  Hello, I tried to fetch source of 4chan site, and get links to threads. I have problem with regexp (isn't working). Source: import urllib2, re req = urllib2.Request('http://boards.4chan.org/wg/') resp = urllib2.urlopen(req) html = resp.read() print re.findall("res/[0-9]+", html) #print re.findall("^res/[0-9]+$", html) The problem is that: print re.findall("res/[0-9]+", html) is giving duplicates. I can't use: print re.findall("^res/[0-9]+$", html) I have read python docs but they didn't help.

  When I read source from open source projects I often find a comment line with "$Id" at the header of the file, f. ex.: // $Id: addappwindowa.c 30792 2009-03-07 22:40:04Z neil $ Is there an "offical" syntax for this lines? (What does "30792" means? ) Are there editors that auto-generate these "$Id"s? Are there any tools that use this information?

• Onclick not added until after Postback

  I have the following: <asp:Button id="SubmitButton" Text="Submit" runat="server" OnClientClick="Do();" OnClick="SubmitButton_Click"/> When the page is first rendered, I go to the view source in my browser and see that the onclick="Do();" is not added to my submit button tag. But when I do a post back, and do the view source again, the onclick is added to the submit. Why would the onclick not be there on the first request?

• Inheriting a Base Form but Paste/Cut Commands Not Captured

  I created a base form that has a specific size and an icon as a base for all forms created in my project (to be consistent in looks). The problem is, for some reason if I add a Text box to the Child form, I can no longer execute shortcuts like Copy (CTRL+C) etc into the Textbox. What should I do to handle this OTHER THAN writing code to capture those on the KeyUp control? This is also the case for RichTextBox control as well. Thanks

But is it legal for me to simply bundle and use this product directly within my app (no modification) and resell for commercial use? • Prevent IntelliJ from adding iml files

  I'm working with Maven pom files, and I don't wish to source control iml files. When I open a project, IntelliJ seems to add some of the iml files it creates to the SVN source control. How can I prevent this? I have "*.iml" in an "svn:ignore" property on the repository root, but it doesn't seem to prevent IntelliJ from adding the imls.

  i am trying to create a custom (TreeView) control by inheriting from (RadTreeView) control by doing so: public class CustTreeView : RadTreeView but not all methods where inherited!!. for example: i can do: RadTreeView r = new RadTreeView(); r.LoadContentFile("Sample.xml"); but not: CustTreeView r = new CustTreeView (); r.LoadContentFile("Sample.xml"); so LoadContentFile is a method in RadTreeView but not in CustTreeView!!any explanation?

Or is it doable (or how difficult) to port an application from one to another platform? As I know, for iPhone only, libNUI (http://www.libnui.net) is a good choice (dynamic layout & mature), but it only provides GPL & commercial license. Any other open source tool similar with libNUI?

  I'm searching files and returning lines that include the search text, and I'm not really sure the best way to display the information I get. Every time I get a match, I want to show, in some sort of control, the File it came from, and the whole text line. (aka streamreader.ReadLine() result). My user control just has two textboxes for now, but I am not able to persist my inputs across postbacks. My ids are same everytime. I've enabled AllowDrop on every control at every level of the application, and tried to catch DragEnter and Drop on every control to no avail. I can drag and drop items inside the application, but any time I try to bring something in from Windows Explorer or the desktop, etc. it gives me the No icon. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
