• LUA: A couple of pattern matching issues

  I'm fairly new to lua programming, but I'm also a quick study. I've been working on a weather forecaster for a program that I use, and it's working well, for the most part. Here is what I have so far. (Pay no attention to the zs.stuff. Even though the line it's supposed to be matching comes directly from the webpage, it fails to match at all. So I'm wondering what it is I'm missing that's preventing this code from working. If I take out the <td class="vaM taC">< img src="http://icons-ecast.wxug.com/i/c/a/[%w_]+.gif" it'll match condition flawlessly. (For whatever reason, I can't get the above line to display correctly, but there is no space between the `< and img) Can anyone point out what is wrong with it? Aside from the pattern matching, I assure you the line is verbatim from the webpage. Another question I had is the ability to match across line breaks. Is there any possible way to do this? The reason why I ask is because on that same page, a few of the things I need to match are broken up on separate lines, and since the actual pattern I'm wanting to match shows up in other places on the page, I need to be able to match across line breaks to get the exact pattern. I appreciate any help in this matter!

• matplotlib and python multithread file processing

  I have a large number of files to process. I have written a script that get, sort and plot the datas I want. So far, so good. I have tested it and it gives the desired result. Then I wanted to do this using multithreading. I have looked into the doc and examples on the internet, and using one thread in my program works fine. But when I use more, at some point I get random matplotlib error, and I suspect some conflict there, even though I use a function with names for the plots, and iI can't see where the problem could be. • Why is my code returning a Null Object Refrence error when using WatIn?

  I keep getting a Null Object Refrence Error, but can't tell why. I have a CSV file that contains 100 urls. When I try to use WatIn to go to the first item in the lines array it says I'm referencing a null object. private void GoToEditLinks() { for (int i = 0; i < lines.Length; i++) { //go to each link sequentially myIE.GoTo(lines[i].ToString()); //sleep so we can make sure the page loads System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(5000); } } When I debug the code it says that the GoTo request calls lines which is null. It seems like I need to declare the array, but don't I need to tell it an exact size to do that? Example: lines = new string[10] I thought I could use the lines.Length to tell it how big to make the array but that didn't work. What is weird to me is I can use the following code without problem: //returns the accurate number of urls that were in the CSV we read in earlier txtbx1.text = lines.Length; //or //this returns the last entry in the csv, as well as the last entry in the array TextBox2.Text = lines[lines.Length - 1]; I am confused why the array clearly has items in it, they can be called to fill a text box, but when I try to call them in my for loop it says its a null reference? UPDATE: By placing my cursor on both calls to lines and pressing f12 I find they both go to the same instance. The thought next is that I am not calling ReadLinksIntoMemory in time, below is my code: private void button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e) { button1.Enabled = false; ReadLinksIntoMemory(); GoToEditLinks(); button1.Enabled = true; } Unless I'm mistaken the code says that the ReadLinksIntoMemory method must complete before GoToEditLinks can be called? If ReadLinksIntoMemory didn't finish in time I shouldn't be able to fill my text boxes with the lines array length and/or last entry. UPDATE: Stepping into the method GoToEditLinks() I see that lines is null before it calls: myIE.GoTo(lines[i]); but when it hits the goto command the value changes from null to the url it is suppose to go to, but at that same time it gives me the null object error? UPDATE: I added a IsNullOrEmpty check method and lines array passes it without any issue. I'm beginning to think it is an issue with WatIn and the myIE.GoTo command. I think this is the stack trace/call stack? • Keyboard for programming

