    I have asked question on http://stackoverflow.com/questions/9868426/i-need-to-know-which-email-server-i-have-to-use and someone tell me my question would be better on serverfault. I know that this is a common question and asked many times. but there are so many available mail servers that i am not able to decide the one. Kindly tell that which is the Secure, Stable and fast open source mail server for Centos or Redhat Server. Is there any guide which can be used to deploy the mail server with all its components e.g. smtp, pop3, imap, spam, calender server, antivirus, DNS Setting. Currently I'm using sun messaging V6 which installed on Solaris 10 and my boss ask me to make a report for the best mail server today in the marketing? I tried to have a look on Google but I couldn't find interesting information for my report. Any advice would be appreciated.

  • Overheating on Ubuntu 12.04

    I have a Dell Inspiron Q17R with two graphic cards and I noticed that it is overheating. I installed Bumblebee, Jupiter and Flashblock, and I followed this guide as well, but it still got up to 74C. Is there anything more I can do? It still doesn't really seem to be working well and the fan keeps spinning really fast. After performing the following test: sensors in the terminal, this is what I got: Adapter: Virtual device temp1: +75.0°C (crit = +100.0°C) temp2: +75.0°C (crit = +100.0°C) coretemp-isa-0000 Adapter: ISA adapter Physical id 0: +68.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C) Core 0: +68.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C) Core 1: +65.0°C (high = +86.0°C, crit = +100.0°C) it doesn't look good.

    I am developing a web application on localhost with domains and sub-domains and I would like to use a HTTPS connection. On my Mac OS, in order to enable SSL, I need to set Apache correctly, so I followed some guide to accomplish part of that. Now it is time to choose a certificate in order to test HTTPS requests. I seen the cacert.pem, but I don't know how to use that and for what it is used (can you explain to me some about its usage?)... So, is it possible to use the cacert.pem (see the link) for all my domains and subdomains (maybe, as a wildcard certificate) on localhost? If so, how to do that? What certificate I have to take and use? If no, what I need to do in order to use a wildcard certificate for all my domains and subdomains on localhost? Of course those certificates must be accepted by browsers and working for HTTPS connection between my domains.

    I have a base class for some plugin-style stuff, and there are some methods that are absolutely required to be implemented. I currently declare those in the base class as virtual, for example public virtual void Save { throw new NotImplementedException(); } and in the descendand I have a public override void Save() { //do stuff } Is it a good practice to throw a NotImplementedException there? The descendand classes could for example be the modules for handling different file formats. Thanks

  • I always get stuck here... Divs not behaving properly (alignment issues)

    Hi, I don't know why, after encountering this problem dozens of times, the answer always seems different and I can't seem to work my way through the problem-solving process, but here I am again with misaligned divs. I've got 3rows encasing columns. each row is to have (at least) 3 columns (and probably some nested divs down the line, but I'm not even there yet).     I want to be able to download a page and all of its associated resources (images, style sheets, script files, etc) using Python. I am (somewhat) familiar with urllib2 and know how to download individual urls, but before I go and start hacking at BeautifulSoup + urllib2 I wanted to be sure that there wasn't already a Python equivalent to "wget --page-requisites http://www.google.com".   • CentOS 6 init script doesn't work properly

    I'm setting up my ruby production server based on CentOS 6. I need a process called god (which is a process monitoring tool) to start at boot. I'm using an init script that I found here. Just as stated in the guide I ran: chkconfig --add god and then chkconfig --level 345 god on After this if I run "service god start|restart" everything works. It loads the available configurations and brings up the related processes (if they are not running). Problem is it doesn't work at boot. If I reboot the system, then I do "ps -aux | grep god". At this point "god" is running but apparently it didn't load the configuration files. If i run again service god restart, it loads everything without problems. What am I doing wrong?

    how can i know what tableview cell was selected?(being in the detail view) The problem is that. I have an table view controller. Here are parsed from the internet entries to the table. So it's a dynamic tabe view that loads from internet. I will not know how many entries will be in the table so i will not know what details view to call when i click a row. So i have maked one view. This view contains an calendar. On this calendar(wich is the detail iew) i will parse data from internet depending on the selected row. For exemple: i have table: entry 1, entry 2,entry 3,entry 4 When i click entry 2 i need to call a php with the argument entry 2. The php will know what entry on the table i have selected and will generate me the correct xml that i will parse.   • PHP pages are not parsed by Apache on CentOS

    I have installed Centos 5.x, Apache 2.2, PHP 5.3 and MySQL 5.5. I also installed phpMyAdmin. I am able to access phpMyAdmin through the browser without any issues. However, when I create a simple index.php with phpinfo() function in the default directory, that page is served without php parsing. As we all know, phpMyAdmin is a php application. This is working fine from the same server but not the simple php page from the doc root directory ??!!!. Of course, I tried moving this page into phpMyAdmin folder and tried accessing it, but no success.
