    Hi all, I am trying to enable/disable a combobox based on the value or state of a second combobox in Excel 2007. I think my code should look something like this: Sub DropDown266_Change() If DropDown266.Index = 2 Then DropDown267.Enabled = False End If End Sub However, I am getting a run time error '424' saying an object is required. I am sure this is a very simple change, but I can't seem to figure it out. Let me know if you need more details. Thanks, Chase

    Hi, I needed to include in my project but there is a line, in glut.h which is #pragma message("Note: including lib: glut32.lib\n") It is really annoying and I want to get rid of it when compiling. I could just remove the line in my glut.h but I want my fix to be independent of the glut.h. I have tried setting #pragma warnings to show only critical info, and I have also tried #pragma message disable but nothing worked. Any help?

    I want to disable editing ALL objects within a particular TabularInline instance, while still allowing additions and while still allowing editing of the parent model. I have this trivial setup: class SuperviseeAdmin(admin.TabularInline): model = Supervisee class SupervisorAdmin(admin.ModelAdmin): inlines = [SuperviseeAdmin] admin.site.register(Supervisor, SupervisorAdmin) I have tried adding a has_change_permission function to SuperviseeAdmin that returns False unconditionally, but it had no effect. I have tried setting actions = None in SuperviseeAdmin but it had no effect. What might I be overlooking that could get this to work?

    Hi all, I want to prevent mysql from starting in ubuntu 10.04 I have used update-rc.d -f mysql remove and confirmed that there is no link to the /etc/inid.d/mysql script from any of the rc?.d directories. I also ran sysv-rc-conf and it shows me that mysql is being called as part of the rc.d scripts. It is still starting on boot. How do I disable it? Regards, Bryan

Seems, that after cancelling and close it it still saves somewhere a socket that I was connected to server with and while the server fetches for information i cannot access another urls from the same server.     I'm checking if it would be possible to implement a GUI using HTML through PyQT and WebKit. One of the problem is that using the mouse you can select the text making up the interface. Can this behaviour be disabled? Also, the mouse pointer changes to an insertion caret while over the selectable text. I would like to disable this, without disabling the hand mouse pointer which appears when over a clickable link.
