    Hi, On view in IB I have numerous items (including view itself). ONLY one item has tag 0, yet following line works for ANY UITextBox other then the one with tag 0. Note that only ONE UITextBox has tag 0, why: (UITextField *) [self.view viewWithTag:0]).text = @"foo"; Interesting that when triggered event received for the element with tag 0, I can get value of Tag 0 with no problem. Is there a limitation to look for tag 0 elements?

    Hallo everybody, i have programmed a sub procedure, that will be called in the main procedure (called by event of mainForm), to valid the inputs before the main calculation. now i'm searching for a method, how can i cancel the calculation and refocus the mainForm if some inputs mismatch. i think, it's unnecessary to use the Try-Catch statment to trap the error from calculation because i know what is its source and it should be prevented due to the code preformance. I have seen this practice ( having "public" members in an "internal" class) in various code so just wanted to know is it a bad practice or does it has some benefit or advantage.     I have an array of products that are stored as Strings in this format productname:quantity. The issue I am running into is that if a user adds one product with a quantity of x it is inserted into the array as it should. However, if they then decide to add more of a particular product a new entry is made into the array instead of checking if the product already exists and adjusting the quantity to the new value. oldQty + newQty. For example this is my array: ["CBL202659/A:1","OUTER9:1","PALLET CARDS:1"] If I add another PALLET CARDS product it creates a new entry rather than updating the quantity of the existing item to 2.
