  I'm using Clojure, so this is in the context of Java regexes. Here is an example string: "{:a "ab,cd, efg", :b "ab,def, egf,", :c "Conjecture"}" The important bits are the commas after each string. I'd like to be able to replace them with newline characters with Java's replaceAll method. A regex that will match any comma that is not surrounded by quotes will do. If I'm not coming across well, please ask and I'll be happily to clarify anything. edit: sorry for the confusion in the title. I haven't been awake very long. String: {:a "ab, cd efg",} <-- In this example, the comma at the end would be matched, but the ones inside the quote would not.

• Can I use XText for a DSL involving an XML file type?

  I have defined a small DSL that is mostly written in the form of different types of XML files in conjuction with some property files. This works very well but I wish to create an Eclipse Editor to make editing these files easier for beginners (I already have a working parser). The main XML file can reference some items from the .properties files and vice-versa. THe main xml file can also reference other XML files. Certain options should only be available in the main xml file based on the contents of the .properties files and based on some osgi plugins that can be added to the DSL project (the syntax is dynamic depending on context). The structure of the language is fixed but the options available in each attribute or the choice of attributes themselves changes depending on metadata contained in plugin .jar files. Questions: Does XText support dynamic syntax (validation changes depending on external factors)? Does XText support XML files / .properties files? Thank you very much for your help in advance.

• OpenGL on the iPad

  I have an OpenGL project that is a universal project for iPhone/iPad. Basically it is just rendering simple models to the screen. It works great with no OpenGL errors on the iPhone device and iPad simulator. On the iPad device however, i get an OpenGL error and nothing renders. 1282 GL_INVALID_OPERATION immediately after calling [context renderbufferStorage:GL_RENDERBUFFER_OES fromDrawable:layer]; I can't seem to come up with any reason for this. Any help?

• How can I make Outlook 2007 auto BCC messages to a specific email with specific words in subject usi

  So far I have this code from outlookcode.com which I can get to work sending all emails I send to the BCC email. I am not a developer, so I don't have a lot of context to go about editing this myself, or even approaching researching this. If anyone knows how to make this check for words in the subject, or check if the subject equals a certain string, I'd really appreciate it.   Hi, Is there a way of getting the Action, and reading any attributes, during the model binding phase? The scenario is this: I've got a default model binder set-up for a certain data-type, but depending on how it's being used (which is controlled via an attribute on the action) I need to ignore a set of data. I can use the RouteData on the controller context and see the action name, which I can use to go get the data, but wondered if that information is already available. Additionally, if the action in question is an asynchronous one, they'd be more processing involved in looking it up...

  Hi all, I need handle the SIGSEGV in my Linux app. The reason is some clean up(3-partry lib) must be done before generate core-dump. What is more, the clean up must be performed in the context of calling thread, cannot do in signal handler. So I plan in signal handler to pass the control to the calling thread, after the clean up finished, then use raise(SIGSEGV) to generate the core-dump. The real problem seems the signal_handler cannot pass the control to calling thread, no matter I use post_sem or some others. Any idea to handle this case? Possbile to hijack the SIGSEGV, then in SIGSEGV hander return to another thread to perform some clean up? signal(SIGSEGV, signal_handler); signal_handler() { ... post_sem(); ... } calling thread() { wait_sem(); clean_up(); ... }

• My app has some basic problems, and it stops working

  I am writing a basic application which contains two activities. Both contain a TextView showing the title and the first one contains an EditText in which the user types a message and clicks on a button on its side, the second activity is launched which shows the message the user types. It has the following problems: The title (the first TextView in both the activities) doesn't show in the middle of the line, despite of the android:gravity="center_horizontal" attribute. The EditText in the first activity does not show at all. When I click on the button, the app stops saying "Unfortunately Write n Display and stopped.", rather than launching the second activity at all. I don't have adequate knowledge about logcat, but I have followed the steps somebody had told me, that is WindowOpen Perspective Other DDMS Then run the app and select the package name from the Devices and click on log cat, select the exception(s) and export to text file. • ASP.NET MVC ,Maintaining Model State between Ajax requests

  problem: On first full page request, my controller invokes an applicationServices Layer (Web Service Proxy to my business tier) in order to populate a collection of current services that is stored in my own controller base class property. This is then to be displayed within a view. Everything within the context of that controller has access to this "Services Collection". Now when i make further calls to the same action method via an AJAX Call, i obviously hitt a different instance of that controller meaning my services collection is empty. So other than re-getting the whole collection again, where would i store this collection so it gets persisted between ajax requests? Should i persist it as a seperate DomainModel Object, Session object?....as ViewData is not working for me obv. Excuse my MVC ignorance :) Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

• Push notification not working for the production environment

  I have spent a whole day on this already but still didn't go anywhere. When I run my app in the development mode, I can get the push messages I send to myself thru PushMeBaby without a problem. However, when I try to test it in the production environment, I cannot get any push. I re-generated all the certificates and provisioning profiles, used the aps_production_identity.cer as the certificate for push, changed the ssl to gateway.push.apple.com, and did a release build for the app, but still couldn't get it to work. I found that in PushMeBaby, the line result = SSLHandshake(context); returns error -9844. Does it mean that something is wrong with the aps_production_identity.cer file? This is driving me nuts, can somebody offer a little help? Much appreciated!!!

