    The issue about jquery flexigrid using php. unfortunately http://flexigrid.info site is down very often so managed to take some sample code from http://sanderkorvemaker.nl/test/flexigrid/ and worked based on that. The above sample code works now I need to create a grid with a column with checkboxes, So that I can click a couple of those checkboxes and click delete button it should get all the id in which the checkboxes are checked to and create a delete query and execute.     I am using msdb..sp_help_job to access whether a job succeeded or failed and can retrieve a general error. But, I want to access the specific error for the step that failed. I cannot seem to find it. It is not in this list of helpful stored procedures provided by MS http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms187763%28v=SQL.100%29.aspx The account running the query is limited but does have the SQLUserAgent role and owns the Jobs that it is accessing.

  • JSON, Ajax login and signup form problem, critique

    Here is my problem; indexdeneme2.php has two forms Sign up and Login form, and there is validation.js and login.js which are handling the AJAX and JSON response, there are validate.php and login.php which are my scripts for validating and login. When you sign up, it sends the data to validate.php perfectly and validate.php response with JSON perfectly, validate.js must show the error in #error div. validation.js works perfectly if it is working alone. I use same kind of script for login form. Login.php also works perfectly it responses with JSON and login.js shows the errors are appear in #errorlogin div. But this works when login.js works alone. When I try to work login.js and validate.js together, it is not working. validate.php and login.php works perfectly but login.js and validation.js are not working together. They can't handle the responses coming from php scripts. It is not showing the errors in #errorlogin and #error div. They intercept each other I guess. By the way if you can critique my login.php and validate.php I will be really appreciated.     Having a table with 60 columns, and 200 rows. Altering a BIT column from NULL to NOT NULL, now has a running execution time of over 3 hours. Why is this taking so long? This is the query that I'm execution: ALTER TABLE tbl ALTER COLUMN col BIT NOT NULL Is there a faster way to do it, besides creating a new column, updating it with values from the old column, then dropping the old column and renaming the new one? This is on MS SQL Server 2005.

SELECT Users, CASE WHEN Active = 0 THEN 'Inactive' WHEN Active = 1 THEN 'Active' WHEN Active = 2 THEN 'Processing' ELSE 'ERROR' AS Active FROM UsersTable; When is it better to create a reference table and perform a JOIN. In this case I would create a Table 'ActiveStatesTable' with ActiveID, ActiveDescription and perform the JOIN.

So my result set will look like (Category, SubCategory1, Status) I don't want to write a function. I would like to do it inside the query.

    Hi, I have a benchmarking program that calculates the time (in milliseconds and ticks), for a persistance to Entity Framework 4.0. Is there a way to calculate CPU load ? I am guessing that I would need to query Windows to find out my CPU frequency, how many cores, etc. Does this sound right ? If so, what part of the .NET framework relates to querying the system ? What I am trying to do is: SELECT id, foo(id) AS 'text field' FROM a However, instead of calling the function for each ID number, like I desired, the text comes back the same for every row. I have tested the foo() function manually with the returned ID's and it does not have that problem, so I realize I must not understand something about the evaluation of the query.
