  • MVVM Group Radio Button

    - by LnDCobra
What is the best way of binding a number of RadioButtons to an enum using MVVM? The only way I can think of is binding each group box's IsChecked to a property, and in the setter of that property assign a value to an enum in the view model. Any help is appreciated.

  • Any InstallPad alternatives?

    - by ianfuture
Hi, I'm about to install new bunch of software on a Windows XP Pro PC and found InstallPad as a potential method to do it all. However before using it I was wondering if there were any other similar apps that could be better or easier to use? Requirements (should haves more than must haves): - Free - Easy to use and configure - preferably from point and click in a GUI instead of command line params or config files - Robust - bug free or still in active/ongoing development - Some level of support or active community for help or tips - Pre-existing file lists that can be adapted for own use or used outright. Thanks in advance.. Ian

  • MessageBox.Show-- font change?

    - by mmr
Hi all, I'm using the MessageBox class to show errors to users, and while that might not be the right behavior, it's very convenient. This is a touchscreen application, however, so I need the 'ok' button to be much larger than it is (curse my inordinately large fingers!). I think that if I increase the font size in the dialog box, I should be ok. Is there a way to do that? Or really, is there any way to increase the dialog size? Thanks

  • ASP.NET MVC Project and the App_Code folder

    - by brunot
How come App_Code is not a choices in the Add ASP.NET Folder submenu in the VS solution explorer? I realize you can create one yourself manually by just renaming a New Folder, but what is the rational here? Is this not where you are supposed to put "utility" or "service layer" type classes? On a MVC project side note. I do like the fact that there is a reference to System.Configuration out-of-the-box unlike the default ASP.NET Web Form Projects.

  • Verilog linting tools?

    - by mrflibble
What are your favorite linting tools for verilog? I am currently looking for a good verilog linting tool. And preferably one that can be configured to either handle or ignore certain vendor specific primitives like LUT's, PLL's, etc. I recently tried verilator-3.810, but out of the box it needs a little help with the primitives. So what (linting) tools do you use to deal with the not-so-strict syntax of verilog?

  • How do I programmatically set Integrated Windows Authentication in IIS on a .NET web service?

    - by arc1880
I have a web service project that needs to be set to use Integrated Windows Authentication after installation. Normally, I would install the web service, then manually go to IIS and make sure the box is checked for Integrated Windows Authentication. There has to be a way to do this through code. I have looked up on using the Installer class. It looks like this is something I could use, but I have not found anything on setting properties programmatically in IIS.
