• Python bindings for C++ code using OpenCV giving segmentation fault

  I'm trying to write a python wrapper for some C++ code that make use of OpenCV but I'm having difficulties returning the result, which is a OpenCV C++ Mat object, to the python interpreter. I've looked at OpenCV's source and found the file cv2.cpp which has conversions functions to perform conversions to and fro between PyObject* and OpenCV's Mat. I made use of those conversions functions but got a segmentation fault when I tried to use them. I basically need some suggestions/sample code/online references on how to interface python and C++ code that make use of OpenCV, specifically with the ability to return OpenCV's C++ Mat to the python interpreter or perhaps suggestions on how/where to start investigating the cause of the segmentation fault. Currently I'm using Boost Python to wrap the code. Thanks in advance to any replies. The relevant code: // This is the function that is giving the segmentation fault.   Our exchange server has suddenly stopped serving mobile devices. Attempts to connect result in our ActiveSync server returning HTTP 500. It is serving outlook clients fine. Our server is Windows 2003 SBS 6.5 SP2 There are no abnormal events in the system log. I ran the "Exchange ActiveSync with AutoDiscover" at https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ I've notice an abnormality in the exchange properties, Log File Directory shows: Access denied.   Hi all, I've got a WCF service setup which I can consume and use as intendid... but only on the same machine. I'm looking to get this working over multiple computers and I'm not fussed about the security. However when I set (client side) the security to = none, I get a InvalidOperationException: The service certificate is not provided for target 'http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8731/Design_Time_Addresses/WcfServiceLibrary/ManagementService/'. Specify a service certificate in ClientCredentials.   hello, i get this error when i retrieve an XML that only has 1 node (no repeating nodes) and i try to store in an ArrayCollection. -When I have MORE than 1 "name" nodes...i do NOT get an error. TypeError: Error #1034: Type Coercion failed: cannot convert "XXXXXX" to mx.collections.ArrayCollection. this error occurs as the line of code: myList= e.result.list.name; Why can't ArrayCollection work with a single node? I'm using this ArrayCollection as a dataprovider for a Component -is there an alternative I can use that will take BOTH single and repeating nodes as well as work as a dataprovider? • Prevent SQL injection from form-generated SQL - NO PreparedStmts

  Hi all, I have a search table where user will be able to filter results with a filter of the type: Field [Name], Value [John], Remove Rule Field [Surname], Value [Blake], Remove Rule Field [Has Children], Value [Yes], Remove Rule Add Rule So the user will be able to set an arbitrary set of filters, which will result essentially in a completely dynamic WHERE clause. In the future I will also have to implement more complicated logical expressions, like Where (name=John OR name=Nick) AND (surname=Blake OR surname=Bourne), Of all 10 fields the user may or may not filter by, I don't know how many and which filters the user will set. So, I cannot use a prepared statement (which assumes that at least we know the fields in the WHERE clause). This is why prepared statements are unfortunately out of the question, I have to do it with plain old, generated SQL. What measures can I take to protect the application from SQL Injection (REGEX-wise or any other way)?

  Currently, I have an HQL query that returns all Members who possess ANY Award from a set of specified Awards: from Member m left join m.awards as a where a.name in ("Trophy","Ribbon"); What I now need is HQL that will return all Members who possess ALL Awards specified in the set of Awards. So, assuming this data: Joe has Trophy, Medal Sue has Trophy, Ribbon Tom has Trophy, Ribbon, Medal The query above would return Joe, Sue, and Tom because all three possess at least one of Trophy or Ribbon. But I need to return only Sue and Tom, because they are the only ones who possess all of the specified awards (Trophy and Ribbon).   I get data in from POST and validate it via this standard snippet: entry_formset = EntryFormSet(request.POST, request.FILES, prefix='entries') if entry_formset.is_valid(): .... The EntryFormSet modelform overrides a foreign key field widget to present a text field. That way, the user can enter an existing key (suggested via an Ajax live search), or enter a new key, which will be seamlessly added. • netsh wlan add profile not importing passphrase

  I exported a wireless network connection profile from a Windows 7 machine correctly connected to a WiFi network with a WPA-TKIP passphrase. The exported xml file shows the correct settings and a keyMaterial node which I can only guess is the encrypted passphrase. When I take the xml to another Windows 7 computer and import it using netsh wlan add profile filename="WiFi.xml", it correctly adds the profile's SSID and encryption type, but a balloon pops up saying that I need to enter the passphrase. Is there a way to import the passphrase along with all other settings or am I missing something about adding profiles?   Hi I've checked out some typical open source project which is using auto-tools. I want to hack a bit on this package, but I would also like to change something in the man-page of the package. The man-page source is found project-name/doc/project-name.1. I just made a small change, and now I want to preview that change, without having to actually do a make install of the project. How do I do that? I tried stuff like: man -M . 1 project-name But it does not work, neither does the various variations I have tried.   I'm looking for help to create a query, to solve the following problem: Let's imagine the row: Name StartDate EndDate Payed James 10-10-2010 17-02-2011 860 And heres the schema for the table as requested: payment_details (name VARCHAR(50) NOT NULL, start_date DATETIME NOT NULL, end_date DATETIME NOT NULL, payed FLOAT NOT NULL) Now I need a way to split this row up, so I can see what he pays every month, for his period, a query that returns: Name Year Month Payed James 2010 10 172 James 2010 11 172 James 2010 12 172 James 2011 01 172 James 2011 02 172 There are lots of different customers with different StartDate/EndDate and amount payed, so the query has to handle this aswell. How can I do this in SQL (MS SQL Server 2005)? Help will be much appreciated!

  The wsdl as following: <xs:complexType name="GetCompositionDto" <xs:complexContent <xs:extension base="tns:baseDto" <xs:sequence <xs:element minOccurs="0" name="itemCode" type="xs:string"/ <xs:element minOccurs="0" name="compositionVersion" type="xs:string"/ </xs:sequence </xs:extension </xs:complexContent </xs:complexType After I updated the CXF the jars. from cxf-2.1.4, jaxb-Impl-2.1.9, jaxb-xjc-2.1.9 To cxf-2.2.7, jaxb-Impl-2.1.12, jaxb-xjc-2.1.12. When I request the XML with following: <itemCodeaa</itemCode <compositionVersionbb</compositionVersion <h22</h --- extra element Displays Errors: Unmarshalling Error: unexpected element (uri:"", local:"h"). Expected elements are <{}itemCode,<{}compositionVersion I know the 'h' doesn't map the element in WSDL. But It's OK in the cxf-2.1.4 version. How can i solve this problem? thanks.

• Avoiding symbol capture when using macros to generate functions (or other macros)

  I'm a bit confused as to exactly when symbol capture will occur with clojure macros. Suppose that I have a macro which defines a function from keywords. In this trivial example, (defmacro foo [keywd1 keywd2] `(defn ~(symbol (name keywd1)) [~(symbol (name keywd2))] (* 2 ~(symbol (name keywd2))))) I call (foo :bar :baz), and this gets expanded into (defn bar [baz] (* 2 baz)). So now the question -- can this lead to symbol capture? If so, under what circumstances? I know that it's preferred to use gensym (e.g. bar#) to prevent symbol capture, but in some cases (not many, but still) I'd like to have a pretty macro-expansion, without the auto-generated symbols. Bonus question: does the answer change if we are considering a macro that creates macros?
