    I'm trying to parse a page that has different sections that are loaded with a Javascript __doPostBack() function. An example of a link is: javascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$cphMain$ucOemSchPicker$dlSch$ctl03$btnSch','') As soon as this is clicked, the browser doesn't fetch a new URL but a section of webpage is updated to reflect new information. What would I pass into a urllib function to complete the operation?

  • Converting items in Visual Studio project from "links" to copied files

    Hi, I have a Visual Studio (2008) project where I have some files added as links (through Add Existing Item-Add As Link). Suppose I want to copy this project somewhere else (give it to another developer, release source code, etc.) and I would like to "convert" all these links to actual copies of these files. Is this possible? How can I do this in VS or is there some 3rd party utility to do that? Thanks.

    I am using Lightbox Plus for wordpress. My captions are spilling over and overlapping the picture when the image is in lightbox mode. The captions are covering the image and the close link, as well as being off-center. In each slide, the corresponding anchor or div must have an "active" class, in order to achieve a different link appearance.   • .NET read binary contents of .lnk file

    I want to read the binary contents of a .lnk file. As long as the target of the shortcut (lnk file) exists this works fine with IO.File.ReadAllBytes(string file). BUT If the target of the shortcut does not exist (believe me I want this) the method only returns zero's. I guess this is because the OS follows the link and if it does not exist it returns zero's Is there some way to bypass the fact that the framework follows the target of the .lnk before displaying the contents of the .lnk file?
