    ChatGUI im using 2 JEditorPane to transfer text from one to another. once i have transfered the data i do the following: JEditorPane.setText(null); JEditorPane.setCaretPosition(0); but as you can see from the attached image the return action makes the prompt appear a row down. how can i fix this?

  • Change TreeNode image on expand-collapse events

    I have a treeView with many nodes. I want that some nodes change their image when node collapsed/expanded. How can I do it ? Unfortunately, TreeNode don't have properties like ExpandNodeImage, CollapseNodeImage \ TreeView can change very often, so nodes can be deleted/added.. i can delete child nodes and so on... Maybe, there is a class like ExpandAndCollapseNode ?

  • Change/Update a pane using python wx.AUI

    I'm using wx.AUI and having a bit of a problem managing panes. Once you have created a new pane using AddPane(), what is the syntax to update or change the pane? I've seen the SetPane command but I can't find any examples. Can someone direct me to an example? Or perhaps it makes sense to use some command to delete the pane and create a new one?     I am creating an application which tracks the users location using GPS, stores the longitude and latitude in a database using a content provider then output the first long and lat to a mapview. I am able to create the cursor using this line of code: Cursor c = getContentResolver().query(GPSContentProvider.CONTENT_URI, null, null, null, null); startManagingCursor(c); However, when I make a call to move to the first row in the database or even try to close the cursor using c.close(); I receive a NullPointerException.

    I have a basic XML object that I'm working with. I can't figure out how to access the parts of it. EX:<br> <pre><code> < FacetsData> < Collection name="CDDLALL" type="Group"> < SubCollection name="CDDLALL" type="Row"> < Column name="DPDP_ID">D0230< /Column> < Column name="Count">9< /Column> < /SubCollection> < SubCollection name="CDDLALL" type="Row"> < Column name="DPDP_ID">D1110< /Column> < Column name="Count">9< /Column> < /SubCollection> < /Collection> < /FacetsData> (PS: I can't get this damn xml to format so people can read it) What I need to do is check each DPDP_ID and if its value is D0230 then I leave the Count alone, all else I change the Count to 1.     If i have DataGrid which looks like: Col 1 Col 2 ------- ------- 1 a 2 b 3 c ... ... n n Can the order be reversed easily without sorting? So that n is first, and 1 is last. I have custom sort implemented from this article, but sorting the same column twice in a row calls sorting function twice (which is slow), so just reversing the order should be faster and have the same effect.

    I have this: SELECT Product.ProductID, Product.Name, Product.GroupID, Product.GradeID, AVG(tblReview.Grade) AS Grade FROM Product left Join tblReview ON Product.GroupID = tblReview.GroupID WHERE (Product.CategoryID = @CategoryID) GROUP BY Product.ProductID, Product.Name, Product.GroupID, Product.GradeID I would like to return only the rows where Product.Name is unique. If I make a SELECT DISTINCT the ProductID is diffrent on every row so all the rows are unique. Thanks in andvance

    I'm fairly new to using JSON objects and I'm kinda stuck. I've got an JSON object that was converted from this array: Array ( [status] => success [id] => 1 [name] => Zone 1 [description] => Awesome zone deze.. [tiles] => Array ( // Column for the tile grid [0] => Array ( // Row for the tile grid [0] => Array ( [tileID] => 1 [rotation] => 0 ) [1] => Array ( [tileID] => 1 [rotation] => 0 ) // Etc.. ) [1] => Array // etc.. etc.. ) ) I use this object to render out an isometric grid for my HTML5 Canvas game. I'm building a map editor and to put more tiles on the map, i'll have to add values to this json object. This is how I would do it in PHP: mapData[column][row] = array( 'tileID' => 1, 'rotation' => 0 ); So my question is, how do I achieve this with a JSON object in javascript? Thanks in advance! Nick Update I've ran into an error: can't convert undefined to object mapDataTiles[mouseY][mouseX] = { tileID: editorSelectedTile, rotation: 0 }; This is the code i use for clicking & then saving the new tile to the JSON object. At first I though that one of my parameters was 'undefined', so i logged those to the console but they came out perfectly.. // If there is already a tile placed on these coordinates if( mapDataTiles[mouseX] && mapDataTiles[mouseX][mouseY] ) { mapDataTiles[mouseX][mouseY]['tileID'] = editorSelectedTile; } // If there is no tile placed on these coordinates else { mapDataTiles[mouseX][mouseY] = { tileID: editorSelectedTile, rotation: 0 }; } My variables have the following values: MouseX: 5 MouseY: 17 tileID: 2 Also weird fact, that for some coordinates it does actually work and save new data to the array. mapDataTiles[mouseY][mouseX] = { tileID: editorSelectedTile, rotation: 0 };

    Hi, In Xaml I can set a custom attached property using local:TestClass.TestProperty="1" An I can bind to a custom attached property using {Binding Path=(Namespace:[OwnerType].[PropertyName])} {Binding Path=(local:TestClass.TestProperty)} But how do I specify the namespace when I need to use a custom attached property in a SortDescription? I can bind to an attached property using new SortDescription("(Grid.Row)", ListSortDirection.Descending) but here I can't set a namespace anywhere... Best Regards, Jesper

  • Trying to style the first tbody different than others without introducing another class.

    I have a table with multiple tbody's, each of which has a classed row, and I want it so that the classed row in the first tbody has style differences, but am unable to get tbody:first-child to work in any browser. Perhaps I am missing something, or maybe there is a workaround. Ideally, I would like to provide the programmers with a single tbody section they can use as a template, but will otherwise have to add a class to the first tbody, making for an extra test in the programming. The html is straightforward: <tbody class="subGroup"> <tr class="subGroupHeader"> <th colspan="8">All Grades: Special Education</th> <td class="grid" colspan="2"><!-- contains AMO line --></td> <td><!-- right 100 --></td> </tr> <tr>...</tr> <!-- several more rows of data --> </tbody> There are several tbody's per table. I want to style the th and td's within tr.subGroupHeader in the very first tbody differently than the rest. Just to illustrate, I want to add a border-top to the tr.subGroupHeader cells. The tr.subGroupHeader will be styled with a border-top, such as: table.databargraph.continued tr.subGroupHeader th, table.databargraph.continued tr.subGroupHeader td { border-top: 6px solid red; } For the first tbody, I am trying: table.databargraph.continued tbody:first-child tr.subGroupHeader th { border-top: 6px solid blue ; } However, this doesn't seem to work in any browser (I've tested in Safari, Opera, Firefox, and PrinceXML, all on my Mac) Curiously, the usually excellent Xyle Scope tool indicates that the blue border should be taking precedence, though it obviously is not. See the screenshot at http://s3.amazonaws.com/ember/kUD8DHrz06xowTBK3qpB2biPJrLWTZCP_o.png This screenshot shows (top left) the American Indian th is selected, and (bottom right), shows (via black instead of gray text for the css declaration), that, indeed, the blue border should be given precedence. Yet the border is red. I may be missing something fundamental, like pseudo-classes not working for tbodys at all... This really only needs to work in PrinceXML, and maybe Safari so I can see what I'm doing with webkit-based css tools. Note I did try a selector like tr.subGroupHeader:first-child, but such tr's apparently consider the tbody the parent (as I would suspect), thus made every border blue. Thanks...

I would like to delete this line in my urls.py and instead us Apache to serve my static files. What do I do to my Apache configs (which files do I change) in order to do this?
