public; add_header Cache-Control must-revalidate; expires 7d; } I want to be able to keep that code in to handle regular site images, but create a new block to handle the /misc-stuff/ directory. I have tried : location ^~ /misc-stuff/ { ... } The problem I'm having now is that my backup .php files in that directory show up as plain text if someone tries to access it. How do I set it up so ONLY .gif images in the /misc-stuff/ directory are effected?