  This may seem a bit a tangential topic. It's not directly related to actual code, but is important for our line of work nevertheless. Over the years, I've switched keyboards a few times. All of them had slightly different key layouts. And I'm not talking about the language/locale layout, but the physical layout! Why not the locale layout? Well, quite frankly, that's easy to change via software. I personally have a German keyboard but have it set to the UK layout. Why? It's quite hard to find different layouts in the shops where I live. Even ordering is not always easy in the shops. So that leaves me with Internet shops. But I prefer to "test" my keyboards before buying. The most notable changes are: Mangled "Home Key Block" I've seen this first on a Logitech keyboard, but it may have originated elsewhere. Shape of the "Enter" key I've seen three different cases so far: Two lines high, wider at the top Two lines high, wider at the bottom One line high Shape of the Backspace button I've seen two types so far: One "character" wide Two "characters" wide OS Keys For Macs, you have the Option and Command buttons, for Windows you have the Windows and Context Menu buttons. Cherry even produced a Linux keyboard once (unfortunately I cannot find many details except news results). I assume a dedicated Linux keyboard would sport a Compose key and had the SysRq always labelled as well (note that some standard layouts do this already). Obviously... .. all these differences entail that some keys have to be moved around the board a lot. Which means, if you are used to one and have to work on another one, you happen to hit the wrong keys quite often. As it happens, this is much more annoying for programmers as it is for people who write texts. Mainly because the keys which are moved around are special character keys, often used in programming. Often these hardware layouts depend also indirectly on where you buy the keyboards. Honestly, I haven't seen a keyboard with a one-line "Enter" key in Germany, nor Luxembourg. I may just have missed it but that's how it looks to me at least. A survey I've seen some attempts at surveys in the style "which keyboard is best for programming". But they all - in my opinion - are not using comparable sets. So I was wondering if it was possible to concoct a survey taking the above criteria into account. But ignoring key dimensions that one would be a bit overkill I guess ;) From what I can see there are the following types of physical layout: Backspace: 2-characters wide Enter: 2-Lines, wider top Backspace: 2-characters wide Enter: 1-Line Backspace: 1-character wide Enter: 2-Lines, wider bottom Then there are the other possible permutations (home-key block, os-keys), which in total makes for quite a large list of categories. Now, I wonder... Would anyone be interested in such a survey? I personally would. Because I am looking for the perfect fit for me. If yes, then I could really use the help of anyone here to propose some models to include in the survey. Once I have some models for each category (I'd say at least 3 per category) I could go ahead and write up a survey, put it on-line and let the it collect data for a while. What do you think?

• MIME "Content-Type" folding and parameter question regarding RFCs?

  Hello, I'm trying to implement a basic MIME parser for the multipart/related in C++/Qt. So far I've been writing some basic parser code for headers, and I'm reading the RFCs to get an idea how to do everything as close to the specification as possible. Unfortunately there is a part in the RFC that confuses me a bit: From RFC882 Section 3.1.1: Each header field can be viewed as a single, logical line of ASCII characters, comprising a field-name and a field-body. For convenience, the field-body portion of this conceptual entity can be split into a multiple-line representation; this is called "folding". The general rule is that wherever there may be linear-white-space (NOT simply LWSP-chars), a CRLF immediately followed by AT LEAST one LWSP-char may instead be inserted. Thus, the single line Alright, so I simply parse a header field and if a CRLF follows with linear whitespace, I simply concat those in a useful manner to result in a single header line. Let's proceed... From RFC2045 Section 5.1: In the Augmented BNF notation of RFC 822, a Content-Type header field value is defined as follows: content := "Content-Type" ":" type "/" subtype *(";" parameter) ; Matching of media type and subtype ; is ALWAYS case-insensitive. [...] parameter := attribute "=" value attribute := token ; Matching of attributes ; is ALWAYS case-insensitive. value := token / quoted-string token := 1*<any (US-ASCII) CHAR except SPACE, CTLs, or tspecials> Okay. So it seems if you want to specify a Content-Type header with parameters, simple do it like this: Content-Type: multipart/related; foo=bar; something=else ... and a folded version of the same header would look like this: Content-Type: multipart/related; foo=bar; something=else Correct? Good. As I kept reading the RFCs, I came across the following in RFC2387 Section 5.1 (Examples): Content-Type: Multipart/Related; boundary=example-1 start="<[email protected]>"; type="Application/X-FixedRecord" start-info="-o ps" --example-1 Content-Type: Application/X-FixedRecord Content-ID: <[email protected]> [data] --example-1 Content-Type: Application/octet-stream Content-Description: The fixed length records Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64 Content-ID: <[email protected]> [data] --example-1-- Hmm, this is odd. Do you see the Content-Type header? It has a number of parameters, but not all have a ";" as parameter delimiter. Maybe I just didn't read the RFCs correctly, but if my parser works strictly like the specification defines, the type and start-info parameters would result in a single string or worse, a parser error. Guys, what's your thought on this? Just a typo in the RFCs? Or did I miss something? Thanks!

• When should I use indexed arrays of OpenGL vertices?

