• Magento - How can I move the Navigation Block to be in the right column?

  I've been editing Magento's default CSS to change the look and have come to a point where I want to move around some content blocks. I've killed off the left column through CSS .col-left { display: none; } And then increased the width of the main content part to create a 'two column layout'. What I want to do now is move the navigation for the categories into the right column. I just have no idea how... How do I move content blocks around in Magento? :/

  Hello What is a speed of cache accessing for modern CPUs? How many bytes can be read or written from memory every processor clock tick by Intel P4, Core2, Corei7, AMD? Please, answer with both theoretical (width of ld/sd unit with its throughput in uOPs/tick) and practical numbers (even memcpy speed tests, or STREAM benchmark), if any. PS it is question, related to maximal rate of load/store instructions in assembler. There can be theoretical rate of loading (all Instructions Per Tick are widest loads), but processor can give only part of such, a practical limit of loading.

  I'm trying to center an image in php. I'm currently using this line of code echo '<img src="newimage.jpg" width="110" height="120" class="centre">'; However, this seems to have no effect. I've also tried using something like this, img.center { display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; } <img src="newimage.jpg" alt="Suni" class="center" /> but this merely gives me a syntax error, how do I go about fixing this? • Jquery UI dialog initiation? Is there a way to bind it?

  I am trying to bind the dialog initiation (which happens in document ready) to a live or delegate for a div. • Nivo Slider thumbnails not displaying properly in IE

  Making a new site but something is happening to it in IE. I've purchased the Nivo Slider for wordpress plugin and it working fine however it's not displaying the thumbnails under the banner in IE. This is what it looks like in firefox This is what it looks like in IE Because this is a plugin (and the website isn't giving me any support after 2 days) I dont really have the source CSS but I was hoping you could take a look at it with come developer tools to see why it might not be showing in IE? That is, even if the text wrapped to multiple lines, the image would be centered against a single line. • save jQuerry changes to css file on server

  I'm developing a system that allows for changing some of the css parameters without accessing the code. To achieve that I have jQuerry objects like sliders and draggers which influence how the site looks user side, eg. $("#MainContent").css("width", "55%");. Now I need a way to append those changes to a .css file on the server. Let me clarify that this is sort of a CMS system, and only administrator of the system would have this option, not the visitors of user-end site. I realise that .css is one for all users. Ideal solution would connect to the server every time user makes a change, and replace only one line of css code. But I have no idea how to do it efficiently or if it at all possible.

• Access to bytes array of a Bitmap

  1- In Windows CE, I have a Bitmap object in C#. 2- I have a C function in an extern dll that expects as parameters the pointer to a bytes array that represents an image in RGB565 format, width and height. This function will draw on this array of bytes. So I need to pass the byte array pointer of the Bitmap object, but I can find a practical way to get this pointer. One way is convert this Bitmap into a bytes array using a memory stream or something else, but it will create a new bytes array, so I will keep in memory both object, the Bitmap and the bytes array, but I don’t want it because the few available memory, that’s why I need to access to the bytes array of the bitmap object, not create a new bytes array. Anyone can help me?

  i have a style : .window .div { border:medium solid #000000; height:150px; background-color: #0099FF; } and then i have another style: #NewDiv { font:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 24px; height: 20px; border-bottom-width: medium; border-bottom-style: solid; border-bottom-color: #000000; } I need to put a #NewDiv div tag inside of window .div, BUT... #NewDiv must retain its own styling while sitting inside of window .div div tags. How do I do this? Currently when I try, #NewDiv takes on the same styling as window .div when i place it inside of it and i dont want that at all. Any suggestions?

  Hey, I am not sure what to do on this one, I'm not a programmer, but trying to learn CSS as this is how the theme I am using was coded in. I've gotten quite far on my own, but this one stumps me Its two column Theme... As far as I have been able to get, I can use the following: #left { width: 235px; padding: 10px; margin-left: 20px; position: fixed; line-height: 15px; If I change the position to Absolute, The whole page scrolls, If I leave it at Fixed, and add lets say, a Twitter feed, or other type of text that takes me past its reading where you would normally scroll, Its just cut off, cannot get to it, hightlight or scroll.. I've also toyed with the idea, of changing the theme to a 3 column theme, but Again, not a programmer, and i'd be really confused. anyhelp would be great... • How to resize pdf graphics produced in R using Illustrator

  I am making plots in R using the pdf() command. Graphs look perfect and resize nicely in Acrobat Reader. My usual workflow includes manipulating labels etc. in Illustrator, saving as .eps for submission to publishers or inserting in Word. All works fine for single graphs. Now I am trying to combine 4 graphs into one by manually putting them together in an A4 Illustrator document. However, when I resize the standard 7x7 inches pdf graph in Illustrator to fit in one column of an A4 page (ca 3.4 inches wide), all proportions get screwed up, e.g. lines and symbols outlines become way too thick. Using pdf(..., width=3.4, height=3.4) in R messes up all the symbol and font sizes so carefully chosen to produce the original graph. Why can't I resize the graph within Illustrator the same way I can resize the pdf e.g. in Acrobat Reader?

• Datagrid row height doesnot shrink back

  Hi, I have a data grid, in each row I have one cell which needs to have a very lengthy text which is about 1000 characters long. So I decided to put the text in the expander control keeping the cell width fixed, when the user wants to read the text, he clicks on the expander to open and reads it. The row height automatically grows when the expander is expanded but when the expander is collapsed back, the row height doesnt shirk. Can anyone pls tell me how to set the row height back after the expander is collapsed? i tried the follwing link. http://forums.silverlight.net/forums/p/133177/299186.aspx#299186 but this did not work any help would be grealty appreciated, thanks
