One post has_many assets and assets belong_to post.   • Unable to display images through media queries form stylesheet

    I'm trying to create a responsive homepage with max-width of 1024 first. However the images are not displaying when I called from the css file. I did include the stylesheet inside the home page and the current viewport is 1024. I can't find my mistake, please help.   • Setting up Mono/ASP.NET 4.0 on Apache2/Ubuntu: Virtual hosts?

    I'm attempting to setup Mono/ASP.NET 4.0 on my Apache server (which is running on Ubuntu). Thus far, I've been following a few tutorials/scripts supplied here, and here. As of now: Apache 2.2 is installed (accessible via 'localhost') Mono 2.10.5 is installed However, I'm struggling to configure Apache correctly... apparently the Virtual Host setting isn't doing its job and invoking the mod_mono plugin, nor is it even pulling source from the proper directory. While the Virtual Host setting points to '\srv\www\localhost', it clearly is pulling content instead from 'var/www/', which I've found is the default DocumentRoot for virtual hosts. I can confirm: "/opt/mono-2.10/bin/mod-mono-server4" exists. Virtual hosts file is being read, since undoing the comment in the main httpd.conf changed the root directory from 'htdocs' to 'var/www/' The Mono installation is at least semi-capable of running ASP 4.0, as evidenced by running XSP, navigating to 0.0.0.0:8080/ and getting an ASP.NET style error page with "Mono ASP 4.0.x" at the bottom. Can anyone point out how to fix these configurations and get Mono linked up with Apache?     I'm working on sending out an html based email, and every time it sends the image src tags and some of the anchor href tags are modified to be relative url's. Update 2: This is happening between when the body of the email is generated and sent and when it arrives in my inbox. Update: I am using Postfix on a LAMPP server. In addition, I am using Zend_Mail to send the emails out.   • WCF Fails when using impersonation over 2 machine boundaries (3 machines)

    These scenarios work in their pieces. Its when i put it all together that it breaks. I have a WCF service using netTCP that uses impersonation to get the callers ID (role based security will be used at this level) on top of this is a WCF service using basicHTTP with TransportCredientialOnly which also uses impersonation I then have a client front end that connects to the basicHttp. the aim of the game is to return the clients username from the netTCP service at the bottom - so ultimatley i can use role based security here. each service is on a different machine - and each service works when you remove any calls they make to other services when you run a client for them both locally and remotley. IE the problem only manifests when you jump accross more than one machine boundary. IE the setup breaks when i connect each part together - but they work fine on their own. I also specify [OperationBehavior(Impersonation = ImpersonationOption.Required)] in the method and have IIS setup to only allow windows authentication (actually i have ananymous enabled still, but disabling makes no difference) This impersonation works fine in the scenario where i have a netTCP Service on Machine A with a client with a basicHttp service on machine B with a clinet for the basicHttp service also on machine B ... however if i move that client to any machine C i get the following error: The exception is 'The socket connection was aborted. This could be caused by an error processing your message or a receive timeout being exceeded by the remote host, or an underlying network resource issue.     Hi Would appreciate if somebody could help me on this. I have a Tree Panel whose nodes when clicked load a tab into a tab panel. The tabs are loading alright, but my problem is duplication. I need to check if a tab exists before adding it to the tab panel. I cant seem to have this resolved and it is eating my brains. This is pretty simple and I have checked stackoverflow and the EXT JS Forums for solutions but they dont seem to work for me or I'm being blind.   • Redmine on Apache2 with Passenger issue

    I installed Redmine and run it in Apache2 with the Passenger module. Apache2 boots, Passenger module gets loaded and the Redmine welcome page is shown, however when trying to login or navigate to other parts of the Redmine site, the browser keeps loading and loading and loading forever, although the Redmine production.log indicates redirects and HTTP 200 codes in the header, so everything seems to work correctly according to the log. I tested in various browsers. Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong? I will add apache configuration and some relevant log snippets from both apache and redmine hereafter.     I was looking into google.com's Net activity in firebug just because I was curious and noticed a request was returning "204 No Content." It turns out that a 204 No Content "is primarily intended to allow input for actions to take place without causing a change to the user agent's active document view, although any new or updated metainformation SHOULD be applied to the document currently in the user agent's active view." Whatever. I've looked into the JS source code and saw that "generate_204" is requested like this: (new Image).src="http://clients1.google.com/generate_204" No variable declaration/assignment at all. My first idea is that it was being used to track if Javascript is enabled. But the "(new Image).src='...'" call is called from a dynamically loaded external JS file anyway, so that would be pointless. Anyone have any ideas as to what the point could be? UPDATE "/generate_204" appears to be available on many google services/servers (e.g., maps.google.com/generate_204, maps.gstatic.com/generate_204, etc...). You can take advantage of this by pre-fetching the generate_204 pages for each google-owned service your web app may use.   • Excel 2007 - "The macro may not be available in this workbook" Error