  I'm trying to get a clear idea of when I should be using indexed arrays of OpenGL vertices, drawn with gl[Multi]DrawElements and the like, versus when I should simply use contiguous arrays of vertices, drawn with gl[Multi]DrawArrays. (Update: The consensus in the replies I got is that one should always be using indexed vertices.) I have gone back and forth on this issue several times, so I'm going to outline my current understanding, in the hopes someone can either tell me I'm now finally more or less correct, or else point out where my remaining misunderstandings are. Specifically, I have three conclusions, in bold. Please correct them if they are wrong. One simple case is if my geometry consists of meshes to form curved surfaces. In this case, the vertices in the middle of the mesh will have identical attributes (position, normal, color, texture coord, etc) for every triangle which uses the vertex. This leads me to conclude that: 1. For geometry with few seams, indexed arrays are a big win. Follow rule 1 always, except: For geometry that is very 'blocky', in which every edge represents a seam, the benefit of indexed arrays is less obvious. To take a simple cube as an example, although each vertex is used in three different faces, we can't share vertices between them, because for a single vertex, the surface normals (and possible other things, like color and texture co-ord) will differ on each face. Hence we need to explicitly introduce redundant vertex positions into our array, so that the same position can be used several times with different normals, etc. This means that indexed arrays are of less use. e.g. When rendering a single face of a cube: 0 1 o---o |\ | | \ | | \| o---o 3 2 (this can be considered in isolation, because the seams between this face and all adjacent faces mean than none of these vertices can be shared between faces) if rendering using GL_TRIANGLE_FAN (or _STRIP), then each face of the cube can be rendered thus: verts = [v0, v1, v2, v3] colors = [c0, c0, c0, c0] normal = [n0, n0, n0, n0] Adding indices does not allow us to simplify this. From this I conclude that: 2. When rendering geometry which is all seams or mostly seams, when using GL_TRIANGLE_STRIP or _FAN, then I should never use indexed arrays, and should instead always use gl[Multi]DrawArrays. (Update: Replies indicate that this conclusion is wrong. Even though indices don't allow us to reduce the size of the arrays here, they should still be used because of other performance benefits, as discussed in the comments) The only exception to rule 2 is: When using GL_TRIANGLES (instead of strips or fans), then half of the vertices can still be re-used twice, with identical normals and colors, etc, because each cube face is rendered as two separate triangles. Again, for the same single cube face: 0 1 o---o |\ | | \ | | \| o---o 3 2 Without indices, using GL_TRIANGLES, the arrays would be something like: verts = [v0, v1, v2, v2, v3, v0] normals = [n0, n0, n0, n0, n0, n0] colors = [c0, c0, c0, c0, c0, c0] Since a vertex and a normal are often 3 floats each, and a color is often 3 bytes, that gives, for each cube face, about: verts = 6 * 3 floats = 18 floats normals = 6 * 3 floats = 18 floats colors = 6 * 3 bytes = 18 bytes = 36 floats and 18 bytes per cube face. (I understand the number of bytes might change if different types are used, the exact figures are just for illustration.) With indices, we can simplify this a little, giving: verts = [v0, v1, v2, v3] (4 * 3 = 12 floats) normals = [n0, n0, n0, n0] (4 * 3 = 12 floats) colors = [c0, c0, c0, c0] (4 * 3 = 12 bytes) indices = [0, 1, 2, 2, 3, 0] (6 shorts) = 24 floats + 12 bytes, and maybe 6 shorts, per cube face. See how in the latter case, vertices 0 and 2 are used twice, but only represented once in each of the verts, normals and colors arrays. This sounds like a small win for using indices, even in the extreme case of every single geometry edge being a seam. This leads me to conclude that: 3. When using GL_TRIANGLES, one should always use indexed arrays, even for geometry which is all seams. Please correct my conclusions in bold if they are wrong.

