  Regular expressions and I aren't quite good friends. So here's the really basic operation i'm trying to do using javascript (jQuery framwork that is). My calculation function return a number, unformated, and i'd like to separate thousands and hundreds by a white space ' '. I'm sure it's pretty easy for a regexp regular user... but for me...   A ToolStripComboBox is placed after a ToolStripButton and is folowed by another one, which is right-aligned. How do I best set up the ToolStripComboBox to always adjust its length to fill all the space available between the preceeding and the folowing ToolStripButtons? In past I used to handle a parent resize event, calculate the new length to set based on neighboring elements coordinates and setting the new size. But now, as I am developing a new application, I wonder if there is no better way.

  Yes, so I got the problem that if you type a long sentence with no space e.g eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, it will break itself, but then now I would need to start typing some ugly non-breaking coding. Because when we tried to allocate memory using an malloc() from user space, the kernel allowed to allocated around 124 MB of memory, and when we try to write into it, the kernel crashed. If there was protection of kernel memory area, this wouldn't have happened