• Jquery AJAX and figuring out how NOT to nest callbacks for multiple reloads.

  I have a site with a few containers that need to load content dynamically via AJAX. Most of the links inside of the containers actually load new data in that same container. I.E: $("#navmenu_item1").click(function() { $("#navmenu").load(blah); }); When I click on a link, lets say "logout," and the menu reloads with the updated login status, none of the links now work because I would need to add a new .click into the callback code. Now with repeated clicks and AJAX requests I am not sure how to move forward from here, as I am sure nested callbacks are not optimal. What would be the best way to do this? Do I include the .click event inside the actual AJAX file being pulled from the server, instead of within index.php? Or can I somehow reload the DOM? Thanks for the help!

  hi, I've installed http://drupal.org/project/spamspan module for Drupal (drupal.org/project/spamspan), in order to obfuscate the e-mail addresses on my website. However I'm not sure it is working. I can see the email url from source html and I think the module is not filtering anything. I've added some e-mails in the text editor CKEditor. Is it automatically detecting these emails written in text editor ? I haven't find any settings menu, after I installed the module. I guess there is not. thanks

  When a third party dependency attempts to load a class defined in a Play application using Class.forName(className, true, Thread.currentThread().getContextClassLoader()); Play will throw a ClassNotFoundException because the context class loader is of type PlayDependencyClassLoader which apparently only contains classes defined in jar dependencies. Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: eventstore.Commit at org.mapdb.SerializerPojo.classForName(SerializerPojo.java:96) at org.mapdb.SerializerPojo$1.deserialize(SerializerPojo.java:74) at org.mapdb.SerializerPojo$1.deserialize(SerializerPojo.java:39) This only occurs when Play is started with play run. Starting Play with play start loads the class correctly. It would be a shame to sacrifice the class hot-swapping because of this behavior. Is there a known workaround?

• MS CRM - getting the field that caused a form save

  I have a MS CRM 4 form where when certain fields are changed, I need those fields to be written to an excel sheet. So, I edited the form field onchange event to call crmform.save() which triggers a plugin to run that writes the field value to a named range (1 cell) of an excel sheet. However, I don't know which field caused the save. Is there a way to get that information? (Not all fields on the form need to go to the excel sheet) If I use this: DynamicEntity target = (DynamicEntity)Context.InputParameters[ParameterName.Target]; I can look at specific fields, but I have no way of knowing which ones changed. Any suggestions?

  I want to know how can I enable form based authentication in java through database. After connecting to database, how can I verify whether the username and password, which I'm entering through html page is correct or not? Do I have to change action servlets from j_security_check to another my own defined servlets, which will connect to database and do all its verification on its own? Or I've to send authentication information to j_security_check, which will automatically connect to database, verify username and password. I'm successful in connecting to database through context.xml file, which is in META-INF directory of my own web application, but I'm not able to understand what's more I've to do enable form based authentication. I'm using Tomcat 6 as web server.

• WPF: KeyboardNavigationMode.Contained doesn't work to suppress focus wrap

  I want to navigate in my window with the arrow key. It works so far but if I reach the end of my window, focus wraps to the first main menu item. • Joining Multiple Projects in one solution

  I have started creating a game, and I added a second project, it's the standard XNA Windows game 3.1 project, and since the other project already had a Main to start the program and the 2nd is for game data, where as the first was for the drawing and graphical side of things (menu's etc) I thought I would remove the Main method, and now all I get are Errors saying there isn't a Valid main method, I tried to make it dependant on the other (since this data is loaded at run time and is such as quests/items etc) but it still wont let me run the solution at all. the code for the main method is still in the 1st project, and if I delete the 2nd project it runs fine, although no game data so I only get menus... • Is there "native" support for JSON in JDK6 Script Engine?

  I'm using JDK6the standard Scripting. I need to store and retrieve some JavaScript Objects that also contain Java Objects to JSON. I loaded the json2.js into the ScriptENgine and can use it fine without issue if the objects are all created in the Scrip Engine. The moment I try to use my own Java classes, I get some errors like "object does not support toJSON" errors. I did not find much about JSON in Java Scripting / Rhino context. Am I doing something totally wrong? What's the best way of achieving the requirement?

• Could an ontology suitably replace an RDBMS for a web app?

  I'm considering storing the content of a web app in an RDF or OWL ontology instead of an RDBMS. However, when I research ontologies they seem to always exist in the context of publicly accessible data stores serving as the backbone of the semantic web. I've never heard of them being used as the content engine behind a web app. Is it reasonable to use an ontology instead of an RDBMS for such an application? (Again, this is just for content. User data, commerce and stuff like that will stay in a database as I see no need to reinvent the wheel there.)

• Question How to integrate SQL Server Express with VS C# Express

  I have just installed VS C# Express 2008 which includes SQL Server Express 2008. It all went ok and I can see VS C# and SQL Server in the list of installed products. When I start VS C# it looks fine but in the DB Explorer / Data Conection context menu the option 'Create new SQL Server Database' is disabled. I have uninstalled all VS products and reinstalled but the problem remains. Do I need to do anything else? Can anyone help? Thanks