• Slicing a time range into parts

  First question. Be gentle. I'm working on software that tracks technicians' time spent working on tasks. The software needs to be enhanced to recognize different billable rate multipliers based on the day of the week and the time of day. (For example, "Time and a half after 5 PM on weekdays.") The tech using the software is only required to log the date, his start time and his stop time (in hours and minutes). The software is expected to break the time entry into parts at the boundaries of when the rate multipliers change. A single time entry is not permitted to span multiple days. Here is a partial sample of the rate table. The first-level array keys are the days of the week, obviously. The second-level array keys represent the time of the day when the new multiplier kicks in, and runs until the next sequential entry in the array. The array values are the multiplier for that time range. [rateTable] => Array ( [Monday] => Array ( [00:00:00] => 1.5 [08:00:00] => 1 [17:00:00] => 1.5 [23:59:59] => 1 ) [Tuesday] => Array ( [00:00:00] => 1.5 [08:00:00] => 1 [17:00:00] => 1.5 [23:59:59] => 1 ) ... ) In plain English, this represents a time-and-a-half rate from midnight to 8 am, regular rate from 8 to 5 pm, and time-and-a-half again from 5 till 11:59 pm. The time that these breaks occur may be arbitrary to the second and there can be an arbitrary number of them for each day. (This format is entirely negotiable, but my goal is to make it as easily human-readable as possible.) As an example: a time entry logged on Monday from 15:00:00 (3 PM) to 21:00:00 (9 PM) would consist of 2 hours billed at 1x and 4 hours billed at 1.5x. It is also possible for a single time entry to span multiple breaks. Using the example rateTable above, a time entry from 6 AM to 9 PM would have 3 sub-ranges from 6-8 AM @ 1.5x, 8AM-5PM @ 1x, and 5-9 PM @ 1.5x. By contrast, it's also possible that a time entry may only be from 08:15:00 to 08:30:00 and be entirely encompassed in the range of a single multiplier. I could really use some help coding up some PHP (or at least devising an algorithm) that can take a day of the week, a start time and a stop time and parse into into the required subparts. It would be ideal to have the output be an array that consists of multiple entries for a (start,stop,multiplier) triplet. For the above example, the output would be: [output] => Array ( [0] => Array ( [start] => 15:00:00 [stop] => 17:00:00 [multiplier] => 1 ) [1] => Array ( [start] => 17:00:00 [stop] => 21:00:00 [multiplier] => 1.5 ) ) I just plain can't wrap my head around the logic of splitting a single (start,stop) into (potentially) multiple subparts.

• Future of VB.NET? [closed]

  Hi all, I worked with C# for years. Last year, I changed my job and the company use VB.NET. Of course, theoretically C# and VB.NET are very similar and I easily adapted. However, I have worked for VB.NET for 1 year. I cannot see any future of VB.NET. As a programming language, it is so foo. Here is a list of what C# can do but VB.NET cannot Case insensitive variables how to think a new variable name? If I have a property called FolderPath, i need to establish another private variable called _folderPath or m_folderPath. In C#, FolderPath and folderPath are two variables. Moreover, it gets compile error if variable name is same as a class name. For example Dim guid = Guid.NewGuid(). (What the...) Again, I need to think a new variable name. Adhoc scope In C#, we could use {...} to create a adhoc scope and all resource in {...} will not affect the code outside. However there is not such syntax in VB.NET. I could only use If True Then and End If to make a local scope which is so unclear. In-Method Region Sometime, it is unavoidable to have a long long method. VB.NET does not support in-method region. I always need to scroll down for 1000 lines. It wastes my time. No multi-line string definition In C#, we could var s = @"..." to define a multi-line string. In VB.NET there is no direct method to do that. The indirect way is use XML-literal string. Dim s = <![CDATA[...]]>.Value. However it is unclear. No block comment In C#, we have line comment // and block comment /* ... */. However in VB.NET we only have line comment which is a very big trouble for me. No statement end symbol Statements are separated by line break in VB.NET; while statements are separated by ; in C#. Underscore I think many people know underscore _ is continue statement symbol. I really disagree with that. I know MS VB.NET language team is going to remove the underscore syntax from VB.NET. However what can we do now? Although underscore is removed in the future, what's the advantage of that? I cannot see any advantage! With scope With scope is an evil scope. Although it allows shorter statement, it is hard to trace. Default Namesapce in project level It is a nightmare for me. The only advantage of VB.NET is property initialization. I think C# cannot do that (correct me if I am wrong.) Public Property ThisIsMyProperty As String = "MyValue" Remarks: I don't think optional method parameters is an advantage of OOP. By those disadvantages, I cannot see the future of VB.NET. Anyone sees the future of VB.NET?