    We use an Excel sheet that has been protected to prevent modification of it from end users. All in all they are only able to edit certain tabs to add information that will then be used to generate information on other tabs using equations and such. On the tab with the equations, a button is present called "Prep for Internal Hard Copy Print." This button runs a macro that selects the information on the tab, unprotects it, then sends a print job to the user's default printer that contains the unprotected content. Normally this works like a champ. This time around, however, the macro is throwing the following error: Cannot run the macro "FILENAME.xlsx'!MacroName'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled. As far as I can tell, the macros are still present within the workbook. This sheet is normally a .xlsm though the user saved it with a different filename as a .xlsx. Also, the macros appear only as MacroName in the .xlsm file and not "FILENAME.xlsx'!MacroName' as it does in the .xlsx. Finally, when I open the .xlsm it asks if I want to enable the macro content while the .xlsx does not prompt for this. Can anyone tell me what's going on with this sheet or know of a way that I can get the macros working in the .xlsx without having to start over with a different sheet?

  • What is a good alternative to the WPF WebBrowser Control?

    I have an MDI WPF app that I need to add web content to. At first, great it looks like I have 2 options built into the framework the Frame control and the WebBrowser control. Given that this is an MDI app it doesn't take long to discover that neither of these will work. The WPF WebBrowser control wraps up the IE WebBrowser ActiveX Control which uses the Win32 graphics pipeline. The "Airspace" issue pretty much sums this up as "Sorry, the layouts will not play nice together". Yes, I have thought about taking snapshots of the web content rendering these and mapping the mouse and keyboard events back to the browser control, but I can't afford the performance penalty and I really don't have time to write and thoroughly test it. I have looked for third party controls, but so far I have only found Chris Cavanagh's WPF Chromium Web Browser control. Which wraps up Awesomium 1.5. Together these are very cool, they play nice with the WPF layouts. But they do not meet my performance requirements. They are VERY HEAVY on memory consumption and not to friendly with CPU usage either. Not to mention still quite buggy. I'll elaborate if you are interested. So, do any of you know of a stable performant WPF web browser control? Thanks.

  • post xml to Spring REST server returns Unsupported Media Type

    I'm trying to create a simple spring based webservice that supports a "post" with xml content. Here is an example service call: HttpPost post = new HttpPost(uri); post.addHeader("Accept", "application/xml"); post.addHeader("Content-Type", "application/xml"); StringEntity entity = new StringEntity(request, "UTF-8"); entity.setContentType("application/xml"); post.setEntity(entity); It seems to me that I am setting the correct media type everywhere possible.   • Avoid richfaces to send back javascript libraries in the ajax responses

    I'm using JSF 1.2 with Richfaces, and for every ajax request, the server is sending back the response, whichi is good, but it also contains all the links to the javascript files. I want to improve the performance so I just want the <body> to be returned, because all the javascript files are already loaded in the browser when the user logs in (my app is not restful). How can i do that?   • Android multiple email attachment using Intent question

    Hi, I've been working on Android program to send email with attachment (image file , audio file , etc) using Intent with (ACTION_SEND) . THe program is working when email has a single attachment. I used Intent.putExtra( android.content.Intent.EXTRA_STREAM, uri) to attach the designated image file to the mail and it is wokring fine , the mail can be delivered through Gmail . However, when I tried to have multiple images attached to the same mail by calling Intent.putExtra( android.content.Intent.EXTRA_STREAM, uri) multiple times, it failed to work. None of the attachment show up in the email . I searched the SDK documentation and Android programming user group about email attachment but cannot find any related info. However, I've discovered that there's another intent constnat ACTION_SEND_MULTIPLE (available since API level 4 ) which might meet my requirement. Based on SDK documentation, it simply states that it deliver multiple data to someone else , it works like ACTION_SEND , excpet the data is multiple. But I still could not figure out the correct usage for this command. I tried to delcare intent with ACTION_SEND_MULTIPLE , then call putExtra(EXTRA_STREAM, uri) multiple times to attach multiple images , but I got the same errnoenous result just like before, none of the attachment show up in the email. Has anyone tried with ACTION_SEND_MULTIPLE and got it working with multiple email attachment ? Thanks very much for your help. Regards, yyyy1234

  • Snow Leopard and SonicWall NetExtender VPN?

    I recently upgraded from Leopard to Snow Leopard, and now I'm having strange issues with a previously working NetExtender. After debugging a "can't read/execute /etc/ppp/peers" problem (since /etc/ppp didn't exist) and following the advice on the Apple support forums (I tried a clean install, and sudo chmod u+s /usr/sbin/pppd had no effect), I'm getting this error: Connected. Logging in... Login successful. Using SSL Encryption Cipher 'DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA' Using new PPP frame encoding mechanism SSL-VPN logging out... FATAL: An error was detected in processing the options given, such as two mutually exclusive options being used. (2) SSL-VPN connection is terminated. Thanks for any help.
