• PHP can be exclusively accessed by SWF

  I'm not sure how to describe this, but basically I have a PHP class file: class HelloHello { public function getSomeData($input_parameter){ // code to retrieve data from the database } public function deleteSomeData($input_parameter){ // code to delete data from the database } } This class is on the server and is part of the backend that connects with a database, and it's meant to be accessed by the frontend SWF only (not to be directly accessed). I've setup Flex to read this class and access it. But how do I make sure that someone doesn't develop a script that can call this php file directly and access its methods? For example using a script to add data in a fast automated way, or use the delete method directly, ouch. Is this a legitimate concern, or this can't be done?

And the implementation section conforms to the NSCoding protocol as expected. HOWEVER, when I add a new class which inherits from this class, i.e. #import <Foundation/Foundation.h> #import "SelectableObject.h" @interface Pet : SelectableObject <NSCoding> { } @end I suddenly get the following compiler error in the Selectable object class! SelectableObject.h:16: error: expected '=', ',', ';', 'asm' or '__attribute__' before 'interface' This makes no sense to me. Why is the interface declaration for the SelectableObject class suddenly broken? I also import it in a couple of other classes I've written... Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks! The form works fine for editing, but I would like to include a button "Add Room" that adds a new blank room below the existing ones. Any idea how this is accomplished? The inserted widget has a somewhat complicated layout, so I am trying to define it in HTML. referencePanel.add(...) fails with NoSuchElement exception. reference.getElement().toSource returns "undefined". • Jboss logging issue - pl check this

  I’m Working as deployer and server administrator. We use Jboss 4.0x AS to deploy our applications. The issue I'm facing is, Whenever we redeploy/restart the server, server.log is getting created but after sometime the logging goes off. Yes it is not at all updating the server.log file. Due to this, we could not trace the other critical issues we have. Actually we have two separate nodes and we do deploy/restarting the server separately on two nodes. We are facing the issue in both of our test and production environment. I could not trace out where exactly the issue is. Could you please help me in resolving the issue? If we have any other issues, we can check the log files. If log itself is not getting updated/logged, how can we move further in analyzing the issues without the recent/updated logs? • Getting all objects with a certain element inside a collection of strings with criteria API.

  Hey. I'm trying to build a Hibernate Criteria query to find entities that have a specific element inside a collection. We can take as an example a Book -object that looks like this: public class Book { private Long id; private String title; private Set<String> authors = new HashSet<String>(); } The entity is mapped like this: <class name="Book" table="Book"> <id name="id" column="BOOK_ID"> <generator class="native"/> </id> <property name="title"/> <set name="authors" table="Book_Authors"> <key column="BOOK_ID"/> <element type="string" column="AUTHORS"/> </set> </class> Now I would like to find out which books are written by Matt. With pure SQL I can do a query like this: String author = "Matt"; String query = "SELECT * FROM Book " + "WHERE BOOK_ID IN " + "(SELECT BOOK_ID FROM Book_Authors " + "WHERE authors = :author )"; List<Book> result = session.createSQLQuery(query) .addEntity(Book.class) .setParameter("author", author) .list(); This works all good and well, and I get out all books that Matt has been a part of writing. The project I work in, however, uses the Criteria API instead of raw SQL, and I haven't found a way to express the same query in that form. I've taken a look on the Restrictions API and the closest I've found is Restions.in(propertyName, collection) but that works the other way around (one value in object, many values to match against). Any ideas?