• wxPthon problems with Wrapping StaticText

  Hello. I am having an issue with wxPython. A simplified version of the code is posted below (white space, comments, etc removed to reduce size - but the general format to my program is kept roughly the same). When I run the script, the static text correctly wraps as it should, but the other items in the panel do not move down (they act as if the statictext is only one line and thus not everything is visible). If I manually resize the window/frame, even just a tiny amount, everything gets corrected and displays as it is should. I took screen shots to show this behavior, but I just created this account and thus don't have the required 10 reputation points to be allowed to post pictures. Why does it not display correctly to begin with? I've tried all sorts of combination's of GetParent().Refresh() or Update() and GetTopLevelParent().Update() or Refresh(). I've tried everything I can think of but cannot get it to display correctly without manually resizing the frame/window. Once re-sized, it works exactly as I want it to. Information: Windows XP Python 2.5.2 wxPython 2.8.11.0 (msw-unicode) Any suggestions? Thanks! • How to play audio in Java Application

  I'm making a java application and I need to play audio. I'm playing mainly small sound files of my cannon firing (its a cannon shooting game) and the projectiles exploding, though I plan on having looping background music. I have found two different methods to accomplish this, but both don't work how I want. • Magento Onepage Success Conversion Tracking Design Pattern

  My intent is to track conversions through multiple channels by inserting third party javascript (for example google analytics, optimizely, pricegrabber etc.) into the footer of onepage success . I've accomplished this by adding a block to the footer reference inside of the checkout success node within local.xml and everything works appropriately. My questions are more about efficiency and extensibility. It occurred to me that it would be better to combine all of the blocks into a single block reference and then use a various methods acting on a single call to the various related models to provide the data needed for insertion into the javascript for each of the conversion tracking scripts. Some examples of the common data that conversion tracking may rely on(pseudo): Order ID , Order Total, Order.LineItem.Name(foreach) and so on Currently for each of the scripts I've made a call to the appropriate model passing the customers last order id as the load value and the calling a get() assigning the return value to a variable and then iterating through the data to match the values with the expectations of the given third party service. • Converting OCaml to F#: F# equivelent of Pervasives at_exit

  I am converting the OCaml Format module to F# and tracked a problem back to a use of the OCaml Pervasives at_exit. val at_exit : (unit -> unit) -> unit Register the given function to be called at program termination time. The functions registered with at_exit will be called when the program executes exit, or terminates, either normally or because of an uncaught exception. The functions are called in "last in, first out" order: the function most recently added with at_exit is called first. In the process of conversion I commented out the line as the compiler did not flag it as being needed and I was not expecting an event in the code. I checked the FSharp.PowerPack.Compatibility.PervasivesModule for at_exit using VS Object Browser and found none. I did find how to run code "at_exit"? and How do I write an exit handler for an F# application? The OCaml line is at_exit print_flush with print_flush signature: val print_flush : (unit -> unit) Also in looking at the use of it during a debug session of the OCaml code, it looks like at_exit is called both at the end of initialization and at the end of each use of a call to the module. Any suggestions, hints on how to do this. This will be my first event in F#. EDIT Here is some of what I have learned about the Format module that should shed some light on the problem. The Format module is a library of functions for basic pretty printer commands of simple OCaml values such as int, bool, string. The format module has commands like print_string, but also some commands to say put the next line in a bounded box, think new set of left and right margins. So one could write: print_string "Hello" or open_box 0; print_string "<<"; open_box 0; print_string "p \/ q ==> r"; close_box(); print_string ">>"; close_box() The commands such as open_box and print_string are handled by a loop that interprets the commands and then decides wither to print on the current line or advance to the next line. The commands are held in a queue and there is a state record to hold mutable values such as left and right margin. The queue and state needs to be primed, which from debugging the test cases against working OCaml code appears to be done at the end of initialization of the module but before the first call is made to any function in the Format module. The queue and state is cleaned up and primed again for the next set of commands by the use of mechanisms for at_exit that recognize that the last matching frame for the initial call to the format modules has been removed thus triggering the call to at_exit which pushes out any remaining command in the queue and re-initializes the queue and state. So the sequencing of the calls to print_flush is critical and appears to be at more than what the OCaml documentation states.

