• ScrollViewer doesn't fire MouseWheel event while Scrolling

  The ScrollViewer's MouseWheel event will fire only when the scrollbar is at the end of it's track (either the top or bottom/left or right). The MouseWheel event does not fire when it's anywhere in between. Does anyone have any clue as to how to capture the scrolling when it's being caused by the mouse wheel?

• Responding to the onmousemove event outside of the browser window in IE

  In Internet Explorer 7 body onmousemove or document.onmousemove events only seem to fire while the mouse is inside the browser window, not when it's outside. Yet in Firefox the onmousemove event is called correctly when I move outside of the browser window. How can I setup an event to be called outside of the browser window in IE? Google Maps does this in IE. If you hold the mouse button down and move the mouse outside of the browser window you can see that the map still moves.

  Hi all, Just wondering what everybody's opinion is on the Windows Admin tool Event Viewer? I'm writing a WCF application at the moment and have started logging errors to the windows event viewer when I handle them. I then started thinking, should I be logging more than just errors, such as when a user has logged in or out or would you go further logging even more activity? Or is this a tool that's mainly used for testing without using the debugger? Any input appreciated:-)