• ComboBox values disappears after selected when objects used for display

  I have a combobox where I want to display objects and have enum values returned. When first opened the combobox displays the items as supposed, but after a value is chosen it seems to disappear from the list. But if the combobox is active I can use the keyboard to navigate up and down between the other values, so they are in the list but only invisible. I have created a little test application to show my problem. When started the application shows the combobox with all the choices (the two first are type of Object, the third is a String): After the blue line is selected and when the combobox is opened again this line is missing: When the line with the text "Green" is selected that line is still showing: If I had chosen the red line the only thing that would still be in the list is the test "Green".   I am getting the above error in IIS 6.0 now when I browse my C# / SQL web application. This was built in VS 2008 and SS 2008 on a 32-bit XP OS. The application was working before I added Login controls to it. However, this is my first time configuring Login/password controls so I am probably missing something really basic. • Improving VPN performance - stronger encryption = more performance?

  I have a site-to-site VPN set up with two SonicWall's (a TZ170 and a Pro1260). It was suggested to me that turning off encryption (so the VPN is tunneling only) would improve performance. (I'm not concerned with security, because the VPN is running over a trusted line.) Using FTP and HTTP transfers, I measured my baseline performance at about 130±10 kB/s. The Ipsec (Phase 2) Encryption was set to 3DES, so I set it to "none". However, the effect was opposite -- the performance dropped to 60±30 kB/s, and the transfers stall for about 25 seconds before any data comes down the line. I tried AES-128 and the throughput went UP to 160±5 kB/s. The rated speed of my line is 193 kB/s (it's a T1). Contrary to what I would think, stronger Ipsec encryption seems to improve throughput. Can anyone explain what might be going on here? Why would no encryption cause poor and highly variable performance, and cause transfers to stall? Why does AES-128 improve performance?

  Hi all, I have a Windows 2008 SP2 Active Directory Domain, which has clients of Vista, Win 2000 XP and Windows 7 as members. I installed Squid 2.7 Stable 8 on Windows 2008 SP2 trying to configure NTLM based authentication when surfing Internet. Basically have defined 2 groups for internet allow and deny based on authorization Internet access is allowed. But after trying for over 3 weeks, seems that the authentication does not happen. The browser keeps on asking for user name & password. I would like to know if there is any solution for this. I’m totally frustrated and unable to move forward. • Timeline chart in Excel

  Hi, I'd like to see a timeline of events from a database in a "timeline chart", that should look like this: http://i46.tinypic.com/sw3dj5.png - I've made me a small c# program that paints this onto a Bitmap, but that isn't the way to go. I have input data that has 3 fields: StartX EndX Y 2596 15008 1 5438 6783 2 5450 5453 4 5456 5459 4 5462 5466 4 5470 5474 4 5477 5657 5 5662 5665 4 5668 5671 4 As the picture shows, for each line I'd like to have a line from StartX to EndX with a Y value of Y. Stacked bar chart almost solves my problem, but I don't want to have a new line on the chart for every row, I have thousands of rows and I'd like to have X axis as the time axis, and view which events (Y is the type of the event) happened simultaneously. The image ( http://i46.tinypic.com/sw3dj5.png) I've generated with a simple C# program shows that the event SYSTEM was active all the time, and the events TECH and BREAK were almost exclusive, but had some overlaps. I'd like to at least know the correct direction which I should take; I'm lost in the multitude of Excel chart types. Thanks.

  Hi, I'm trying to use robocopy inside powershell to mirror some directories on my home machines. • Xenserver 6.2 cannot send alert using gmail smtp

  I'm using Xenserver 6.2 and configured ssmtp.conf an mail_alert.conf in order to receive alerts through email. I followed the instructions on http://support.citrix.com/servlet/KbServlet/download/34969-102-706058/reference.pdf document. I'm using gmail smtp to send the emails. When i try: [root@xen /]# ssmtp [email protected] from the command line and try to send the email, no problem. It is right on the way. But when i set some VM to generate alerts, alerts are generated. I see in XenCenter but emailing is not working. I see this in /var/log/maillog file: May 27 16:17:09 xen sSMTP[30880]: Server didn't like our AUTH LOGIN (530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. 18sm34990758wju.15 - gsmtp) From command line every thing works fine.   I've installed Python and yum from source (configure, make, make install), not using RPMs because that's leading to several other issues. So when I executed: # yum update ...
